철근격자망을 사용한 슬래브-벽체 접합부의 구조성능 (Structural Performance of RC Slab-Wall Joints Reinforced by Welded Deformed Steel Bar Mats)

  • 본 연구는 벽식구조 아파트의 슬래브와 벽체를 철근격자망으로 배근할 경우 접합부의 구조성능을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 벽체와 연결된 불연속단의 캔틸레버형 슬래브 시험체를 사용하여 철근격자망 상부근의 정착길이와, 철근격자망의 정착부에 일반 구부림 철근을 사용하여 정착한 경우의 정착방법 및 길이를 변수로 실험을 수행하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 슬래브-벽체 외부접합부의 철근망 시공에서 슬래브 철근망은 벽체의 철근 선까지 배근하고 이음길이를 확보한 별도의 철근을 $90^{\circ}$ 표준갈고리로 정착하는 경우, 정착길이와 단면적이 확보되면 강도 발현에 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다. (2) 슬래브 철근망을 접합부에서 이음할 때 철근망의 철근을 벽체 속으로 매입하면 강도는 더욱 증가한다. 그러나 최고강도에 도달한 이후의 연성은 이음이 없는 것과 동일한 것으로 나타났다. (3) 슬래브-벽체 외부접합부에서 단부 모멘트에 대한 슬래브 하부 압축콘크리트의 파괴시 변형률은 일반 콘크리트 보와 비교할 때 훨씬 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 슬래브-벽체 접합부가 $90^{\circ}$를 이루고 있어 이에 따른 구속효과가 있기 때문인 것으로 판단된다.

  • 정부는 수도권으로의 집중을 해소하고 지역균형발전을 도모하고자 2005년 전국10개 지역에 혁신도시를 지정하였다. 혁신도시는 공공기관을 지방에 이전하여 기업 대학 연구소 공공기관 등의 기관이 서로 긴밀하게 협력할 수 있는 혁신여건과 높은 주거 교육 문화 등의 정주환경을 갖추도록 개발하는 미래형 도시개념이었다. 혁신도시의 지속가능한 발전을 위해 현재 한시적으로 운영되고 있는 혁신도시 비즈니스센터가 향후 혁신도시의 혁신창출을 위한 관리기구로 자리매김하기 위한 방향설정이 필요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 혁신도시 조기정착 및 활성화를 위해 운영 중인 혁신도시 비즈니스센터가 한시적 기구가 아니라 중장기적인 관점에서 운영될 수 있도록 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 통해 혁신도시의 부지조성 이후 혁신도시 조성목표인 공공기관의 이전과 산학연 클러스터구축, 혁신창출, 혁신확산의 중심주체의 역할을 할 수 있도록 기구의 역할정립 방안을 연구할 것이다. 본 연구는 국책사업의 관리기구에 대한 연구라는 측면에서 의의가 있고 향후 개발사업에 대한 중장기적인 관리에 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

지하철 역사 내 임대시설 적정 면적 및 임대료 산정에 영향을 미치는 변수에 관한 연구: 서울 지하철 5호선, 6호선을 사례로 (A Study on the Influences of the Estimation of Areas and Fees for Rental Facilities Affiliated with Subway Stations: A Case of Seoul Subway Lines 5 and 6)

  • 서울 지하철의 노선 연장, 역사 신설, 운영주체의 변화 등이 예고되는 상황에서 지하철 운영적자의 해소 또는 최소화 방안에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 운영적자와 관련하여 그간 부대사업 수입확충이 대안으로 제시되어 왔으나, 국외 사례처럼 부대사업의 범위를 도시(역세권) 개발로 확장할 수 없는 국내의 여건을 고려할 때 현실적인 대안은 역사 내부 임대시설의 효율적 활용을 통해 수입을 극대화하는 방안이 될 것이다. 이를 위해서는 지하철 역사별로 적정한 임대면적과 임대료 산정이 필요하지만, 관련 연구는 미진한 실정이다. 본 연구는 지하철 5호선과 6호선을 사례로 노선별 특성 및 입지특성을 반영한 적정 임대면적 및 임대료 산정식 도출을 목표로 하였다. 분석결과 지하철 역사 내 임대시설 면적과 임대수입은 지하철의 승 하차 인구수 또는 수입금에 큰 영향을 받았으며, 지상 상권의 영향력은 상대적으로 적은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 노선이 통과하는 지역의 아파트 매매가격의 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 아파트 매매가격이 높은 지역을 통과하는 5호선은 상대적으로 가격이 낮은 6호선 대비 임대면적은 적고 적정 임대료는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시된 산정식은 신규역사 부대시설 도입에 따른 매출액 산정 및 현재 운영 중인 부대 시설 확장방안 고려 시, 보다 현실적인 타당성 검토에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

