신발소재 재단용 채산 소프트웨어 개발

  • This paper is to describe the development of nesting software for the materials cutting plan of footwear manufacturing processes. In shoes cutting process, almost of the materials cutting plan is dependent upon worker's experience. Thus, the pattern nesting by worker's experience for materials cutting is different from the real cutting results and also different from the error size of yield in degree of worker's skill. Recently, a few of domestic shoes' makers make use of oversee's nesting software. But the nesting software unfits for the domestic actual circumstances, and is complex to use, and is expensive, and is not to be interfaced with the auto cutting machine. Therefore, we have developed the economic nesting systems that are easier for novice to use and fit for the domestic circumstances, which can syncronize with the development of the auto cutting machine. The system comprises interrelated modules for materials information, nesting simulation, utility. The architecture of system, the functions of each module, and the information processing procedures of each function are discussed.

사회적 지지 과부하가 소셜미디어 환경에서의 사회적 소통에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Overload on Social Communication in the Social Media Environment)

  • With the rapid growth of the internet, Social Network Services (SNSs) have played an important role. As the use of SNSs increases, users experience a sense of responsibility to respond to other people's messages or requests, and consequently experience an social overload, feeling too much social support for other users. In this study, we examined the effects of social overload on loneliness and SNS discontinuous usage intention. To verify the research model, data were collected from 83 SNS users and analyzed using SmartPLS, a structural equation modeling tool. The results of this study showed that the communal orientation and the degree of use of SNS influenced the social overload, and the social overload had a significant effect on loneliness and SNS discontinuous usage intention. The findings of this study are expected to help understand the social overload and loneliness in the use of SNS, and may also provide a strategic direction for SNS service providers.

  • The idea that students must experience cognitive conflict before conceptual change can occur is not new. In light of this idea, many teaching strategies have been applied in educational practices. However, there is not much literature about how students are experiencing cognitive conflict, how this experience affects students learning processes, and how we use that knowledge to improve our science instruction. This study aimed to propose possible answers about these questions. In this paper, we conducted the first question as a first part of our research. To do this, we reviewed related literature and analyzed protocols that were produced in previous studies. As a result, a model of cognitive conflict was developed. This study's findings may lead to further understanding and use of students' cognitive conflict, which has a complex role in science instruction.

Consumers' Channel Selection Behavior Based on Psychological Distance Cue: Regulatory-Focus as Moderator

  • As merging online and offline channels into one single platform, individuals could easily and frequently switch between online and offline channels. In order for understanding such unique behaviors, this study attempts to explore why and how consumers choose their channels to search and purchase a product. We have drawn on multiple theories that have been used to explain individuals' judgment and decision making (i.e., construal level theory and regula-tory focus theory) in order to develop and tested two-way ANOVA based models of how both regulatory focus (e.g., promotion vs. prevention) and product types (e.g., experience goods vs. searching goods) including the psychological distance cue separately and jointly affect individuals' channel selection behavior (e.g., intention to use single channel vs. intention to use cross-channels). Our results have indicated that consumers with promotion-focus are more likely to use a single channel in experience goods rather than in searching goods when there exists the psychological cue. Based on our findings, the implication for both research and practice are discussed.

고객경험이 고객태도와 제품 재 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 - 창업기업 중심으로 - (The Impact of Customer Experience on Customer Attitudes and Product Re-purchase Intentions - Focusing on Start-up Firms -)

  • 본 연구는 창업기업의 무형적인 기업자원의 효과적 활용에 따른 경쟁력 확보에 대하여 연구 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해서, BI 센터와 7년 미만의 창업기업 제품을 이용한 고객이 창업기업을 대상으로 평가하는 방식으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. Schmitt 교수의 경험적 요소를 이론적 배경으로 살펴보았고, 이러한 경험적 요소와 태도가 재 구매의 개념으로서 의사결정 과정상 선행 프로세스로 작동되는지 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 고객의 사용경험과 탐색경험이 재 구매의도에 영향을 준다는 것을 명확하게 보여 주었다. 둘째, 고객의 사용경험과 탐색경험, 접촉경험은 고객태도에 유의적인 영향관계로 파악되었다. 셋째, 고객태도는 고객의 사용경험과 고객의 탐색경험이 재 구매의도에 주는 영향을 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 창업 초기기업이 고객의 경험적 요소를 잘 관리하면 재 구매의도를 높여 시설과 인력의 자원이 부족한 중소기업의 한계에 적절히 대처할 수 있음을 본 연구는 시사하고 있다.

