Developing a new commercial product, it is need to connect the end users demand of quality to the industrial technology of company. For this reason, this study is to build up the users demand for the imminent marketing product of a certain company by Analytic Hierarchy Process, analyze quantitatively users subjective thoughts collected by Group Consensus, calculate the added-value of users demands and verify the consistency of users opinions by consistency-exponential-calculation. The added value obtained by this method is substituted into a user-demand item of Quality Function Deployment. And, the technical characteristic data transferred from the extracted essential factor for developing and manufacturing a new product is substituted into a technical characteristic item of QFD. The faculty of quality is firstly finished by this procedure. But, because the relation a technical characterization with users demand do not be known in new product, Wassermans method was introduced for the correlation users demand with technology and for the processing and marketing of a new product. The all assumption on this thesis was based on the reliable real data of a certain company.

This paper deals with frequency control of demand users that have power plants by under-frequency relay. The demand users supply electrical power to a part of their loads by their power plants and to other rest of their loads by utility. While electrical power supply is stopped by faults of utility network, the system of demand users network is separated from total power system and their system frequency goes below normal limits. In this paper, this situation and the effect of under-frequency relay application are simulated by EMTDC.

공공도서관의 서비스 전략은 사회 환경 변화에 대한 조망을 포함해서 실질적인 서비스 수요자인 이용자에 기반하여 수립될 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산지역 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 현재 제공되는 도서관 기능과 서비스에 대한 이용자들의 인식을 파악하고 앞으로의 서비스에 대한 수요를 조사·분석하였다. 데이터는 설문을 통해 수집되었고, 응답자는 부산지역의 공공도서관 이용자 733명이다. 주요한 결과는 첫째, 부산지역 이용자가 가장 중요하게 생각하는 공공도서관의 역할과 기능은 여전히 자료수집제공에 있었다. 둘째, 정보서비스 영역에서는 문화/평생학습 프로그램 서비스, 서비스 유형에서는 새로운 IT기술 체험·교육에 대한 수요가 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 정보서비스 영역에 대한 ISA 분석결과에서는 자료수집제공 서비스와 정보활용교육 서비스는 계속 유지 관리해야 하고 독서 관련 서비스는 집중관리하여 확대할 필요가 있는 영역으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연령별 서비스 수요 분석에서는 41세 이상~50세 이하가 정보활용교육 서비스 영역을 제외하고 모든 영역에서 수요가 가장 높은 세대로 나타났고 정보활용교육에 대한 수요는 61세 이상의 고령층 세대에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 부산의 서부권 이용자 집단이 거의 모든 서비스 영역의 수요에서 다른 지역의 이용자 집단보다 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역사회 공공도서관 서비스를 이용자에게 최적화하기 위한 전략 수립시 기본 데이터로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Since the supply and demand of agricultural products are unstable, which causes instability in farm income and consumer prices, the government has sought to mitigate the problems caused by unstable supply and demand by generating and providing agricultural outlook information. However, research should be carried out to increase the quality and utilization of agricultural observation information, because the value of agricultural observation information increases only when more users use this information and apply it to their decisions. In this study, a survey was conducted targeting producers and experts who are users or potential users of agricultural outlook information, and the results were analyzed through quantitative model, specifically importance-performance analysis (IPA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results show that improvement of promptness was required among the seven items evaluated with regard to agricultural outlook. Also, measures for dissemination of agricultural outlook information and the contents of outlook information should be improved to increase its use. If the quality level and use of agricultural observation information are increased by reflecting the results of the above analysis, decision-making on the supply and demand of agricultural products in Korea will be improved, and it is thought that it will be possible to increase farm household income and stabilize consumer prices through stabilization of supply and demand of agricultural products.