활용성을 고려한 BIM 설계 오류 검증시스템 개발 (Development of an Verification System for Enhancing BIM Design Base on Usability)

  • The BIM design is expected to expand to the domestic and overseas construction industries, depending on the effect of construction productivity and quality improvement. However, with the obligation of Public Procurement Service to design the BIM design, it includes a design error and the problem of utilization of 3D design by choosing a simple 2D to 3D remodelling method that can not be modelled in 3D modeling or use of the construction and maintenance phases. The results reviewed by BIM design results were largely underutilized and were not even performed with the verification of the error. In order to resolve this, one must develop the check system that secures the quality of BIM design and ensure that the reliability of BIM results are available. In this study, it is designed to develop a program that can automatically verify the design of the BIM design results such as violation of the rules of the BIM design, design flaws, and improve the usability of the BIM design. In particular, this programs were developed not only to identify programmes that were not commercially available, but also to validate drawings in low-light computer environments. The developed program(LH-BIM) store the information of attribute extracted from the Revit file(ArchiCAD, IFC file included) in the integrated DB. This provides the ability to freely lookup the features and properties of drawings delivered exclusively by the LH-BIM Program without using the Revit tools. By doing so, it was possible to resolve the difficulties of using traditional commercial programs and to ensure that they operate only with traditional PC performance. Further, the results of the various BIM software can be readily validated, which can be solved the conversion process error of IFC in the case of SMC. Additionally, the developed program has the ability to automatically check the error and design criteria of the drawings, as well as the ability to calculate the area estimation. These functions allow businesses to apply simple and easy tasks to operate tasks of BIM modelling. The developed system(LH-BIM) carried out a verification test by reviewing the review of the BIM Design model of the Korea Land & Housing Corporation. It is hoped that the verification system will not only be able to achieve the Quality of BIM design, but also contribute to the expansion of BIM and future construction BIM.

한국의 지역개발과 댐건설 (Regional Development And Dam Construction in Korea)

  • Because of differences in thoughts and ideology, our country, Korea has been deprived of national unity for some thirty years of time and tide. To achieve peaceful unification, the cultivation of national strength is of paramount importance. This national strength is also essential if Korea is to take rightful place in the international societies and to have the confidence of these societies. However, national strength can never be achieved in a short time. The fundamental elements in economic development that are directly conducive to the cultivation of national strength can be said to lie in -a stable political system, -exertion of powerful leadership, -cultivation of a spirit of diligence, self-help and cooperation, -modernization of human brain power, and -establishment of a scientific and well planned economic policy and strong enforcement of this policy. Our country, Korea, has attained brilliant economic development in the past 15 years under the strong leadership of president Park Chung Hee. However, there are still many problems to be solved. A few of them are: -housing and home problems, -increasing demand for employment, -increasing demand for staple food and -the need to improve international balance of payment. Solution of the above mentioned problems requires step by step scientific development of each sector and region of our contry. As a spearhead project in regional development, the Saemaul Campaign or new village movement can be cited. The campaign is now spreading throughout the country like a grass fire. However, such campaigns need considerable encouragement and support and the means for the desired development must be provided if the regional and sectoral development program is to sucdceed. The construction of large multipurpose dams in major river basin plays significant role in all aspects of national, regional and sectoral development. It ensures that the water resource, for which there is no substitute, is retained and utilized for irrigation of agricultural areas, production of power for industry, provision of water for domestic and industrial uses and control of river water. Water is the very essence of life and we must conserve and utilize what we have for the betterment of our peoples and their heir. The regional and social impact of construction of a large dam is enormous. It is intended to, and does, dras tically improve the "without-project" socio-economic conditions. A good example of this is the Soyanggang multipurpose dam. This project will significantly contribute to our national strength by utilizing the stored water for the benefit of human life and relief of flood and drought damages. Annual average precipitation in Korea is 1160mm, a comparatively abundant amount. The catchment areas of the Han River, Keum River, and Youngsan River are $62,755\textrm{km}^2$, accounting for 64% of the national total. Approximately 62% of the national population inhabits in this area, and 67% of the national gross product comes from the area. The annual population growth rate of the country is currently estimated at 1.7%, and every year the population growth in urban area increases at a rising rate. The population of Seoul, Pusan, and Taegu, the three major cities in Korea, is equal to one third of our national total. According to the census conducted on October 1, 1975, the population in the urban areas has increased by 384,000, whereas that in rural areas has decreased by 59,000,000 in the past five years. The composition of population between urban and rural areas varied from 41%~59% in 1959 to 48%~52% in 1975. To mitigate this treand towards concentration of population in urban areas, employment opportunities must be provided in regional and rural areas. However, heavy and chemical industries, which mitigate production and employment problems at the same time, must have abundant water and energy. Also increase in staple food production cannot be attained without water. At this point in time, when water demand is rapidly growing, it is essential for the country to provide as much a reservoir capacity as possible to capture the monsoon rainfall, which concentarated in the rainy seaon from June to Septesmber, and conserve the water for year round use. The floods, which at one time we called "the devil" have now become a source of immense benefit to Korea. Let me explain the topographic condition in Korea. In northern and eastern areas we have high mountains and rugged country. Our rivers originate in these mountains and flow in a general southerly or westerly direction throught ancient plains. These plains were formed by progressive deposition of sediments from the mountains and provide our country with large areas of fertile land, emminently suited to settlement and irrigated agricultural development. It is, therefore, quite natural that these areas should become the polar point for our regional development program. Hower, we are fortunate in that we have an additional area or areas, which can be used for agricultural production and settlement of our peoples, particularly those peoples who may be displaced by the formation of our reservoirs. I am speaking of the tidelands along the western and southern coasts. The other day the Ministry of Agriculture and Fishery informed the public of a tideland reclamation of which 400,000 hectares will be used for growing rice as part of our national food self-sufficiency programme. Now, again, we arrive at the need for water, as without it we cannot realize this ambitious programme. And again we need those dams to provide it. As I mentioned before, dams not only provide us with essential water for agriculture, domestic and industrial use, but provide us with electrical energy, as it is generally extremely economical to use the water being release for the former purposes to drive turbines and generators. At the present time we have 13 hydro-electric power plants with an installed capacity of 711,000 kilowatts equal to 16% of our national total. There are about 110 potential dams ites in the country, which could yield about 2,300,000 kilowatts of hydro-electric power. There are about 54 sites suitable for pumped storage which could produce a further 38,600,000 kilowatts of power. All available if we carefully develop our water resources. To summarize, water resource development is essential to the regional development program and the welfare of our people, it must proceed hand-in-hand with other aspects of regional development such as land impovement, high way extension, development of our forests, erosion control, and develop ment of heavy and chemical industries. Through the successful implementation of such an integrated regional development program, we can look forward to a period of national strength, and due recognition of our country by the worlds societies.

