사용자 요구분석을 통한 리모델링방법 선정에 관한 연구 -공동주택을 중심으로- (A Study on the Selection of Remodeling Method by User's Request Analysis -Focused on Apartment House-)

  • Lately construction industry tends to prefer remodeling of existing buildings rather than new construction or reconstruction of buildings due to strengthening of several restriction related to real estates along with prolonged depression. And also, remodeling of building costs less and creates less wastes compared to reconstruction and so it is more profitable in financial and environmental view. However remodeling is process of creating new environment with existing building. Therefor remodeling must follow the procedure realizing problem and fix the problem based on through investigation on existing building and users requirement must be faithfully reflected. Specially in case of apartment houses, since vagueness on ownership and management authority on common parts exists. Hereupon, in this study we are to present the procedure of analyzing apartment house remodeling method through user requirement by approaching to several considerable factors in user request side.

  • This paper proposes the method to develop information system for maintenance of urban transit. We have to develop the standard information system, but have difficult to get user's requirement. To solve this problem, we propose the method, web-based, component-based, and prototype-based development method. Proposed method may provide a procedure to develop information system that have hard to get user's requirement.

  • 전자상거래에서 중요한 지불 수단으로서 전자화폐 시스템이 있는데 전자화폐의 요구사항에는 독립성, 양도성, 분할성 등이 있다. 이는 컨텐츠에도 동일한 요구사항으로써 컨텐츠를 제공하는 데 있어 DRM에서 필요한 요구사항이 된다. 전자화폐의 요구사항이 컨텐츠 요구사항으로 이관될 수 있는 것은 컨텐츠 자체가 금전적 개념으로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 컨텐츠에 대한 복제 및 복사, 익명 사용자의 접근 등 여러 관계에서 동일하게 적용시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자화폐와 컨텐츠에 대해 동일한 가치로 두고, 전자화폐의 요구사항과 DRM의 요구사항을 살펴본 뒤 이를 통해 전자화폐의 개념을 적용하여 DRM 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 사용되는 개념은 계층적 트리구조를 이용하여 복사 사용 권한을 두었으며 익명 사용자를 위해 컨텐츠에 대한 익명성과 사용자에 대한 익명성을 부여하였다. 마지막으로 제안된 여러 가지 방식들을 살펴보고 비교, 분석해 본다.

Scheduling with Heterogeneous QoS Provisioning for Indoor Visible-light Communication

  • Visible-light communication (VLC) combined with advanced illumination can be expected to become an integral part of next-generation communication networks. One of the major concerns in VLC implementation is developing resource-allocation schemes in a multi-user scenario. However, the scheduling for heterogeneous quality of service (QoS) traffic has not been studied so far, for the indoor VLC downlink system. In this paper, we creatively introduce effective-bandwidth and effective-capacity theory into the multi-user scheduling (MUS) problem, to guarantee the user's statistical delay QoS. We also take account of the aggregate interference (AI) in the indoor VLC downlink system, and analyze its impact on the user-centric MUS problem for the first time. Simulations show that the AI has a nonnegligible influence on the scheduling result, and that the proposed scheduling scheme could guarantee the user's QoS requirement under the premise of ensuring sum capacity.

  • In the 4th industrial revolution, there are many projects for diverse software applications of smart city environments. Most of the stakeholders focus on considering software quality for their developed software. Nobody doesn't guarantee requirement satisfaction after complete development. At this time, we can only work on user acceptance testing for requirement satisfaction on frequently changing requirements. Why keeps the requirement traceability? This traceability is to identify risks related to requirements, to assure correct software development based on customer requirements. To solve this, we are researching how to implement requirement traceability across each artifact's relationship to each activity of a whole development lifecycle.

