New internet trend, such as Web 2.0, has brought about new roles of users and changes in the web ecosystem. In the age of information overload like nowadays, activities in the brand community sites help to make more reasonable decisions in choosing certain brands and products. In order to examine organizational strategic aspects of brand community, this study examine (1) what difference exists in user satisfaction according to the brand community types (the user-initiated type and the corporate-established type), and (2) which dimensions of service quality affect brand community users' satisfaction. Research findings show that types of brand community influence perceived user satisfaction, and tangibility, reliability, interactivity, and stability dimensions of service quality make a positive influence on user satisfaction as well. Practical implications for managing brand community sites in marketing perspectives are further discussed.

As personalized customer services create a society that emphasizes the personality of an individual, the number of product reviews and quantity of user data generated by users on the internet in mobile shopping apps and sites are increasing. Such product review data are classified as unstructured data. Unstructured data have the potential to be transformed into information that companies and users can employ, using appropriate processing and analyses. However, existing systems do not reflect the detailed information they collect, such as user characteristics, purchase preference, or purchase priority while analyzing review data. Thus, it is challenging to provide customized recommendations for various users. Therefore, in this study, we have developed a product recommendation system that takes into account the user's priority, which they select, when searching for and purchasing a product. The recommendation system then displays the results to the user by processing and analyzing their preferences. Since the user's preference is considered, the user can obtain results that are more relevant.

In this paper, we propose the ergonomics design method in shape design applicable which considers the user interface for railroad. This study focuses on ergonomics design and sensibility engineering design, user interface, which should be considered from the conceptual design stage of the rolling. Human's sensitivity and User Interface of railroad investigated ergonomics studies of several type. The sensibility engineering design made approach of user center design in railroad design. New design railroad to satisfaction passenger's various desire, to safety and convenient through high technology, to sufficient passenger's aesthetic sense. Therefore, we have application to properly of ergonomics design element in railroad design. we expert visual design and user interface help greatly in excellent railroad design.

In the mobile communication using DS-CDMA systems the problem of multiple user interference which reduce the performance is generated by multiple user access. In this paper to solve this problem we proposed the direct decision blind adaptive receiver with knowledge of only the desired user's spreading sequence. Simulation result present that the total user's power has equal gain The gain of signal to interference ratio for the proposed blind DD-LMS receiver has about 6[dB] than conventional receiver at additive white Gaussian noise and large gain at multipath channels. And when interference user's power has more large gain than desired user's power the gain of SIR for the proposed receiver has large value. And simulation result of bit error rate present that DD-LMS receiver has higher performance than LCCMA receiver. Thus the proposed blind DD-LMS receiver has robustness against interference of high power user and multipath channels.

Developing user success metric will make it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of different electronic government systems and will help produce empirical data relating user success to task performance in electronic government environments. The purpose of this study is that combining output-oriented and interaction-oriented variables together into a single model might explain more of the variance in the dependent variable user success in a electronic government than either type of variable could have explained alone. The hypothesized reason is that user success is the result of the reciprocal effects of the properties of the information system and several facets of psychological functioning. Thus, the complex interplay between the system and the user in certain situational contorts may produce different degrees of user success with electronic governments.

The purpose of this paper is propose an analytical method for evaluating user satisfaction of Internet website and identifying casual relationships between user satisfaction of Internet website and performance measures as like revisit intention and complaints using the structural equation model (SEM). This paper is intended to identify critical evaluation factors of user satisfaction for Internet website to determine criteria for evaluating the website. and use the criteria to develop a SEM model for quantitatively evaluation of each factors effects of user preference. The SEM model used 5 latent variables for the evaluation factors of website user satisfaction and 2 latent variables for performance evaluation. 2 portal sites were evaluated to construct the SEM model. and 74 subjects participated the website evaluation using the walk-through and face-to face survey method. Analysis results showed that the SEM model was statistically significant for all the 2 websites evaluated.

Recently, the study of smart phone user habits has become a highly focused topic due to the rapid growth of the smart phone market. Indeed, sequential pattern analysis methods were efficiently used for web-based user habit mining long time ago. However, by means of simulations, it has been observed that these methods might fail for smart phone-based user habit mining. In this paper, we propose a novel approach that leads to a considerably increased performance of the traditional sequential pattern analysis methods by reasonably cutting off each chronological sequence of user logs on a device into shorter ones, which represent the sequential user activities in various periods of a day.

Conventional home audio system (e.g. AV Receiver, CD Player etc) has a various functionality of audio play, channel mixing, but the remote controller of these audio players is too complex, difficult for user to manage them effectively. Users want to use these functionalities with more easy, comprehensible way. In this study, "intelligent real-sound presentation technology" that support high quality, realistic audio and the "design of complex information and controller of real sound using intelligent real sound play and control interface" will be introduced. So user can actively, realistically enjoy and play real sound based on user's preference, emotion and circumstance, instead of user's passive service.

To fuly utilize the availability of the ISDN, it is very important to develop the ISDN user terminals which can provide various user services. In this paper, the basic concept of the ISDN user terminal is briefly studied and, based on this study, a stimulus type digital telephone which can be connected directly to the ISDN is designed. This digital telephone can provide the basic voice service and has general functions such as voice encoding / decoding(PCM is used), user-network signalling, digital tone supply, channel selection, key pad and atatus display. Echo cancellation method is adopted for the digital subscirber loop transmission and user-network signalling is implemented according to the LAPD(Link Access Procedure on D-channel) protocol recommended by the CCITT's recommendations I.440-I.441. The validity of designed S/W and H/W functions are verified by testing them with ISDN circuit switching emulator described in the first part of this paper.

Recently, it is more important to do part of software designers for developing user-centered software. They produce visual document for helping communication between developers and visual diagram for analyzing user need factors based on user scenario. Case study of architecture real dispatch service can show developing samples. It is important to produce visual document for one combined opinion between developers in process of defining of development boundary, main concept development, selecting of development system. And visual document process with visual language by software designer is step for recognizing of user need factors before developing interface design in process of collecting design factors of user and environment and analyzing design factor by user scenario. Also, in process of interface and prototype development, it need visual document for peaceful and concord process between developers. Those visual documents with visual language could help to define developers role and duty, user-centered concept development and various interface development proposal during software developing.
