마네킨 의상사진 기반 온라인 가상의상착용 (Online Virtual Try On using Mannequin Cloth Pictures)

  • 본 논문에서 마네킨에 착용된 의상 이미지를 분할하고 사용자의 사진에 입히는 가상의상착용 (VTON) 기술을 개발하였다. 의상과 모델의 3차원 정보가 필요하지 않는 2차원 이미지 기반 가상착용연구는 실용적인 가치가 크지만, 연구결과 현재 기술로는 의상 분할 시 가림이나 왜곡에 의한 문제 등 제약사항이 존재한다. 본 연구는 마네킨 의상을 사용함으로써 이러한 어려움을 줄였다는 가정 하에서, 딥러닝 기반 영역분할과 자세추정을 통하여 얻은 결과를 사용자 사진에 입히는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 기존의 연구 대비 성능 개선을 위하여 사전 자세정보의 신뢰성 검사, 외곽선을 이용한 변형개선, 분할 영역개선 등을 사용하였다. 결과로 시각적으로 만족할 만한 의상착용의 경우가 전체의 50%이상으로 상당히 개선된 결과를 얻었다.

  • 이 연구는 마이데이터 이용자의 프라이버시 태도와 보호의도에 대한 프라이버시 냉소주의 4개 차원(불신, 불확실성, 무기력, 체념)의 영향 관계를 분석했다. 연구결과, 마이데이터 이용자의 인터넷 활용능력은 프라이버시 냉소주의 차원 중 '체념'에 통계적으로 유의미하게 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프라이버시 위험은 프라이버시 냉소주의 차원 중 마이데이터 사업자에 대한 '불신', 프라이버시 통제에 대한 '불확실성' 및 '무기력'에 긍정적 영향을 준다. 셋째, 프라이버시 염려는 프라이버시 냉소주의 차원인 '불신', '불확실성'에 통계적으로 유의미한 긍정적 영향, '체념'은 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석됐다. 넷째, 프라이버시 냉소주의 차원의 '체념'은 프라이버시 보호의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종합하면, 마이데이터 이용자의 인터넷 활용능력은 프라이버시 냉소주의를 완화할 수 있는 변인이나, 프라이버시 위험과 프라이버시 염려는 프라이버시 냉소주의를 강화하는 변인으로 나타났다. 프라이버시 냉소주의 중 '체념'은 프라이버시 염려를 상쇄시키고, 프라이버시 보호의도를 낮춘다. 이는 프라이버시 노출에 대한 위험 또는 염려의 상황에서 프라이버시 냉소주의가 이러한 상황을 벗어나게 하는 인지적 메커니즘으로 기능한다는 기존 연구 결과들을 뒷받침한다.

이동통신 서비스 이용자의 전환의도에 관한 연구: 개인 혁신성에 따른 집단 간의 차이를 중심으로 (A Study on Switching Intention of Mobile Telecommunication Service User: Focused on Group Differences Based on Innovativeness)

  • Recently, the researches to explain Switching Behavior through Theory of Planned Behavior have been discovered. Many researches say that System factors of mobile telecommunication service(MTS) is positively associated with Switching Intention. But There is no difference of system factors between mobile telecommunication services because of IT technique Development. Thus, this study investigated whether switching cost and alternative's attractiveness influence switching intention concerning mobile telecommunication service by adopting Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as an underlying theoretical premise. The study also attempted to determine the moderating effects of personal innovativeness on switching intention. For these purposes the author has developed several hypotheses as follows: H-1. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the attitude of MTS which is using. H-2. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the subjective norm of MTS which is using. H-3. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the perceived behavior control of MTS which is using. H-4. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the attitude of MTS which is using. H-5. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the subjective norm of MTS which is using. H-6. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the perceived behavior control of MTS which is using. H-7. The switching cost of different MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-8. The alternative's attractiveness of different MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-9. The attitude of MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-10. The subjective norm of MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-11. The perceived behavior control of MTS is associated with the switching intention. H-12. The personal innovativeness has been a moderating effects to switching intention. Data has been collected from 403 respondents for this study using a questionnaire method. The survey for the actual analysis of the research was done and analyzed with the customers who have an experience of using Mobile telecommunication service and the samples were selected among the middle and high school students who live in Seoul area, the university students who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheng Provinces, and the ordinary workers who are working in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The survey was done for 23 days from March 28, 2008 through April 12, 2008. The positive analysis was done with SPSS 12.0K statistics package and visual PLS program using the analysis techniques of frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis. In addition, structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS 5.0. The data was analyzed by frequency analysis using SPSS 12.0 and structural equation modeling using AMOS 5.0. The result of the overall model analysis is as follows: Chi-Square=378.306, d.f.=107, p-value=0.0, GFI=.904, AGFI= 0.863, IFI= 0.939, NFI= 0.917, RMSEA= 0.079, TLI= 0.922. The results of the overall model analysis were coherent. The following study results were revealed: First, switching cost was related positively to attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control, three components of TPB. Second, alternative's attractiveness was related negatively to subjective norm but positively to perceived behavior control. Third, switching cost and attitude was related negatively to switching intention, while perceived behavior control was related positively to switching intention. Finally, the study found the moderating effects of personal innovativeness on switching intention. Based on the results, the study offers marketing strategic implications for mobile telecommunication service industry.