본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 공공데이터 수요(즉, 공공데이터 제공신청, 검색 질의 등)를 적시에 예측하는 방법을 제안한다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 수요가 높은 토픽에 속하는 공공데이터는 대부분 국내 공공데이터 포털(data.go.kr)에서 제공되고 있지만, 토픽 연관 분석을 통해 예측된 이용자의 실제 요구와 관련된 공공데이터는 거의 제공되지 않고 있다. 공공데이터를 제공(또는 선정)할 때, 이용자의 공공데이터 제공신청과의 관련성보다 공공데이터 토픽과의 관련성이 우선시되기 때문이다. 제안된 키워드 네트워크 분석 프레임워크는 실제 공공데이터 제공신청을 바탕으로 이용자들의 수요를 빠르고 쉽게 예측할 수 있으므로, 향후 공공기관(중앙부처·지방자치단체·산하기관)의 공공데이터 정책 수립에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Nowadays, there are many problems of traffic and parking in residential areas. This study begins analysis the parking situations in apartment complex. It originated from understanding of the parking preference of users about underground and ground parking lots. The method of this study is based on field survey of parking demand and thoughts of users of underground parking lot. There are so many parking problems in apartment complex that is due to the absence of parking demand data. So the goal of this study is to provide a solution of parking problems in apartment complex through understanding of the actual condition of parking problems, the preference and the reason of users about underground parking lot in apartment complex.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the demand for the family worker and family well-being program. For this analysis, the data taken from 367 married women who are using at least 1 program in related institutions in Ulsan were used. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The most demanded role of family worker is family counselor and information performer. So the education system and curriculum for family worker should take more the counseling and information related contents. 2. The most demanded family well-being programs are the communication skill between parents and children and parenting role. The demand for the family well-being programs is different with the users' age, motivation, institutions, etc. So the organization of the program can very as users' characteristics and institutions.

As the number of aged people increase, hospitals specializing in elderly cares have also increased very rapidly. Therefore it is necessary to improve the quality of these hospitals for the elderly people in order to enhance the function of these hospitals not only for conventional treatment but also for recovery and convalescence. To study such trend and needs, this study researched on planning for Elderly Hospital's Atrium that provides a space for the elderly people so that they may enjoy the natural environment while being supported from diverse aspects for long term cares and sustained living, and tried to find out design solutions based on users' demand through questionnaire survey and interviews both with the management of the elderly hospital and the inpatients or the users. As a result of this study, it was revealed that each user showed his or her own respective characteristics concerning his or her expectation about the environment of their using spaces, and according to this result the strategic direction and design plan could be drawn. Based on plans for this Elderly Hospital's Atrium specializing in cares for the elderly people, useful information will be provided for caring, treatment and recovering environment of the elderly hospitals in future considering not only the conventional medical and technical services but also the inpatients' or the users' physical, psychological and social factors.

In recent farming communities, the international open-economy tendency has been accelerated, and they are in the situation where they cannot but compete against international producers and markets. As a means to survive in this competitive era, a systematic agricultural information system is required to be established. Accordingly, in recent Korean agricultural communities, it's been regarded as an important alternative to provide and construct agricultural facility and to build an information system to maintain and manage them. However, in reality, the agricultural facility has not been constructed systematically enough, and the information system for the users of the agricultural facility has not been sufficient enough. Therefore, this research aims at analyzing the demands of users which might help establish the agricultural facility information system, and at providing information by suggesting what information the users of an agricultural facility information system want. Once the agricultural facility users are provided with some necessary information, the construction process will be more systematized, a structural safety will be secured by the construction by a professional enterprise, and the cost burden has to bear for users who can be effectively decreased by actively reacting to the natural disasters on the facility.

본 논문에서는 현재 유무선 망에서 사용가능한 새로운 모바일 네트워크 서비스인 PMOD(Private Music on Demand) 서비스를 소개하고 이를 구현한 모바일 디제이(Mobile DJ) 시스템에 대해서 소개한다. 새로운 개념의 PMOD 서비스는 유무선으로 통합되는 통신환경에서 개인의 취향 및 기호에 따라서 음악 서비스를 정비하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스로써, 사용자가 원하는 환경에서 원하는 음악서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하는 개념을 바탕으로 한다. 더불어서 이를 지원하는 모바일 디제이는 음악서비스를 개인의 취향에 맞도록 변경하는 서비스를 제공하여 기존의 단순히 듣기만 하는 음악에서 한차원 달라진 음악서비스를 제공하게 될 것이다.
