As an extension of Technology Acceptance Models (TAM), the relative importance of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) in adopting two different mobile services are examined using service compatibility and user trust as moderating variables. This research shows that PEU is a relatively more important factor in the adoption of new mobile services when the new mobile services are highly compatible with existing services, while trust is an important influential factor in the adoption of services with a relatively low service compatibility. Trust does not significantly change the relative importance of PEU in the adoption of highly compatible mobile services, while the user's trust changes the importance of PU in the adoption process for the mobile services with relatively low service compatibility.

In this paper, we have developed bus load forecasting system (BUSLOF) based on Windows 95. It has been developed for the secure operation of electric power system. It forecasts regional load and bus load using regional distribution factor(RDF) and bus distribution factor (BDF) which are calculated from bus load in the past. It is equipped with graphic user interface(GUI) which enables a user to easily access to the system. The performance of the developed system is estimated in sample data.

The purpose of this research is to analyze priority of the elderly user interface (UI) evaluation criteria based on user's lifestyle. Since the elderly population will occupy over 20% of the all Korean population in the near future, we need to know older users' needs and information because elderly users will be main customers in the super-aged society. This paper investigated the definition of elderly users and characteristics demographically, socio-economically, and physically/cognitively. A total of 238 questionnaires from older users were analyzed based on a segmentation table for the elderly developed by the previous study. According to factor analysis and cluster analysis, 6 types of lifestyle and 4 groups of the elderly users were classified, respectively. The priority of UI evaluation criteria for large electronic home appliances and mobile products was analyzed by analyses of variance (ANOVAs). The results indicated that the priority of (physical, emotional, and cognitive) UI criteria was significantly different among elderly users' lifestyles for both home appliances and mobile products. Consequently, the results of this study may help the company develop some competitive silver products and give higher satisfaction to the elderly users by suggesting different priority of UI evaluation criteria according to the target elderly group. The results may also contribute to revitalize national economy by significantly increasing senior market shares.

Nowadays, openness and accessibility of information systems increase security threats from inside and outside of organization. Appropriate password is supposed to bring out security effects such as preventing misuses and banning illegal users. This study emphasizes on choosing passwords from perspective of information security and investigated user's security awareness affecting behavioral intention. The research model proposed in this study includes user's security belief which is influenced by risk awareness factors such as information assets, threats and vulnerability elements. The risk awareness factors ale derived from risk analysis methodologies for information security. User's risk awareness is a factor influencing the security belief, attitude toward security behavior, and security behavioral intention. According to the result of this study, while vulnerability is not related to the risk awareness, information assets and threats are related to the user's risk awareness. There is a significant relationship between risk awareness and security belief. Also, user's security behavioral intention is significantly affected by security attitude.

A virtual reality is a virtual space constructed by a computer that provides users the opportunity to indirectly experience a situation they have not experienced in real life through the realization of information for virtual environments. Various studies have been conducted to realize virtual reality, in which the user interface is a major factor in maximizing the sense of immersion and usability. However, most existing methods have disadvantages, such as costliness or being limited to the physical activity of the user due to the use of special devices attached to the user's body. This paper proposes a new type of interface that enables the user to apply their intentions and actions to the virtual space directly without special devices, and test content is introduced using the new system. Users can interact with the virtual space by throwing an object in the space; to do this, moving object detectors are produced using infrared sensors. In addition, the users can control the virtual space with their own postures. The method can heighten interest and concentration, increasing the sense of reality and immersion and maximizing user's physical experiences.

The purpose of this study is to examine the physical factors of work environment and to establish the evaluation factors for office design for wheelchair users. This study is based on the existing research for office environmental factors; and then clarifies the physical factors that are suitable for circumstances of wheelchair users. These factors are composed three physical factors which are space, furniture arrangement, and ambient condition and then each of these factors has detailed several elements. Futhermore, comparing physical factors between a non-wheelchair user and a wheelchair user with work environment is analyzed on the assumption using the system furniture on the market. This study is expected to be used as basic information to provide the way of improving office space plan for wheelchair user in workplace. This resource can serve as a checklist when renovating, re-designing or building a new office space for wheelchair users. The evaluation of office environmental factors for wheelchair users who work in public and/or private companies is needed for the next research.

핸드폰이 단순한 커뮤니케이션 도구에서 종합 엔터테인먼트 기기로 빠르게 진화되고 있으며 이를 뒷받침 하는 하드웨어와 네트워크 기술 역시 계속 발전해 나가고 있다. 또한 핸드폰이 다양한 기능을 제공하고 휴대폰에 내장된 어플리케이션의 종류가 많아 짐에 따라 UI에도 많은 변화가 일어나고 있지만 주로 사용성을 개선하는 기능적인 개선으로 치중되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 핸드폰 UI를 새로운 관점으로 접근하여 '재미'라는 요소를 접목한 실험적인 UI를 기획하고 이를 적용하는 데 있다.

We tried to do research on main views(risk and knowledge-based) and propose user knowledge as a factor to be managed in order to strengthen the performance. This study empirically analyzed the user-related and project management risk that affect the IT project performance, and verified user knowledge as a moderating variable. The survey was conducted for respondents who have experience on IT Project of public sector and data were analyzed by Smart PLS 3.0. The results show that low user-related and project management risks have a positive effect on performance. In addition, user knowledge has been shown to enhance the impact of two risks on performance. These findings are meaningful in that they emphasize the importance of user knowledge in public-sector IT projects, as well as the repeated verification of integrated research results.
