감염병 예방을 위한 건축물 시설가이드라인 설정에 관한 기초 연구 (Basic Studies on Establishment of Facility Guidelines for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases)

  • Purpose: This study tried to present basic data for establishment of facility guidelines and facility certification standards for the comprehensive prevention of infectious diseases in buildings. Methods: This study examines the concept of architectural countermeasures for the prevention of infectious diseases through literature reviews, and then classifies and organizes the countermeasures by viewing the infectious diseases hospitals as the top-level facility in terms of responding to infectious diseases. Results: At first, this study categorized and organized infection prevention countermeasures of infectious disease hospitals, which are the highest level facilities in terms of response to infectious diseases. And by presenting the concept of step-by-step setting of countermeasures for general buildings such as welfare facilities and multi-use facilities, which are lower-level facilities in the aspect of prevention of infectious diseases, this study tried to present basic data for establishing facility guidelines and facility certification standards for comprehensive prevention of infectious diseases in buildings. Implications: In the future, it is expected that spatial changes for the prevention of infectious diseases will spread to general constructions such as public buildings, private buildings, and multi-use facilities, and comprehensive infection prevention facility guidelines are needed.

공간관리 현황조사를 통한 대학시설관리방안에 관한 연구 - 국립대학의 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on the Facility Management Method through Actual Condition of Space Management - Based on the National University)

  • To enhance the administrational efficiency and for university facility and space management to be public, this research suggests a competent and an objective evaluation system and index. The study will assist national and university finances to contribute towards advanced education. Furthermore, figure out the space management condition of national university by utilizing the evaluation system, and through that suggesting efficient special management method. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into seven categories; system preparation, members conference, propriety of space allocation, propriety of management system, space use ratio, time control of space use, imposition index of surplus use. Based on these subdivisions, the space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. In result of examining space management condition using the evaluation system, space management was well enforced in research focused university group where as in education centered university group, it shows relatively low enforcement. It also illustrated that efforts of evaluation items were required in categories of imposition index of surplus use and special use ratio in order for efficient space management.

발주처 관점의 시설물 생애주기 관리를 위한 BIM 기반 건설 프로젝트 사례 분석 (BIM based Construction Project Case Analysis for Facility Life Cycle Management from the Perspective of the Client)

  • From the perspective of the client, the value of information for use in facility management is very low at the point of use. This is because the facility owner, who is a non-professional, cannot accurately request necessary information from the perspective of long-term facility life cycle management. The purpose of this study is to define the information necessary for facility management and to analyze the project operation method to procur this information to the client using BIM. To this end, this study analyzed the role of client and contractor, project delivery process, standards, and submissions in the BIM-based procurement area through USACE Air Force Hospital project case analysis. As a result of the analysis, if the client, who is the subject of facility operation, defines in advance the type and input method of necessary information in the operation stage, the client can receive the BIM optimized for operation from the contractor. The results of this study can be used to establish standards for receiving information necessary for establishment of procurement process and facility management of public institutions considering BIM introduction.

  • There has been a project in Japan recently to develop the mixed-use facility in order to help regenerate its city's vitality. They must make efficient use of resources that contains historical and local identity. In contrast, Korea hasn't considered developing their mixed-use facilities for maintaining their historical identity. This research will analyze how locality is reflected in the 8 mixed-use facilities in Japan. The research method was as follows: Preparatory study and literature research were conducted to extract the elements of locality shown in the mixed-use facilities in Japan. According to the results, the peculiarities of locality are as follows: 1) It's important to make the most of the local Identity by reflecting on the historical peculiarity of the region. 2) Nature and its environmental surroundings should be considered when constructing buildings in order to revitalize its local identity. 3) In the perception aspect, when a mixed-use facility is open for visit, the negative elements such as the 'peripheral regional gap' that may be felt by the visitor must be kept to the minimum.

