본 연구는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 탐색적 연구로 멀티채널을 이용한 CCR 기반 헬스케어 서비스 시스템에 대한 개요와 작동원리를 살펴보고, 이러한 서비스가 사용자들과의 상호 커뮤니케이션이 중요한 역할과 기능인만큼 서비스 품질이 사용자 만족 및 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 위해, 헬스케어 디바이스 및 앱을 소유 및 이용한 경험이 있는 사용자 188명을 대상으로 구조방정식모형(SEM)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 헬스케어 서비스에 대한 서비스 품질(유형성, 신뢰성, 공감성, 반응성, 보증성)은 모두 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 만족도 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 CCR 기반 스마트 헬스케어 서비스의 효과와 잠재적인 가치를 탐색하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 이를 통해 개인의 건강상태 관리와 예방에 대한 정확한 정보와 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 향후 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a measure of service quality in the traditional market by examining previous research on the service quality of the traditional market studied so far. After defining basic concepts through definition of traditional market and existing studies, 5 categories of configuration items for SERVQUAL measurement in traditional market were made up based on existing researches related to definition of service quality and service quality of traditional market. A survey was conducted on the items that fit the intention of this study and various statistical analyzes were conducted. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The reliability of the items was measured by the reliability test, and the predictability and accuracy of the items were examined. The validity of the measured variables was verified through confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability, empathy, responsiveness, certainty, and tangibility were the most important factors in this study. Responsiveness factors include communication, time reduction, real time, promptness. Assurance factors include the assurance of delivery, prompt answers, product knowledge items. Tangibility factors include, convenient device systems, location information, presence as a fact, and as a result, the latest modern items are adopted. The quality of service in the traditional market developed in this study was found to be good in reliability and validity test. Confirmatory factor analysis result using structural equation model also met the conformity index standard. If service satisfaction is measured based on this research, basic data can be presented to policy makers who implement policies on traditional markets to make the right decisions. In addition, it will be able to provide traditional market operators with operational strategy and marketing data. In the future, based on the traditional market service quality scale developed in this study, it is necessary to grasp the factors to be continuously managed to improve the service quality of the traditional market, user satisfaction, and intention to use.

본 연구는 전문서비스 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 강력한 충성도 구축을 위해 전문서비스만의 차별화된 특성을 반영한 충성도 구축 모형을 검증하고자 한다. 전문서비스는 서비스의 일반적인 특성 외에도 소비자가 서비스 결과를 쉽게 예측할 수 없고 서비스 제공자와 이용자간의 지식불균형이 커서 서비스를 이용하고 난 이후에도 서비스 만족과 품질을 평가하기 어렵다는 특성을 가지고 있다. 그래서 전문서비스는 이용과정에서 고객이 지각하는 만족과 감정이 충성도 형성에 결정적인 역할을 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 모형에서는 전문서비스 이용과정의 만족차원으로 반응적 만족, 상호작용 만족, 기술적 만족차원으로 나누어 검토하고 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입과의 관계, 몰입의 차원과 충성도 간의 관계를 구조적으로 살펴보았다. 분석결과 전문서비스 이용과정에서 지각하는 만족의 차원은 감정적 몰입과 계산적 몰입을 모두 높이며, 이러한 몰입은 충성도 형성에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 논문은 방문요양서비스를 이용하고 있는 대상자 중심의 서비스 평가를 바탕으로 중요도와 성과도 분석을 통해 관리전략을 제시하였다. 연구대상은 강원도 S시에 소재한 3개소의 재가장기요양기관에서 서비스를 받고 있는 대상자로 하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 기초통계, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 방문요양서비스 중요도는 총5점 만점에 4.55점으로 나타났고, 성과도는 4.26점으로 나타났다. 집중개선영역은 '신속한 서비스 제공'과 '안심하고 서비스 제공'으로 나타났고, 유형성의 4개 속성, 신뢰 확신성의 4개 속성, 대응 공감성의 1개 속성은 개선고려 영역으로 나타났으며, 신뢰 확신성의 3개 속성, 대응 공감성의 5개 속성은 강점유지영역으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 방문요양서비스 질을 높이기 위해서는 우선적으로 집중개선영역의 성과향상이 필요하며, 서비스 제공자의 지속적인 교육과 훈련을 통한 전문성의 확보와 규칙적인 대상자 중심의 서비스 평가를 통한 관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

