프로 스포츠 및 일반제품/서비스에 대한 고객충성도 연구 (A Study of Customer Royalty to Pro-sports and General Products/Service)

  • This paper is mainly interested in customer's(fan's) royalty to professional sports in sports industry. The royalty is studied with the royalty to several products and a service, so that we can obtain the comparison between both the former and the latter royalty. Interested professional sports, products and service are baseball, basketball, soccer, beer, cu, cola/cider, etc, and we will call each of them 'item'. The seven related hypotheses are considered. In hypotheses the dependent variable is royalty to nine items, and the independent variables are rune items, and customer's sex and major. For testing hypotheses, a questionaire is used, and reliability is checked with Cronbach's Alpha and correlation coefficients. For some items the royalty is significantly strong. Rather, even if some item has bad quality, it is found that customers can be royal to that item. We can identify some of those items through the results of this study. The strong significant results will be useful for the customer management. Additional studies are required for nonsignificant results which seems to be useful, and they are noted in the final part of the paper.

진의류의 상표충성도에 따른 점포선택행동과 정보원사용의 차이 (Criteria for Store Selection and the Use of Information Sources by Jeans Wear Brand Royalty)

  • The present study was conducted to analyze(1) if there are any differences in jean's brand royalty according to the age·sex·educational background and income of consumers (2) the criteria for store choice by jean's brand royalty of consumers (3) the use of information souces by jean's brand royalty of consumers. The research method employed was normative-descriptive survey and questionnaires were main instrument to gather research materials. The survey was implemented from July 1st 1998 to the schools and two colleges and those who work at a comuter-related company and at a trade company. The data gathered was analyzed by mean standard deviation t-test ANOVA and Duncan -multiple range test. The results are summarized as follows: (1) 58.6% of the respondents were categorized as the brand loyalty group that was bigger than the non-brand loyalty group (41.4%) People in their late 2-'s were inclined to have the highest brand loyalty for jeans People in university and above had relatively higher brand royalty than to people with a high school or lower (2) Brand royalty group paid more attention on the quality on the quality of the fabric use; the trands of the products: brand name of the product: the distance of the store location : and the comfortable atmosphere of the store. Pleasant and kind services of the salesperson was considered as more important factor for store selection by the non-brand royalty group than by brand royalty group. (3) Almost all the information sources were used more often by brand royalty group than non-brand royalty group. For both groups their own experiences is most important information sources. The results shows that consumers have high brand loyalty for jeans product and also have many differences not only in the usage of information sources but also in the store selection criteria accorrding to the level of jeans brand loyalty . Therefore those industries carrying jeans should these points on their marketing strategies.

수입물품 과세가격 결정시 권리사용료 관련 분쟁 사례에 대한 연구 (A study on dispute cases related to royalty and license fee when determining the Customs value of imported goods)

  • This study analyzed the recent precedents of the Korean Supreme Court's Royalty and License fee on this issue and presented implications for future taxation of Royalty and License fee and digital content imports related to reproduction rights. If the price related to imported goods and the price not related to them are combined, it is necessary to revise the statutes to supplement the allocation method of royalty and license fee. In addition, if there is an agreement or a back contract for intellectual property rights through the headquarters or branch office other than the trading party, a method of inducing the importer to voluntarily report it when reporting imports should be considered. Whether Royalty and License fee is taxed or not must be determined after examining the various contract details and circumstances of the transaction.

교육만족도를 통한 대학생들의 대학 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study of Factors Influencing University Royalty through Education Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 대학 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 지방 소재의 J대학의 재학생 전체를 대상으로 한 대학 만족도 설문조사 결과를 분석하였다. 학생의 대학 충성도는 학생들의 학업중단 의도와 더불어 대학에서 관리하고자 하는 주요한 지표로 학업중단 의도와는 반대로 긍정적인 측면을 담고 있다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 만족도 설문 분석 결과, 첫째, 학년 별, 학점 구간별 각 만족도의 차이가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 학생들의 만족도의 변인 중 학생들의 대학충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아 보기위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행한 결과 교수강의, 학업지도, 취업지도, 교육환경, 학생자신에 대한 만족도가 대학에 대한 충성도에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 의사결정나무(decision tree) 분석 결과에서 대학의 충성도를 결정하는 최상위의 결정 요인은 학생 자신의 학교생활에 대한 만족도인 것으로 나타났다.

치과 병.의원의 의료서비스품질이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Dental Service Qualities on The Patient Satisfaction and Royalty in Dental Clinics and Hospitals)

  • The purpose of the study is exploring the relationship among patient perceived quality of dental care, satisfaction, and royalty in dental clinics and hospitals. The observation of the study is outpatient visiting dental clinics and hospitals located in Seoul and Kyung-Gi Do area, and surveyed the outpatients. The contents of the survey are consisted with questions including quality of care perceived by the patients, costumer satisfaction, and royalty, and measurement for each question is using five point Likert scale. According to result of bi-variate analysis, there was the significant relationship among specialized care, value of the care, and kindness in quality of dental services, level of care in dentists significantly influenced on costumer satisfaction and costumer royalty, and there was the significant relationship between costumer satisfaction and royalty. According to result of regression analysis on the costumer satisfaction, the costumer satisfaction positively related with the convenience of facility, specialized care, value of care, patient age, number of visit, and spend time for treatment, and housewives and self-employees were likely to satisfy on care than regular employees. By result of full regression model and reduced model on costumer royalty, satisfaction could explain 86% on the costumer royalty such as re-visit and promoting other people, and increase of explain power is not significant when other independent variables joined model (full model). Considering efficiency of model, costumer royalty could be explained by satisfaction only rather than other independent variables used. Finally, This study shows that the social-demographic variables of patient influenced the patient satisfaction, and the patient satisfaction influenced patient royalty directly.