  • This Study is to construct the Activity System Methods of Site Planning and Design. A planned spaces and facilities is considered usually in relation to users of space and facilities, user attributes, needs and values, and activity patterns. Information obtained form this study adds a qualitative dimension to the quantitative emphasis and supplies information for design-oriented analyses of site planning. In the design-oriented aspect, the concern is with devising desirable land use arrangements and facility supply considering objectives defined in the public interest. The design-oriented approache in site planning and design must use information on activity systems and space qualities in defining planning and design requirements of site development-one in the form of principles and standards of design used in land use and facility planning guidelines, and the other form of input variables for land use model and facility supply model.

  • Recently, amount of High-Rise Mixed-use Building is Increasing based on Preference of comfortable residence and good view. Government policies were turned to prefer about High-Rise Mixed-use Building because of decreased real estate Condition. But these changes have revealed that it has many maintenance problems for example- efficiency, economic, environmental problems. This paper suggests that the Database System based on various alternatives and real case. And it will be a tool in the scientific decision and value analysis from the facility management to make optimized decision.

백화점 내 업종별 판매매장에 따른 오염물질 배출현황 평가 (Evaluation of Pollutants Emissions according to the Selling Store in Department Store)

  • It is important thing that air quality affects human health. And It is more important thing that Indoor Air Quality more affects human health than Outdoor Air Quality. The cause of that is indoor air pollutants are more absorbed than outdoor air pollutants. By the way, in case of Multi-use facility for example office, department store, school etc., it has a feature that there are more people than any other buildings. therethrough, effects of Indoor Air Quality of Multi-use facility affect more people's health than Indoor Air Quality of any other buildings. However, in multi-use facility, specifically retail store, chemical treated materials are used for interior finishing, showcase finishing and product finishing because esthetic element is more added for detention of customer. Consequently, in place where demands brisk sales, possibility that indoor air is polluted by VOCs is high. This study considered retail store's Indoor Air Quality. as result of experiment, figure of department store's air pollution exceed about 5~20 times in guideline of multi-use facility's Indoor Air Quality in any kind of shop of department store (guideline : $500{\mu}g/m^3$).

노인장기요양서비스 이용형태 결정요인 연구 (Determinants of Long-Term Care Service Use by Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 새롭게 도입된 노인장기요양보험제도 체계 내에서 공적보호서비스(시설보호서비스와 재가보호서비스)를 이용하게 되는 요인과 두 서비스유형간의 선택을 결정하게 되는 요인을 밝히고자 한다. Andersen의 행동모델에 기반하여 노인장기요양서비스 이용형태를 결정하는 소인요인과 자원요인, 욕구요인의 영향을 검증하는 연구모형을 구성하였으며, 노인장기요양보험 2차 시범사업의 서비스 이용권리가 있는 요양 1~3등급의 노인 5,497명의 서비스 이용자료와 개인적 특성 자료를 활용하여 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스 이용의 본인부담금을 나타내는 소득수준에 따라 서비스 이용형태에 차이가 나타났다. 국민기초생활보호대상자, 일반소득계층, 차상위계층의 순으로 서비스 이용이 높았으며, 재가보호서비스에 비해 시설보호서비스의 이용이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 군지역에 비해 대도시와 중소도시가 시설보호서비스 또는 재가보호서비스를 이용할 확률이 높으며, 특히 중소도시의 경우 재가보호서비스보다는 시설보호서비스 이용이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요양 1~2등급이 3등급에 비해 시설보호서비스 또는 재가보호서비스 이용이 높으나, 등급에 따른 서비스 이용 유형간 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 일상생활수행능력(ADL), 수단적 일상생활수행능력(IADL), 인지기능과 문제행동의 기능이 나쁠수록 시설보호서비스 이용이 높으며, 재가보호보다는 시설보호를 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 간호처치영역은 기능상태가 나쁠수록 서비스 이용이 적고, 재활영역의 기능상태는 통계적 유의미성을 나타내지 못하였다. 이와같은 연구결과를 통해 현 노인장기요양보험제도의 본인부담금의 조정과 지역별 균형적인 서비스인프라 구축의 필요성을 제기하며, 또한 요양등급판정체계의 재검증의 필요성을 제기하는 바이다.