친환경 실내건축 연구 성향에 관한 조사 분석 연구 (A Basic Survey Study on the Research Tendency for Green Interior Architecture)

  • Including interior architecture, diverse fields of study for eco-friendly environment is in progress due to the world's crisis consciousness of global environment. And nevertheless, practical use of the research results are still low and systematical problems of the studies are inevitable reality. Thus, this study focused on to the enbodiment of green interior architecture study understanding the problems of precedence studies to make suggestion for the future direction and balancing green interior architecture study seeking for better motivation. Analysing results of the precedent studies indicates that the existing studies loss its diversity and concentrated in the narrow based directions. For the enbodiment of green interior architecture, not simply immerse existing planning method found from case study, the study need to perform in overall areas of green interior architecture and diversify its direction. Besides space designer, user's consciousness are also important results to form a new paradigm of eco-friendly environment. For the applications and use of the study results as the design factor in green interior architecture, first and the most important stept is to innovate attitude towards the nature and shift of consciousness through education as well as the relative studies of design and planning realm to drive both technical, and non-technical design factors are highly demanded.

모바일 애플리케이션 업데이트 선택에 대한 사용자 후회 (User's Regret on Update Decisions of Mobile Applications)

  • Purpose While new versions of mobile applications could offer users better computing environment, users are not always comfortable with them for various reasons. Considering making update decisions is important task for users, it is crucial for us to understand users' behavior and attitude on app updates. The purpose of this study is to explain why mobile users succumb to both reactance toward the update and satisfaction to the current version, ultimately leading them to feel the regret by employing three theoretical perspectives including regret theory, status quo bias theory and the dual model. Design/methodology/approach Survey data collected from 204 mobile users was used to test the research model using partial least squares analysis. The results have shown that both reactance toward the update and satisfaction to the current version have negative impacts on individuals' decisions to update, which leading to their regret after updating the applications Findings By integrating both status quo bias and regret theory in the model, this study tried to explain why mobile users feel regret in application update settings. More specifically, this study has proposed a novel framework that introduces an individual's update decision on mobile applications.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 사용자 채택에 대한 구매 단계별 영향 요인 (The Impact on the User Acceptance of Internet Shopping Malls by Purchase Stages)

  • Internet shopping mall has dual nature of information technology features defined by the web-based application system and marketing features explained by the shopping marketplaces. The purpose of this study aims at analyzing the consumer's attempt to purchase and re-purchase intention to the internet shopping mall to combine the IT perspective and the marketing perspective. This paper develop the integrated research model with the acceptance behaviors of customers through consumer's purchase decision process(pre-purchase stage and post-purchase stage). The results from an empirical survey as follows: First, the integrated model is valid in predicting the acceptance of the internet shopping malls by using structured equation modeling. Second, there are the differences between pre-purchase stage and post-purchase stage by each conceptual constructs. Finally, the results of MSEM(Multi-group Structured Equation Modeling) indicate the perceived ease of use and perceived trust to the attitude to the internet shopping mall is more effectively predicted at the pre-purchase stage. Vice versa, the perceived usefulness to the intention to the purchase intention of internet shopping mall is more effectively predicted at the post-purchase stage. This study provides an integrative approach to develop the effective and successful internet shopping mall strategy.