손해배상액과 무효심판 판례를 이용한 특허 로열티율 산정 회귀모형 (Regression Models for Determining the Patent Royalty Rates using Infringement Damage Awards and Inter-Partes Review Cases)

  • 무형자산의 가치평가에 많이 사용되고 있는 수익접근법과 시장접근법의 특성을 모두 가지고 있는 로열티공제법을 사용하여 지식재산권의 경제적 가치를 평가할 때, 로열티공제법의 중요한 투입변수인 로열티율을 객관적으로 산정하는 수리적 모형을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 미국의 특허침해 손해배상액을 로열티율로 산정한 판례를 참고로 하여 로열티율을 종속변수로, 당해 특허권의 특허지표를 독립변수로 하여 로열티율 산정 회귀모형을 적용한다. 또한 미국의 당사자계재심(Inter-Partes Review)판례를 참고로 하여 특허무효거절 결과를 종속변수로 하고 당해 특허권의 특허지표를 독립변수로 하여 로지스틱회귀 모형을 적합시킨다. 최종 로열티율은 위의 로열티율 산정 회귀모형에서 산출된 로열티율과 로지스틱회귀모형에서 산출된 특허무효거절 확률을 결합하여 산정한다. 마지막으로, 본 논문에서 구축된 모형에 의해 산정된 로열티율과 기준 방식에 의해 산정된 로열티율을 비교하여 제안된 모형의 객관성과 신뢰성을 분석한다.

대학 창업보육센터의 발전 방안에 대한 연구 - 성공불제의 가능성 - (Study on the Plans for Successful Business Incubator in College - the feasibility of royalty system -)

  • The number of business incubator (BI), introduced in Korea in the early 90's, has grown rapidly in the last 10 years, reaching 342 by 2002. Most of the incubator was supported financially by the Small and Medium Business Administration (SMBA), and 83% of them are run by college or university. To develop successful plans for college business incubator, we studied the relationship between a college incubator and its tenants through a systematic questionnaire, and compared royalty systems of four college BI's. It was found out that the tenants wants more flexible advisor system and closer relationship with the professors to solve the technical difficulties. The royalty system is important for BI's to survive without the financial assistance from the government, but the royalty systems of the four college BI's studied in this report have some practical shortcomings and needs amendments.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine variables which influenced on fashion jewelry consumers' purchasing behavior. 565 respondents living in Seoul and its suburb were surveyed for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression were used for this study. As the result, the frequencies of purchasing toward the fashion jewelry products were associated with materialism, brand royalty, reference group influence. Also, results revealed that materialism and brand royalty accounted for 41% of the explained variance in the frequency of purchasing products on fashion jewelry. Based on these results, fashion jewelry marketing strategies would be suggested.

아웃바운드 콜센터 서비스품질과 서비스회복 고객충성도 관계 연구 (A Study of the Relationship between the Outbound Call Center Service Quality and Service Recovery Customer Royalty)

  • 공적불평행동에서 회사에 대한 직접 불평을 하고, 배상을 요구하는 경우가 빈번하게 나타나고 있는 현 상황에서 콜센터의 대응은 매우 중요한 시점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 콜센터의 서비스품질차원과 세부요인을 찾아내고, 서비스품질차원이 서비스회복, 고객충성도와 어떠한 관련성이 있는지를 연구하는 것이다. 불만족을 경험한 조사대상자 139명을 대상으로 콜센타 서비스품질과 고객충성도 관계성을 검증하기 위해서 가설과 연구모형을 설정하였다. 가설 검증 결과 3개의 콜센타 상담원 서비스 품질과 서비스 회복에 정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스회복은 고객충성도에 정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과품질은 상담후의 고객한테 남는 결과물로서 고객의 입장에서 보면 콜센터 이용의 궁극적인 목적이라고 할 수 있으며, 조사 결과 콜센터 서비스품질 세 가지 차원 중 서비스회복에 미치는 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 드러났다. 서비스회복과 고객충성도 간의 관계에서 서비스회복은 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 콜센터에서는 서비스회복을 도모하고 고객의 고객만족도 및 충성도를 높이기 위하여 콜센터 서비스품질의 관리가 필요하다.

Market Approach to Valuation Based on Technology Transfer Cases in Korea

  • This study secured comparable sales transaction information of technology transfer corresponding to an active market conditions and proposes a method to assess the similarity of technologies with regard to comparability of technology transfer based on these cases information. In order to analyze the association and similarity between target technology and sales transactions, it proposes the significant factors affecting royalty decision and the cosine coefficient method by industry categories. It also proposes the method to adjust royalty, which means that this method unlike the conventional method provides clear standards to valuators in order to revise royalty. Therefore, it offers a solution to the difficulties of applying the market approach for a lot of valuators that have wanted to apply it and objective method to enhance the reliability of the value of intangible asset evaluated by the market approach.
