  • A debris flow is known as that flood and landslide of water cause much physical human damages worldwide to complex natural disaster that happen combining and happy event is happening mainly in urgent mountains area in domestic. Because happen about debris flow that happen from each place every year and is drift, mechanism of accumulation definitely make clear and great many damage is not running out. Must grasp actual conditions of priority debris flow to need debris flow prevention countermeasure and lay countermeasure to take away damage by debris flow. Because collecting actual conditions of debris flow that happen by objective investigation methods and accuracy, proposed about investigation calamity investigation method so that can calculate debris flow damage and prepare in subsequentness damage.

  • In domestic case occurrence of cut slopes according to construction and expansion of road is necessary more than 70% of country has been consisted of mountain area. In the case of Kang-won Do, there are much mountains locals in road wiping away a disgrace and expanded and slant is connoting collapse danger of incision side by each kind calamity being urgent. When route alteration enforces disadvantageous road extension, stability examination and processing way about large slope happened are serious. During road extension work in the Kang-won DO secure stability for falling rock of road slope and failure that happen and established suitable reinforcement and countermeasure in reply in necessity. The Slope is divided rock slope and soil slope, and then in order to analysis soil slope apply LEM theory. And rock slope examined stability about stereographic projection and wedge failure. Is going to utilize in reinforcement and failure prevention if it is efficient cutting as reinterpreting stability and secure stability and wish to consider effective and robust processing plan of great principle earth and sand side, and present countermeasure inside with these data hereafter applying suitable reinforcement countermeasure about unstable section.

  • In the semiconductor manufacturing, yield enhancement is an urgent issue. It is ideal to prevent all the failures. However, when a failure occurs, it is important to quickly specify the cause stage and take countermeasure. Reviewing wafer level and composite lot level yield patterns has always been an effective way of identifying yield inhibitors and driving process improvement. This process is very time consuming and as such generally occurs only when the overall yield of a device has dropped significantly enough to warrant investigation. The automatic method of failure pattern extraction from fail bit map provides reduced time to analysis and facilitates yield enhancement.   • The Certification system will be able to expect that effect of marketing and the corporate image rising, if the certification body guarantees the contents of certification against industrial technical advance and safety, environment and efficiency, quality when it is suitable in the standard which is provided. The certification system where the private organization operates but recently on the legal notarization outside is disordering and the trust regarding the certification falls and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. But recently the trust of certification has fallen and the objective and gist of origin are damaged. Because the non-government certifications are disordering. Also the damage of the consumers majority occurs but it is insufficient the investigation analysis against the present condition regarding a non-government certification system and the operation actual condition. So it is necessary the actual condition where the countermeasure against hereupon is urgent. In this study, we present the operation direction of efficient against non-government certification system through investigation and the analysis.

  • Recently the construction of stations under railway lines and railway sections passing through central area of cities are increasing, calling for an urgent establishment of countermeasures against railway vibration and its subsequent second-phase noise. Of technology developed up to now, the most efficient countermeasure is the floating slab track, a track system isolated from the sub-structure by springs. Unfortunately, however, the system design technology and technology for key components have not yet developed in Korea. As such, in this study, the analysis and design technology of floating slab track and its vibration isolator technology can be achieved. In preparation for future demands, it is expected to raise awareness for the need of technology self-support and to make a meaningful contribution to mitigating vibration and noise produced by the next-generation high-speed railway.

Numerical Simulation on Seepage and Seismic Behaviors of Poorly-Compacted Raised Reservoir Levee (다짐시공이 불량한 증고 저수지 제체의 침투 및 동적거동 해석)

  • It is urgent to redevelop the superannuated reservoir levee through the levee raising for countermeasure to climate change and improvement of storage capacity of reservoir. However, low compaction degree of the raised reservoir levee owing to poor construction condition leads to degradation of the stability of the reservoir levee on seepage and earthquake. In this study, seepage and seismic behavior of raised reservoir levee with low compaction degree was evaluated through numerical simulation. From the simulated results, water level raising possibly induces crack and/or sinkhole on the surface of the poorly-compacted raised reservoir levee owing to the increase of the subsidences at the crown and the front side of that. In addition, relatively larger displacement and acceleration response at the front side of raised reservoir levee in seismic condition may degrade overall stability of reservoir levee. Therefore, reasonable construction management for the compaction of the raised reservoir levee is required for ensuring long-term stability on seepage and earthquake.

A Study on The Reduction of Fuel Oil Consumption for Fishing Boat Engine (어선기관의 연료유 절감에 관한 연구)

  • As the fuel oil cost covers from 45% to 60% of the total expenditure for fishing boat operation, the energy saving is now an urgent problem to be taken a countermeasure for engineers, manufacturers or specialists engaging in this field. Undertaking a second-hand engine of the trainging ship, the author made several reconstructions to restore its performances. By inserting foot linears of connecting rods the compression ratio was increased and by adjusting both the fuel injection timing and the cooling water outlet temperature, its thermal efficiency was improved. The results of the experimental operation were summarized as follows. 1. By raising the piston top position 0.75mm more than the value of the operating manual, the compression pressure increased 1.3 kg/$cm^2$ and the maximum pressure did 3.4 kg/$cm^2$ at 75% load. 2. At 75% load, the difference of the maximum pressure between each cylinder was decreased from 2.4 kg/$cm^2$ to 1.8 kg/$cm^2$. 3. The fuel consumption was decreased about 8 g/ps.h at 75% load, and about 5.3 g/ps.h at 85% load. 4. The brake thermal efficiency was improved about 1.5% at 75% load and 0.9% at 85% load.

  • In recent years, cyber terror that break into major institution's information system and destroy and paralyzed important information occurs frequently. Some countries do dangerous acts such as train hackers and order hackers to hack important industrial confidential documents which are core of national competitiveness to reduce the competitiveness of the country and cause social confusion. In this thesis, it will study problems of cyber terror to help people to use Internet in web environment that safe from cyber terror and to avoid the risk from cyber terror such as malware and DDos. This thesis is organized as following. In second chapter, it will look thorough the research that are related to cyber terror. In third chapter, it will study attack types of cyber terror. In fourth chapter, to defend from cyber violence, it will suggest safe solution. In fifth chapter, it will end with conclusion. Finally, to prevent urgent incidents like North Korean Cyber-attack, every Internet user must indicate their recognition on Internet security and it is significant to make a quick response treatment to create the safe online environment.

There hasn't been easy defense of now using attack. There seems to be increases in damage. In this paper, The recent continue to evolve of distributed denial of service attack. DNS target of distributed denial of service attack give specific examples. but, DNS target of DDoS attacks about defense is insufficient.   • Recently the construction of stations under railway lines and railway sections passing through central area of cities are increasing, calling for an urgent establishment of countermeasures against railway vibration and its subsequent second-phase noise. Of technology developed up to now, the most efficient countermeasure is the floating slab track, a track system isolated from the sub-structure by springs. Developed in this study, anti-vibration device for floating slab track (HLRM-High Load Rubber Mount) Haman station affiliated to the primary measurement was conducted in October 2012, one year after the second measurement after 2013 to be carried out in November and we want to change that. It is expected to raise awareness for the need of technology self-support and to make a meaningful contribution to mitigating vibration and noise produced by the next-generation high-speed railway.