  • The study aims to determine the impact of quality outcomes on behavior intentions in Financial Technology (FinTech) payment services. The study is focused on the development and testing of the impact of the SERVQUAL model on the TAM, i.e., Technology Acceptance Model for the measurement of the behavioral intention of users to use fintech payment services. The sample entails 578 specific survey responses from northern India from October to December 2022. The respondents were users of FinTech. The PLS-SEM technique was employed to explain the implementation process. Consequently, it discovered a significant relationship between the SERVQUAL models and the impact on behavioral intentions identified by TAM. The study will provide insight into the factors that impact the quality outcomes and adoption of Fintech payment services to the providers. The paper demystifies FinTech payment services in the range of perception of service quality outcomes and provides essential theories. The TAM model reflects the customer's sense of satisfaction, usefulness, and attitude. In contrast, the SERVQUAL model demonstrates the user's assessment of service quality outcomes such as quality, trust, security, and service quality positively affects behavioral intention in FinTech payment services.

The Study of Comparing Korean Consumers' Attitudes Toward Spotify and MelOn: Using Semantic Network Analysis

  • This study examines Korean users' attitudes and emotions toward Melon and Spotify, which lead the music streaming market. We used Text Mining, Semantic Network Analysis, TF-IDF, Centrality, CONCOR, and Word2Vec analysis. As a result of the study, MelOn was used in a user's daily life. Based on Melon's advantages of providing various contents, the advantage is judged to have considerable competitiveness beyond the limits of the streaming app. However, the MelOn users had negative emotions such as anger, repulsion, and pressure. On the contrary, in the case of Spotify, users were highly interested in the music content. In particular, interest in foreign music was high, and users were also interested in stock investment. In addition, positive emotions such as interest and pleasure were higher than MelOn users, which could be interpreted as providing attractive services to Korean users. While previous studies have mainly focused on technical or personal factors, this study focuses on consumer reactions (online reviews) according to corporate strategies, and this point is the differentiation from others.

  • 본 연구는 웰쇼핑 구매시에 인터넷의 첨단기법과 기술로 인해 인터넷 자기효능감이 저하될 때 그로 인한 웹쇼핑 태도와 구매의도의 영향관계를 살펴보고 있다. 인터넷 자기효능감은 인터넷에서 특정활동, 즉 구매행동이나 쇼핑을 성공적으로 잘 할 수 있다는 자신의 능력에 대한 믿음 및 자신감을 말한다. 이것은 과거에 행했던 것과의 관련이 아니라, 미래에 잘행할 수 있다는 판단과 관련이 있다. 아울러, 인터넷 수용에 대한 장애요인이 되는 복잡성, 지식과 새로운 사용자에 의해 직면하게 되는 불편 등은 인터넷 자기효능감의 부족으로 해석 되어질 수 있다. 따라서, 인터넷 자기효능감이 웹쇼핑에서의 인터넷에 대한 지각된 유용성과, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 즐거움 등과 어떠한 영향관계가 있고, 이로 인한 구매태도와 구매의도까지 인과관계를 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과는 인터넷 자기효능감은 지각된 용이성, 즉 인터넷의 사용이 쉽다는 것에 영향을 미쳐서, 이러한 지각된 용이성이 다시 유용성과 즐거움 등을 통해 웹쇼핑 구매태도, 구매의도에 영향을 미치게 된다. 이것은 지각된 용이성을 매개로 한 지각된 유용성과 지각된 즐거움에 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 따라서 마케터는 무엇보다도 인터넷 자기효능감을 높여서 결과변수인 웹쇼핑의 구매태도와 구매의도를 획득할 수 있다는 시사점을 줄 것이다.

  • 최근 주목 받기 시작한 빅데이터 기술은 대량의 개인 정보에 대한 접근, 수집, 저장을 용이하게 할 뿐만 아니라 개인의 원하지 않는 민감한 정보까지 분석할 수 있게 한다. 이러한 기술이나 서비스를 이용하는 사람들은 어느 정도의 프라이버시 염려를 가지고 있으며, 이것은 해당 기술의 사용을 저해하는 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 대표적 예로 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 경우, 다양한 이점이 존재하는 서비스이지만, 사용자들은 자신이 올린 수많은 개인 정보로 인해 오히려 프라이버시 침해 위험에 노출될 수 있다. 온라인 상에서 자신이 생성하거나 공개한 정보일 경우에도 이러한 정보가 의도하지 않은 방향으로 활용되거나 제3자를 의해 악용되면서 프라이버시 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 사용자들이 이러한 환경에서 인지할 수 있는 개인정보의 과잉이 프라이버시 위험과 염려에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고, 사용자 저항과 어떠한 관계가 있는지 분석한다. 데이터 분석을 위해 설문과 구조방정식 방법론을 활용했다. 연구결과는 소셜 네트워크 상의 개인정보 과잉 현상은 사용자들의 프라이버시 위험 인식에 영향을 주어 개인의 프라이버시 염려 수준을 증가 시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 보여준다.
