  • This paper studies the economic development situation of eastern, central, and western regions in China, and the functions of Chinese universities, which include education, research and contribution to the society. A new Chinese innovation system has been emerging in forms of university-run enterprise. The commitment of Chinese government to further introduction of a market economy has been elaborated with a focus on the relations between university and industry. A new regional development scheme by using of the functions of university is considered as the effective strategy to promote economic development of China in this stage.

  • The overall purpose of this paper is to conduct research on alternatives for strengthening the competitiveness of a state-run shipping company, Vinalines Corporation, the largest shipping and maritime enterprise in Vietnam. The first section of the introduction gives a panoramic overview of the current development situation of the Vietnam maritime industry and Vinalines. After summarizing a literature review in section 2, some alternatives are proposed in sections 3 and 4 to overcome the current difficulties of Vinalines and to improve the corporation's competitiveness for sustainable development by utilizing linear optimization and financial analysis. The final section presents a summary and recommendation for future study. It is concluded that privatization is the key solution for every problem faced by the corporation at present. Furthermore, modification of laws, restructuring of enterprise governance, financial situation, and fleet are also extremely necessary.

  • This thesis presents a development of intelligent digital governing system and it's application on Sumjingang Hydro-Power plant. The developed system consists of hardware, software and governing algorithm. The feature of hardware is triplex-modular fail safe redundant system for a safe turbine running. The software consists of operating system and application program. The operating system has real-time and multi-tasking features. And also, application algorithm is composed to run francis type hydro-turbine. The developed digital governing system is applied to Sumjingang hydro-power plant, Korea Hydro Nuclear Power Corporation.

패션산업에서 옴니채널 전략에 관한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on Omni-Channel Strategy in Fashion Industry)

  • The current new distribution environment provides the consumers to shop at anytime and any places by using mobile appliances. So, the companies which run the offline-store increase the contact point with the consumer by launching not only online-store but also the mobile application (app). Moreover, they are trying to operate the Omni-channel shopping environment. In order for this research to draw the direction of 'the Omni-Channel Strategy', which is about the changed distribution environment of the domestic fashion enterprise, the following steps were performed. First of all, the term related to 'Omni-Channel' is defined. And then, Example of the 'Omni-Channel' strategy and 'O2O' business in the domestic distributior were researched. Lastly, present condition of the 'Omni-Channel' strategy case of the domestic fashion industry was researched. At the result, the online-stores usually have several brands which can not represent their identities. It is suggested that each online-store according to each brand has their own characteristic identity. And The Omni-Channel strategy of the domestic fashion enterprise that is needed the connection point connecting the on-line and off-line. It is able to allure the customer to the off-line-store.

  • The robotics industry, that is the major industry of the future and one of the new growth power, is actively studied around ETRI, that is the leading under state-run research institute of the advanced technique of U.S. and Japanese and knowledge economy part. And positive and negative and academic circles, the research institute, and the industrial circles communally pursue the intelligent service robot enterprise of a network-based called URC. This network-based intelligent robot does the RUPI2.0 platform and URC environment by the base. Therefore, a stability need to be enhanced in the through this near future when the research for the preexistence vulnerability analysis and security request is needed than the commercialized network-based intelligent robot in order to implement the network-based intelligent robot. Thus, in this paper, we propose the efficient authentication Framework which is suitable for the URC environment.

Pattern-based Business Process Change Management in Dynamic Business Environment

  • This paper presents a new approach to managing dynamic business process changes based on business process change patterns. We identify and categorize business process change patterns that occur recurrently in a dynamic business environment. Several issues regarding management of process versions are discussed, and a pattern-based version management method for handling process changes more flexibly is explained in detail. We propose a mechanism for abstract process execution with runtime encapsulation of a business process, which can maximize the flexibility of process execution using multiple process versions. In addition, we propose a concept of process promotion and demotion that can dynamically choose an actual version of the process at run-time. With our pattern-based process change management and versioning approach, it is expected that the flexibility and efficiency of BPM systems can be enhanced significantly.

UML 활동 다이어그램의 페트리넷 변환을 통한 워크플로 분석 (A Workflow Analysis Using the Transformation of an UML Activity Diagram into a Petri Net)

  • Because the designed workflow may contain potential errors which may result in deadlocks, livelocks and so on, it is important to analyze the correctness of a workflow definition before it is put into the run time environment. Proposed in this paper is a transformation procedure of an UML activity diagram into a Petri net for the analysis of a workflow. By combining the strengths of easy-to-use functionality of an activity diagram and the analysis power of a Petri net, workflow analysts in the enterprise can model and analyze various kinds of workflow definition more easily and accurately.

  • 해저 광테이블 공사는 해양조사, PLGR(Pre Lay Grapnel Run), 천해부공사, 포설/매설 순서로 이루어진다. PLGR은 케이블의 해저면 안착을 용이하게 하고, Plough 및 ROV(Remotely-Operated Vehicle)매설작업의 성능을 향상시키며, 매설 장비를 보호하기 위한 작업이다. 본 논문은 해저 광테이블 건설 작업 중에서 PLGR 작업을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 실시간 모니터링 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해서 논한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 전체적인 실시간 모니터링 시스템을 설계하고, 시리얼 멀티포트 통신 모듈, 실시간 처리 모듈, 환경 설정 모듈, 그리고 그래프 및 프린터 출력 모듈을 설계 및 구현하였다. 끝으로 본 논문의 타당성 검토를 위하여 시리얼 멀티포트 통신, 실시간 데이터 추출, 그래프 출력을 실험하였다.

분산 시뮬레이션 시스템에서 합성 환경 표현 및 교환 표준(SEDRIS) 기반의 전장 환경 구축 (Generation of the Battlefield in Distributed Simulation System Based on Synthetic Environment Representation and Interchange Standard (SEDRIS))

  • 본 논문은 분산 시스템에서의 표준합성환경 기반 수중 교전 시뮬레이션을 위한 방법론이다. 수중 교전 시뮬레이션의 경우 염분과 수온 등의 수중 환경 데이터를 시뮬레이션에 반영하는 것이 중요하다. 분산 시뮬레이션 시스템에서 이러한 환경 데이터의 재사용성과 상호운용성 향상을 위해 합성 환경 표현 및 교환 표준(Synthetic Environmental Data Representation and Interchange Specification, SEDRIS(ISO standard for environmental data))이 개발되었고, 본 논문에서는 SEDRIS를 활용하여 수중 합성환경을 구축한다. 본 논문을 통해 SEDRIS가 합성환경 데이터의 국제 표준이지만 그 방대함과 복잡함으로 인하여 사용이 저해된 문제점을 대기/해양 환경에 대해 효율적인 SEDRIS 기술 활용 방법을 제시하여 해결한다. 본 논문의 최종 목적은 대기/해양 환경 표현을 위한 다차원 격자 기반의 SEDRIS 구조를 구축하고, High Level Architecture (HLA)/Run-Time Infrastructure (RTI) 기반의 분산 시스템에서 대기/해양 합성전장환경 구축에 SEDRIS 적용 방법을 제시한다.

  • Purpose: This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.
