A green area plan is getting attention as a way to solve the recent urban problems such as the rise of environment problems. To correspond to this change, there were dramatic amendments for the green area related laws. These amendments are appraised as the epochal turning point for the green area policies. This study is to introduce the main contents of amended urban green area law and urban park law in Japan, to compare with the Korean green area related laws, and to summarize the special features of both countries' green policies and the comments about the Korean green area policy structures. As a result, this amendment of Japan established the unified green area policy structure supporting the green area policies of municipal governments and is inducing living environment improvement by securing green area in the center of city, support, and the participation of residents. On the other hands, this amendment of Korea is a lack of the systemization of green area policy and the phased establishments of green area plan in spite of the scope of whole city because of absence of the unified high level plan.

With industrialization, environmental problems have become severe worldwide as resources are exhausted for mass production purposes and pollutants are produced in excess of nature's capacity to absorb them. Since modernity, urban parks have emerged as an important element for addressing challenges facing urban environments, which include environmental degradation. In 1987, the Brundtland Commission's report presented a sustainable developmental perspective in solving environmental problems and provided ideas for sustainable design and sustainable urban park landscape design. The purpose of this study is to analyze sustainable design applied to Houtan Park in central Shanghai, China from the perspective of social culture preservation, ecological restoration, and economic effect, and to provide the basic data for urban park design in similar areas in the future. This study consists of a literature survey and a field investigation. The field investigation lead to analysis from three perspectives: social culture preservation, ecological restoration, and economic effect. The literature survey examined sustainable urban parks and Houtan Park based on relevant papers, newspaper articles, and reports. Through actual visits (Aug. 28 - Sep. 1, 2018), it also examined the elements of sustainable design that were applied to the architecture. The three sustainable design elements derived from this study, being a sustainable design for the future, will be used as an important basis for developing urban parks for the regeneration of brownfields in many areas in China.

본 연구는 정책적으로 법적 구속력이 있는 건축물의 환경조형물을 대상으로 도시환경의 질적 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 평가 및 심의방법 개선방향을 고찰하고 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 도시환경조형물의 개념을 정립하고 환경조형물의 인지과정 및 도시환경과 불특정다수의 관람자를 포함한 사회적인 상황과 요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 환경조형물의 미술장식제도에 관한 고찰과 현행제도의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 토대로 개선된 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 대상 주요도시는 서울시를 비롯한 중부권의 대전시, 영남권의 부산시, 호남권의 광주시의 주요 4대도시의 공공미술제도와 심의방식을 분석하였다. 환경조형물의 설치는 건축주와 작가만의 문제가 아닌 도시문화환경 창출이라는 인간 심성의 질적 가치를 제고하는 방안을 고찰하여 제안하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 미술장식제도가 갖는 사회문화적 가치를 재확인하고 도시문화환경개선의 관점에서 보다 효과적인 방향으로 운영상의 문제점과 원인을 개선하여 공공미술심의제도의 수준을 높이고 이를 토대로 인간과 환경을 위한 심의방식 및 평가방법의 개념의 틀을 추출하고자 한다.

The research on urban forests in Chuncheon, so far, has mainly conducted in Ponguisan urban forest. Research on other urban forests in Chuncheon was scarce. Accordingly, in this study, the author chose the main urban forests in Chuncheon and tried to find a way of efficient establishment and management of urban forests in Chuncheon by field and questionnaire survey. The research findings, there were several reasons why effective management can not be implemented in the main urban forests in Chuncheon. To solve these problems and make an efficient establishment and management of urban forests in Chuncheon, the first way is to make forest management plans on the urban forest in Chuncheon and expand administrative organization, personnel and budget. Establishment and management of urban forests needs a practical, strengthened overall management system. The second way is to enhance the regional and functional characteristics for urban forest, expand the area of urban forests, and enhance management of Street trees. The third way is to designate Urban Nature Park or Urban Park for the main urban forests in Chuncheon and need to change the ownership of the urban forests by purchasing. The fourth way is to respond to Chuncheon citizen's preference and their way of utilization when create the urban forests in Chuncheon, expand convenience facilities, relaxation facilities as well.

The growth of the online market is accelerating due to the development of technology and the pandemic era. The delivery service through the courier must be used to deliver the ordered goods to the customer through the online market. With the growth of the online market, the logistics market for delivery is also growing. The traffic and environmental problems are emerging as social issues. Urban logistics technology using underground space based on the urban railway developed to improve logistics efficiency in a metropolitan area and a new alternative to environmental problems. This study proposed a plan to secure system safety through safety analysis based on operational concept definition and scenario analysis by applying model-based perspective analysis to the system under development.

