스마트폰의 등장이후 게임 산업은 콘솔과 PC Online 게임에서 모바일 게임 중심으로 변화되었다. 이러한 환경에서 게임 산업은 게임의 본질적 재미를 사용자에게 제공하기보다 상업적 수익을 위한 수단으로 발전하며 부정적으로 변질되었다. 특히, 비슷한 플레이 방식에 그래픽만 달라진 게임들이 지속적으로 출시되며 산업을 발전시키기 위한 도전은 하지 않고 현상만 바라보는 실태이다. 또한, 사용자들의 인식 수준도 발전하였다. 온라인 환경의 발전으로 사용자들은 자신의 경험을 쉽게 공유한다. 자신들이 경험한 게임의 평가를 온라인 매체에 공유하며 게임의 질에 대한 냉철한 평가를 하고 있다. 지금 당장은 시장에서 발생하는 높은 수익으로 인하여 게임 산업 자체가 발전한 듯 보이지만, 향후 게임 산업에 콘텐츠의 부정적 발전방식을 지양하는 사용자들의 인식이 높아질수록 시장자체에 큰 악영향을 줄 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 현 상황을 바탕으로 모바일 이전 게임 산업에서 성공했던 게임콘텐츠를 사용자 측면에서 분석하고 재조명하여 사용자들이 원하는 게임콘텐츠의 질과 게임 산업의 방향성에 대해 돌이켜볼 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 모바일 이전의 게임 중 가장 대중적으로 성공한 게임을 연구대상으로 지정하고, 사용자 측면에서 분석하였다. 온라인게임 <월드 오브 워크래프트(World of Warcraft)>는 약 1200만 여명의 사용자가 즐겼던 게임으로 현재까지 꾸준히 인기를 얻고 있는 가장 성공한 MMORPG이다. 본 연구를 위해 <월드 오브 워크래프트>를 초창기부터 즐겨온 5명의 일반사용자를 전문가집단을 구성하였으며, 사용자의 오랜 지지를 유지해온 저력을 분석하기 위해 비즈니스 모델과 설문조사, 인터뷰, Jobs-to-be-done, 피쉬바인 모델과 같은 사용자 경험을 도출 가능한 UX 방법론들을 복합적으로 적용하였다. 그럼으로, 사용자 측면에서의 <월드 오브 워크래프트> 성공요인은 (1)10년에 걸쳐 완성된 '세계관'을 통해 사용자가 파고들 여지를 제공한 것. (2)사용자들의 입장(문화, 언어 등)에 맞게 '국가별 정책'을 통해 게임을 제공한 것. (3)시간의 변화에 따라 '확장팩'을 제공하며 사용자들이 끊임없이 파고들 여지를 제공한 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 모바일 게임 발전이후 게임콘텐츠의 질적 하락의 문제점에 도달한 현 게임 산업의 콘텐츠 지표로서 산업적으로나 학술적으로 그 가치가 높다고 판단된다.

Purpose: Once the decision has been made to adopt an integrated medical information system (IMIS), there are a number of issues to overcome. Users need to be aware of the impact the change will make on end users and be prepared to address issues that arise before they become problems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the benefits and unexpected problems encountered in the implementation of IMIS and to determine a useful framework for IMIS. Materials and Methods: The Yonsei University Dental Hospital is steadily constructing an IMIS. The vendor's PACS software, Piview STAR, supports transactions between workstations that are approved to integrating the healthcare enterprise (IHE) with security function. It is necessary to develop an excellent framework that is good for the patient, healthcare provider and information system vendors, in an expert, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Results : The problems encountered with IMIS implementation were high initial investments, delay of EMR enforcement, underdevelopment of digital radiographic appliances and software and insufficient educational training for users. Conclusions: The clinical environments of dental IMIS is some different from the medical situation. The best way to overcome these differences is to establish a gold standard of dental IMIS integration, which estimates the cost payback. The IHE and its technical framework are good for the patient, the health care provider and all information systems vendors.

The purpose of this study is offering appropriate system and training program to helf the system designer and the trainer in addition to analyze information use behavior about the web search tools and evaluate the estimated system by user groups. The results of the study are as follows $\circledS1$ It is desirable to consider age than other demographic variables in the case of web search tool. $\circledS2$ It is desirable to design Directory Search Tool in the case of web search tool which serves the student user group. $\circledS3$ An Intelligent Search Tool is more appropriate for the students who are using keyword search tool than any other tools. $\circledS4$ A discussion about standard classification of the web information should be accomplished soon because users feel confused in using web search tools due t o absence of standard mode of classification about classified item. $\circledS5$ Librarians need the cognition about data on internet s a source of information and need positive service and user training program about these information because student users hardly get help from librarians or library orientation for learning method to use web search tool. $\circledS6$ Internet use experience and years of computer use had effect on their use ability when using web search tool, whereas computer use experience, library use experience and Online Public Access Catalogs (OPAC) use experience had no effect on it. Especially, OPAC use experience had no effect on use ability of web search tool of student user group because student user groups had no information about internet and web search tool and they did not recognized the difference about search method between web search tool and OPAC. $\circledS7$In the case of web search tool, it si important to index the increasing web resource automatically by a searching robot. But in the case of student users, web search tool is much more needed to index by index expert due to the absence of ability about selecting and combining keyword.