과학수업에서 학생의 일상경험 도입에 대한 초등교사의 인식과 실행 및 배경요인 (Elementary Teachers' Perception, Practice, and Background Factors in Using Students' Everyday Experience in Teaching Science)

  • 본 연구는 과학교수과정에서 학생의 일상경험 도입과 관련된 초등교사의 인식과 실행, 그 배경요인을 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전공, 교직경력, 성별, 성장지역, 연령 등 각각의 특성이 다른 네 명의 초등교사를 대상으로 반 구조화된 심층면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 교사들은 주로 동기유발을 하기 위해 수업의 도입부에 일상경험을 상기하도록 학생들에게 발문하였다. 교사들은 과학수업에 일상경험을 도입하는 것에 우호적이었고 더 높은 수준의 도입이 필요하다고 생각했지만, 실제 과학수업에서는 일상경험을 소극적으로 도입하거나 외면하기도 하였다. 이러한 현상에 영향을 미친 요인들은 '과학수업에 대한 기억', '자녀교육 경험', '유년기의 성장환경', '개인의 학습양식', '불충분한 지식 열정', '일상생활의 과학 교육적 의미', '교사의 의무에 대한 인식', '평가결과의 중요성', '실험의 어려움', '일상경험 도입 시 학생의 반응', '교과용 도서의 체계', '교수학습 시간 부족', '국민공통기본 교육 구현', '담당 학생의 특성', '타 교육주체의 요구', '일상경험 도입의 효과'가 있었다. 또한 교사들은 직무관련 외적 요인의 영향에 의해 자신의 인식과 다른 실행을 하고 있으며, 일상경험의 적극적인 도입을 위하여 교과용 도서 등의 도움을 필요로 하였다.

디지털 경험 요소가 구매에 미치는 영향 -경험빈도의 조절효과를 중심으로- (Influence of Digital Experience Factors on Purchase - Focusing on Moderating Effects of Digital Experience Frequency -)

  • 4차산업혁명과 코로나 19의 진전으로 인하여 패션 산업은 급속이 오프라인에서 온라인으로 이동하고 있다. 전통적인 패션쇼 조차도 온라인이 오프라인을 대체하고 있는 실정이다. 온라인 서비스로 인하여 디지털 기술에 기반을 둔 고객의 디지털 경험이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 배경하에 다음과 같은 목적을 가지고 이루어졌다. 첫째, 디지털 경험이 고객만족에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 Schmitt의 경험 마케팅의 요소를 기반으로 연구 변수를 도출하였다. 둘째, 서비스-이익 모델에 의해 품질, 고객만족, 충성도, 이익으로 이어지는 일련의 과정을 디지털 경험을 출발점으로 하여 검증하였다. 셋째, 디지털 경험 회수가 독립변수와 고객만족 간 조절 역할을 하는지에 대해서도 규명을 하였다. 이를 위해 패션 쇼핑몰 이용자 180명에게 설문을 받았다. 설문 분석은 SPSS 24, AMOS 23와 Process Macro 3.5를 활용하였다. 연구 결과 디지털 경험 요소로 도출된 디지털 sense, feel, think, act, relate 5가지 요소중 act만 제외하고 모두 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 이들의 영향력 크기는 digital sense (β = .366) > digital think (β = .225)> digital feel (β = .191) > digital relate(β = .163)순으로 나타났다. 디지털 고객 만족은 구매, 지속적 구매, 추천 의향에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 디지털 경험 빈도의 조절효과 분석 결과 디지털 경험 빈도는 digital feel 및 digital act와 고객만족 간 조절 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

초등학교 학교조경의 환경교육적 활용을 위한 기초 연구 -성남시 교사들의 인식을 중심으로- (A Basic Study for the Environmental Educational Use of Elementary School Landscape -The Awareness of Seongnam City Elementary School Teacher-)

  • The purpose of this study that was based on the theory review about the practical use necessity of school landscape was to survey on the awareness of elementary school teachers about the applications of school landscape for environmental education. This study was carried out through the review of literature, the questionnaire to 132 elementary school teachers in Seongnam City. The findings derived from this study were as follows : First, School landscape is an important field as environmental education resource for the improvement of school environmental education. Especially, for the improvement of environmental sensitivity through field-experience learning, the practical applications of elementary school landscape is very important and urgent in aspects of environmental education theory, accessibility, and convenience. Second, Most of responded teachers give an affirmative answer about the field-experience learning for school environmental education and the necessity of practical use of school landscape for field-experience learning. Several the improvement to use elementary school landscape for environmental education being suggested by teachers are the increase of financial support, the magnification of school area, and the school landscape planning and design in consideration of environmental education by landscape architect expert. Third, Above half of teachers don't agree to use the roof garden for environmental education because of the safety of students and the school building construction. Fourth, Teachers are more satisfied with the status of school landscape maintenance than the practical usability of school landscape in aspect of environmental education and the facilities in school landscape. Teachers think that the most important functions and roles of school landscape is psychological factor.