도시 내 인구집중과 기후변화로 인해 다양한 형태의 도시 물 문제가 발생한다. 이에 대한 피해 예방과 사회적 손실 최소화를 위해 회복탄력적인 대안 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 도시 물 문제 저감을 위한 회복탄력적 사회기반시설 구축 전략 수립에 관한 기초연구로서, 대표적인 도시 물 문제 중 하나인 도시홍수를 사례로 하여 구조적 대안의 내구성을 평가하였다. 내구성 평가를 위한 지표로 내구성 지수 (robustness index, RI) 및 비용지수 (cost index, CI)를 결합한 내구성-비용지수 (robustness cost index, RCI)를 제안하고, 이를 강남역 상습침수구역에 적용하여 기존 기반시설과 구조적 대안 (하수관거 확충, 저류조 설치, 옥상녹화)을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 2~20년 빈도의 강우강도범위에서 저류조와 옥상녹화설치가 상대적으로 높은 RCI 값을 나타내었고 두 대안 중 RCI가 보다 높은 대안은 강우강도에 따라 달라지는 경향을 보였다. 30년 빈도 강우강도에 대하여는 저류조와 옥상녹화를 병용 설치하는 대안이 가장 높은 RCI 값을 나타내어 가장 회복탄력적인 대안으로 확인되었다. 최종적으로 재해의 계획규모에 따른 현행 사회기반시설의 내구성 평가 및 최적의 구조적 대안 선택 절차를 수립하여, 도시홍수 문제에 대한 회복탄력적 사회기반시설 구축 전략을 제시하였다.

Since planning of green-network is deeply being discussed, natural environmental disruption from an enlarged civilization is causing serious problems for urban communities. The purpose of this research is to support green-network infrastructure of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, considering ecological environmental planning for urban parks. The Methodologies for this study are landcover classification, NDVI and subjective analysis, and residents' survey. Findings of this research are as follows : 1) Based on the results, the area adjacent to Daemo mountain shows significant differences between 1985 and 1999. These results imply that the green space has been decreasing and deeply destroying. 2) Residents' survey shows that people want to live with wild animals and plants in the natural park. Future development planning of urban park should consider primary factors : ecosystem, increasing inhabitants' participation.

최근 우리나라에서는 도시공간구조를 자동차 중심형 에너지 다소비형에서 대중교통과 보행을 우선하는 형태로 재편하여 대중교통이용자의 편의를 도모하는 동시에 에너지소비를 줄이려는 노력이 확대되고 있다. 우리나라의 도시는 미국과 유럽의 도시들에 비해 상대적으로 고밀로 개발되어 있고 대중교통서비스도 상대적으로 양호하여 대중교통중심형 도시구조로의 발전 잠재력은 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라의 도시들은 선진국의 주요도시들에 비해 대중교통수송분담률이 낮고 도시환경의 질도 상대적으로 낮다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 도시들이 대중교통중심형 도시로 탈바꿈하기 위하여 풀어 나가야 할 도시구조상의 문제가 무엇인지 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 수도권 내에 위치한 대중교통결절점을 중심으로 실태를 조사하여 토지이용밀도, 토지이용복합성, 보행편의성, 대중교통연계 측면에서의 문제점을 분석하였다. 또한 분석 결과를 토대로 우리나라 도시들이 대중교통중심형 도시공간구조로 전환되기 위한 도시계획 측면의 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The aim of this paper is to suggest basic guidelines for the urban park development policy in Taegu. This research is mainly based on university students' essay on ＜private inquiry of urban park in Taegu＞. Talsong Park, the most popular site for the students' essay, was selected for the purpose of the study. The research focused on the general images of the park, negative images of the park and aspirations and demands for the park in relation with Talsong Park redevelopment policy. The research of this result suggested that the renovation of Talsong Park from zoo-oriented park to the historic ＆ cultural park status. The other main suggestion was consideration of public participation from the planning stage for the betterment of park management. In addition, the importance of environmental education for the local people was stressed in order to enhance public awareness of environment for the solution of our common environmental problems in relation with Local Agenda 21.

Urban agriculture is drawing people's attention along with environmental problems and recent changes in population and society such as the expansion of the aged, and various related discussions are going on for expanding the base. The purpose of this study was to suggest the application of urban agriculture in the permanently rental apartment complex to build a social welfare. Aiming at the introduction of urban agriculture in permanently rental apartment complexes, this study presented the roles and necessities of urban agriculture in response to environmental changes at home and overseas, explained the current state of permanently leased apartment complexes, estimated the land area usable for urban agriculture in existing complexes, and proposed strategies for the introduction of urban agriculture.