회전브러쉬와 혼탁방지막을 활용한 수륙양용형 Scrub/흡입 준설장치의 개발과 현장적용 (Development and Field Application of an Amphibious Scrubbing/Suction Dredging Machine with Cylindrical Rotating Brush and Turbidity Barrier)

  • 도시물순환시스템 내 10 cm 내외로 퇴적된 오염물질과 자갈이나 다양한 구조물에 부착된 부착조류와 협잡물을 쓸어내어(scrubbing) 제거가 가능하며, 오염물질이 주변으로 방출 확산되어 수체의 2차 오염을 방지할 수 있는 덮개(housing)와 혼탁 방지막(turbidity barrier)이 설치된 회전 브러쉬(rotating brush)를 활용한 저혼탁 scrub/흡입(suction)방식의 수륙양용형 퇴적토 준설장치를 개발하였다. 현장적용 검증을 통해, 저수위와 고수위에서 저혼탁 scrub/흡입 준설장치를 이용해 준설 중 수체 내 부유물질(SS)과 탁도(turbidity)의 증가는 매우 미미하며(p>0.05), 일부 부유물질로 인해 발생한 탁도도 준설 후 20분 이내에 빠르게 안정화되는 것으로 조사되었다. 총질소(TN)와 총인(TP)의 농도도 준설 전, 준설 중과 준설 후에 농도 변화가 시간대별 및 수심별로 통계학적으로 유의한 의미는 없는 것으로 조사되어(p>0.05), scrub/흡입 준설을 통해 호수 저면에 축적된 영양염류가 확산되어 수체오염을 유발하지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 저혼탁 scrub/흡입 준설장치의 직접 준설을 통한 오염물질 제거량이 수처리시설의 운영을 통한 오염물질 제거량 대비 높은 것으로 산정되어, 수처리시설과 저혼탁 scrub/흡입 준설의 연계 적용이 도시물순환시스템의 수질관리에 효율적인 것으로 평가되었다. 최근에는 GPS 기반 실시간 scrub/흡입 준설장치의 추적 및 유지관리 프로그램을 개발해 등록하고 다양한 도시물순환시스템에 현장 적용하였으며, 추가적으로 준설장치 운전자를 보조 또는 제한된 환경에서 스스로 운전하는 협력형 주행시스템(driver cooperative autonomous driving system)의 개발을 현재 진행 중이다.