This study was to investigate the structural relationships between component of interactivity, satisfaction, trust, commitment and loyalty in online community. For these purpose, the author developed several hypotheses and collected the data from 241 users of online community. The results was as follows. First, Interactivity had a significantly positive direct effect on satisfaction. Second, Interactivity had a positive indirect effect on trust. Third, Satisfaction had a significantly positive effect on trust and trust had a significantly positive effect on commitment. Finally, Satisfaction and trust had a significantly positive effect on loyalty. At the end of this paper, the managerial and theoretical implications, limitations and further research directions were suggested.

This paper is on the anlaysis for real-time software requirement . This method can be used for TNPIN(Timed Numerical Petri Net) as a easy communication means with a real-users. It is based on the RTTL(Real Time Temporal Logic) for correctness fo the system. TNPN is used to represent a behavior specification language, the validity of specified behaviors in TNPN is expressed in RTTL , and analyzed through the reachability graph. Thus , the requirement of between user and system is satisfied. By the example of shared track, the validity of the property of real-time (safetiness, responsiveness, liveness, priority) is verified. Also, this framework is give to connection with a object natually.

In this paper, we investigate the relationship between the use of different media and customer satisfaction in help desk service. Different dimensions of customer satisfaction were derived based on SERVQUAL : reliability, empathy, assurance, tangibles, and responsiveness. The results support our hypotheses that use of conventional media (face-to-face and telephone) is related to help desk satisfaction through reliability and empathy and electronic media (e-mali and internet) users show higher satisfaction in tangibles and assurance. Also, hybrid media users (multi-media users by task) show a higher level of satisfaction in reliability and responsibility. The results suggest that automating help desks should be considered as a way to provide more options to end-users.

Existing flash storage devices such as universal flash storage and solid state disk support command queuing to improve storage I/O bandwidth. Command queuing allows multiple read/write requests to be pending in a device queue. Because multi-channel and multi-way architecture of flash storage devices can handle multiple requests simultaneously, command queuing is an indispensable technique for utilizing parallel architecture. However, command queuing can be harmful to the latency of fsync system call, which is critical to application responsiveness. We propose a dynamic queue depth adaptation technique, which reduces the queue depth if user application is expected to send fsync calls. Experiments show that the proposed technique reduces the fsync latency by 79% on average compared to the original scheme.

This study was fulfilled in the purpose of proposing construction strategies of fashion information industry through the analysis of information user's satisfaction/dissatisfaction on information quality. The research was performed through a depth interview. Data were collected from 18 fashion information users(designers and merchandisers) who were working at fashion apparel industry during October to November 2007. Results from the study showed that there were three dimensions and 18 components of satisfaction/dissatisfaction on fashion information quality: Information quality(understandability, value-added, level of detail, relevance, diversity, objectivity, completeness, accuracy, quantitativeness), Service quality(responsiveness, accessibility, cost efficiency, empathy, reliability), System quality(currency, ease of use, format, timeliness). And the information users were perceiving that there were some changes in notion of preferring information, searching for information and usage of information.

The problem of water leakage due to damaging waterproof in concrete structure, causes the impediment in a long term and shortened the life span of durability. There are a lot of techniques for repair and reinforcement to improve using environment. However, the improper construction which is unconsidered various environmental conditions, could effect to increase the maintenance expenses. Therefore, this study will be compared and estimated the adhesion liquid and sheet integrate waterproofing material, as analyzing the existing problem. For those result, we would like to arrange the alterative plan for the long durability and user needs of concrete structure.