시스템조명 통합평가 및 사용자 맞춤형 가이드라인 개발 연구 - 사무공간 설계방법을 중심으로 - (A Study of Integrated Evaluation of System Lighting and User Centered Guideline Development - Focused on the Lighting Design Method for Office Space -)

  • Lighting in indoor space is being changed to system lighting converged with IT technology. Office space lighting with incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps was completed through overall lighting plan by illumination in most cases, but convergence between LED lighting and IT technology enables the technology of responding to user requirements to be realized. Optical physical quantity suitable for humans and the lighting environment in accordance with user's sensibility, based on space function and user's behavior, would contribute to the improvement of service productivity, energy reduction, and enhancement of emotional satisfaction by providing user optimized lighting solution. Thus, user-customized system lighting guidelines to be applied with integration indicators of optics and sensibility are required. For the design elements required by users, environmental factors, product characteristics, optical characteristics, and sensibility factors are drawn from the design cases for office space and the survey, and the design check list and evaluation indicators are considered to reflect the requirements in the design and requirement indicators to give integrated satisfaction for optics and sensibility are developed. Purpose-centered design method from the user's viewpoint is applied to function-focused design through scenario, and it should be applied flexibly, as the new lightning design method solutions, to the concept design stage of space lighting design and device development. This paper, therefore, presents user-customized guidelines by pursuing the optics and sensibility evaluation and design method combining the requirement conditions and scenario, to be used for lighting content development and design.

  • As the Long-life certification system is recently introduced in the Housing Law in Korea, it is expected that an application of the lightweight wall panel will be increased in apartment construction as the main wall system. However, the performance criteria for lightweight wall is in the early phase of its action. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the performance criteria properly by investigating performance requirement in the user's perspective. The purpose of this study is to identify of the weight of the required performance items for the lightweight wall in apartment house. To analyze the priority in the performance, an interview survey is performed; after monitering the test-bed of the lightweight walls, user and experts evaluate the performance requirements. The weight of the performance requirement is developed by AHP method.

  • 종단간 암호화는 계좌 비밀번호 및 계좌번호 등 주요 금융거래정보를 암호화하여 이용자 PC에서부터 전자금융거래 서버까지 보호하는 것을 의미한다. 초기에 적용된 종단간 암호화는 이용자 PC내에 평문으로 존재하는 구간이 없어야 한다는 기본적인 보안요구사항을 만족하지 못하여 전자금융거래 시 여러 해킹기법에 의해 취약함이 발견되었다. 따라서 확장 종단간 암호화 기술은 이용자의 금융거래정보에 대해 기밀성 및 무결성을 제공하여 유출, 위 변조 등의 위협으로부터 보호하고 있다. 본 논문에서 확장 종단간 암호화 기술에 대해 살펴보고 금융회사에서 확장 종단간 암호화 기술 적용 시 고려해야 할 보안 고려사항에 대해 알아본다.

MBTI-based Recommendation for Resource Collaboration System in IoT Environment

  • In IoT(Internet of Things) environment, users want to receive customized service by users' personal device such as smart watch and pendant. To fulfill this requirement, the mobile device should support a lot of functions. However, the miniaturization of mobile devices is another requirement and has limitation such as tiny display. limited I/O, and less powerful processors. To solve this limitation problem and provide customized service to users, this paper proposes a collaboration system for sharing various computing resources. The paper also proposes the method for reasoning and recommending suitable resources to compose the user-requested service in small device with limited power on expected time. For this goal, our system adopts MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) to analyzes user's behavior pattern and recommends personalized resources based on the result of the analyzation. The evaluation in this paper shows that our approach not only reduces recommendation time but also increases user satisfaction with the result of recommendation.

  • 현재 모바일 또는 유비쿼터스 시스템을 포함한 하이테크 통신 기술의 중요성과 관련된 비즈니스 분야는 성장세를 거듭하고 있다. 개인적 삶의 질을 제고하기 위한 웰빙의 의미에서, ICT 기술은 선택이 아니라 필요 사항이 되고 있다. 본 연구의 첫 번째 목적은 u-휘트니스에 대상으로 TAM의 수용과 관련된 사용자의 인지된 유용성과 사용 용이성에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 인식한다. 이는 다중회귀분석을 통하여 그 사용자 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색한다. 이러한 분석 결과와 연계하여 본 연구의 두 번째 목적은 QFD 방법을 사용하여 그 u-헬스 시스템에의 적용 가능성을 제시한다. 즉 본 연구는 QFD 방법을 사용하여 사용자 요구사항과 관련된 특성에 그 TAM의 외부 변수들을 결합할 수 있다는 가능성을 제안하는데 있다. 이러한 연구 결과에 근간하여 그 적합한 시스템이 구축되고 개발될 수 있을 것이다.