도시화 규모에 따른 미취학자녀 부모의 지역사회 가족친화성 인식 : 대도시, 중소도시, 농어촌의 비교 (Perception of Community Family-Friendliness among Parents with Young Children in Urban and Rural Areas)

  • This study aims to find the association between community scales and perceived community family-friendliness among parents with young children. Communities were identified into three groups: metropolitan, small and medium-sized cities and rural, according to the degree of urbanization. The data were drawn from a sample of 1,038 parents who had at least one pre-school child. The data were analyzed by frequencies, means, GIS, ANOVA, and multiple regressions. This study compared the level of community family-friendliness both at the 'dong' and 'si' levels after controlling for the individual and household characteristics of the respondents. The findings of this study are as follows. First, after controlling for individual and household factors, the level of perceived community family-friendliness differed by the community scales. The parents in the small and medium-sized cities had higher scores on community family-friendliness than their counterparts in metropolitan communities. And parents in rural communities received had lower scores in community family-friendliness than those in metropolitan communities. The results also showed similar patterns for the 'dong' and 'si' models. While job and housing type were associated with the perceived family-friendliness of the community, other characteristics such as sex, age, educational level, monthly household income and home ownership were not.

도시유역의 물순환 및 수질 개선을 위한 저영향개발 시설의 비용 효율 분석 (Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of Low-Impact Development Facilities to Improve Hydrologic Cycle and Water Quality in Urban Watershed)

  • As urbanization and impermeable areas have increased, stormwater and non-point pollutants entering the stream have increased. Additionally, in the case of the old town comprising a combined sewer pipe system, there is a problem of stream water pollution caused by the combined sewer overflow. To resolve this problem, many cities globally are pursuing an environmentally friendly low impact development strategy that can infiltrate, evaporate, and store rainwater. This study analyzed the expected effects and efficiency when the LID facility was installed as a measure to improve hydrologic cycle and water quality in the Oncheon stream in Busan. The EPA-SWMM, previously calibrated for hydrological and water quality parameters, was used, and standard parameters of the LID facilities supported by the EPA-SWMM were set. Benchmarking the green infrastructure plan in New York City, USA, has created various installation scenarios for the LID facilities in the Oncheon stream drainage area. The installation and maintenance cost of the LID facility for scenarios were estimated, and the effect of each LID facility was analyzed through a long-term EPA-SWMM simulation. Among the applied LID facilities, the infiltration trench showed the best effect, and the bio-retention cell and permeable pavement system followed. Conversely, in terms of cost-efficiency, the permeable pavement systems showed the best efficiency, followed by the infiltration trenches and bio-retention cells.

지역별 학교설립 수요와 특성에 관한 조사연구 -인천.광주광역시와 전남.충북을 중심으로- (A Survey Study on the Regional Needs and Features of New School Establishment in Incheon Metropolitan City, Gwangju Metropolitan City, Chungcheongbuk-do and Jeollanam-do)

  • This study is a comparative study on the regional needs and features of new school establishment. It aims at developing a tool for evaluating the validity of school establishment, which would help more reasonable decision-making for new school construction and the class extension in the existing schools. In doing so, it employes a mathematical device - the School Establishment Index(SEI), which consists of class condition quotient, fluctuation quotient in the number of students and school location quotient. To explore the needs of new schools and classes in a district, this study estimates the number of students by a year from 2009 to 2020 and surveys the changing faces of student movement, school and class density, housing development in Incheon Metropolitan City, Gwangju Metropolitan City, Chungcheongbuk-do and Jeollanam-do. Finally, it shows the relative requirement of new schools in 4 districts, which the educational offices can use in the course of planning the student accomodations to schools and making decisions for new school construction and the class extension in the existing schools. This study would be expected to help the reasonable expenditure for school facilities and to restrict overbuilding of surplus classes.

GIS와 입지모형을 이용한 지방중소도시의 주거지 적지분석 (A Locational Analysis by Using GIS and Allocation Model for Residential Area of Local Cities)

  • 본 연구는 지방중소도시 근교지역의 주거입지선정을 위한 최적대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 가용 주거지의 파악은 물론, 주거지개발 우선순위 도출을 위하여 진주시를 대상으로 다음과 같은 3단계 과정을 거쳤다. 첫번째 단계에서는 지형 관련 데이터베이스 구축을 위하여 인공위성 화상데이타를 이용한 수치화상처리기법을 통하여 토지이용현황을 파악하였다. 두 번째 단계에서는 GIS기법 에 의한 진주시의 지형의 표고, 경사, 경사향, 법적 제한성, 인구밀도 및 지가의 평가를 통하여 가용주거지를 파악하였다. 세 번째 단계에서는 수학적 모형을 설정하고 통계적 분석과 정수계획법의 적용을 통하여 최적 주거지 개발 후보지를 선정하고 개발 우선순위를 도출하였다 본 연구의 결과는 지방중소도시의 주거지 입지선정을 위한 가용토지의 파악, 개발우선순위의 결정 및 효율적 토지이용정책을 수립하는데 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