Continuously motivating people to exercise regularly is more important than finding a way out of barriers such as lack of time, cost of equipment, lack of nearby facilities, and poor weather. Our proposed system presents practicable methods of motivation through a diverse exercise aid system. The Health Improvement and Management System (all-in-one system which saves space and maintenance costs) measures and evaluates a diverse body shape analysis and physical fitness test and directs users to automated personalized exercise prescription which is prescribed by the expert system of three types of exercise templates: aerobics, anaerobics, and leisure sports. Automated personalized exercise prescriptions are built into XML based documents because the data needs to be in the form of flexible, expansible, and convertible structures in order to process various exercise templates, BIOFIT, a digital exercise trainer, monitors and provides feedback on the physiological parameters while users are working out in the gymnasium. If these parameters do not range within the prescribed target zone, the device will alarm users to control the exercise and make the exercise trainer adjust systemically the proper exercise level. Numeric health information such as the report of the physical fitness test and the exercise prescription makes people stay interested in exercising. In addition, this service can be delivered through the Internet.

본 연구는 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용 디자인(HCI Design)에서 사용자 중심적인 디자인 기술개발의 원리를 포착하기 위한 방법의 일환으로 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용에서 재현되는 모든 시각적 단서들의 전형을 "비쥬얼 토큰(Visual Tokens)"이라는 개념적 모델로 파악하였다. 또한 비쥬얼 토큰의 각 세부 속성과 컴퓨터 환경 노출 정도에 따른 사용자 유형 중의 하나인 초심자(naive user),일반사용자(casual user), 숙련가(expret uesr) 그룹과의 상관관계를 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 피험자 설문 및 인터뷰로써 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 궁극적으로는 HCI 디자인 구현의 기초자료가 되는 사용자 중심적인 가이드라인을 제시하였으며 HCI 분야에서의 디자인적 접근방법을 모색하였다.방법을 모색하였다.

One of the typical characteristics of smart media is that it is interactive, which shows a different form and property from the existing mass media, and also changes the way users use it. This change requires a different system from the existing method in the advertising process strategic model for effective interactive advertising in smart media. We attempted to derive an effective smart media interactive advertising process strategic model by understanding the interactive advertising processin smart media that is expected to continue to grow asthe main market of the advertising market and identifying the constituent factors. To this end, We analyzed the preminiary research results of interactive advertising and organized expert panels for the Delphi method and reflected their opinions and evaluations. The components and factors of interactive advertising were found and the effective interactive advertising process strategy model in smart media was derived from this study.

There is an increasing need to apply artificial intelligence to the real application fields of industry. These include an intelligent process control, an expert machine and a diagnostic and/or maintenance machine. These applications are implemented in AI Languages. It is commonly recognized that AI Languages, such as Common Lisp or Prolog, require a workstation. This is mainly due to the fact that both languages need a large amount of memory space and disk storage space. Workstations are appropriate for a laboratory or office environment. However, they are too bulky to use in the real application fields of industry or business. Also users who apply artificial intelligence to these fields wish to have their own operating systems. We propose a new design method of an intelligent controller which is embedded within equipment and provides easy-to-use tools for artificial intelligence applications. In this paper we describe the new design method of a VMEbus based intelligent controller for artificial intelligence applications and a small operating system which supports Common Lisp and Prolog.

Recently, universities have applied a living lab as a user-led innovation model. This study analyzed two cases, British Columbia University, and D University. They are trying to change current provider-centered and expert-centered education model which encounters the limitations. To deriving the characteristics of university living lab, we analyzed the background, goals, methods, and implications of each case. The University of British Columbia operated a living lab centered on university buit-in environment. Students and faculty members participated in the living lab as proconsumers. D University operated a living lab as part of industry - academia cooperation and regional cooperation. The local community was set up as a living lab and knowledge providers, students, and users, local citizens, solved the problem jointly. Although the methods of living labs are different from each other, they are introducing new research and education methods and utilizing participatory governance.

In this paper, we investigate the various opportunities of women informatization, which we believe to be major contributors for the high quality of life for women. We first justify various efforts for women informatization, which needs to be based on the analysis of the problems and the status quo. We have also examined the related government policies and programs as well as the programs of non-profit organizations for woman, and identified key problems areas. Integrating the results from this analysis, we have developed the vision and the framework for women informatization. We also give a list of strategic alternatives for improving quality of life through informatization, and promoting full-time housewives to become aggressive information users, information producers and information specialists. We use the expert Delphi method and fish-bone chart analysis to generate the priorities of specific tasks and target-based strategies for successful implementation of women informatization. We conclude this paper with various recommendations for empowering women to enjoy high-quality living through the process of informatization.

This paper proposes an exercise recommendation system for treating obesity that provides systematic recommendations for exercise and diet. Five body indices are considered as indicators for recommend exercise and diet. The system also informs users of prohibited foods using health data including blood pressure, blood sugar, and total cholesterol. To maximize the utility of the system, it displays recommendations for both indoor and outdoor activities. The system is equipped with multimode sensors, including a three-axis accelerometer, a laser, a pressure sensor, and a wrist-mounted sensor. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the system, field tests are carried out with three participants over 20 days, which show that the proposed system is effective in treating obesity.
