Since public awareness on the importance of sea is increasing, a number of states have ratified the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. However several problems on marine boundary making are raising due to the ambiguity of law and importance of sea area. The purpose of this study is to find a logical principal through overall consideration on decision of baseline points which is a criteria of maritime boundary delimitation. Accordingly, this paper considers the current status, problems and measures for marine boundary making and then presents an alternative on it.

Recently due to the increasing of the importance on the green energy is getting higher by implementing EERS(Energy Efficiency Resource Standards) and NA(Negotiated Agreement) such as lacks of natural resources and The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. And the most practical solution is CHP(Combined Heat and Power) which performs the best energy efficiency. This paper developed optimal operation mechanism of CES(Community Energy System) for enhancement of energy efficiency using CHP(Combined Heat and Power), PLB(Peak Load Boiler) and ACC(ACCumulator) capacities. This method optimally operated these capacities calculated the maximum profits by Dynamic Programing. Through the case studies, it is verified that the proposed algorithm of can evaluate availability.

The Incoterms and United Nations Convention on Contract for the international Sales of Goods(CISG) allocate a risk in their articles. These rules make a decision that the parties who make a transaction are bound to bear the risk or damages of goods. Though a goods have a damages or loss during a transportation, buyer is liable for the payment of purchase price. In this case, this paper defines the meaning whether who can bear the risk under Incoterms and CISG. In the majority cases which deal between parties, after shipment or at the end of carriage, the loss or damages are found in buyer's hand. If a damages or loss is made during transit, customarily these risk are covered by insurance. Otherwise, these rules provide a tools for solving this problems. Then, between parties should be accomplished their target equitably.

WASP which is used to plan generation expansion has disadvantages that can't manage environmental factors and regional supply-demand planning. But with the effectuation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Kyoto Protocol, it is expected that reducing greenhouse gases affects power system in its long-term generation expansion planning. Therefore national countermeasures is needed. This paper formulates a mathematical model considering CO2 emission constraints and Emission Trading that will be enforced. This model is based on the MEFISET (Model for Economic Feasibility of Interstate Electrical Ties) which was made by Korea Energy Economics Institute and Hong-ik university and manages generation expansion planning. And this mathematical model is verified by studying a case system.

Incoterms 2010 have been revised in line with the latest changes in contemporary commercial practice. An understanding of Incoterms 2010 is essential. The Incoterms rules on the use of domestic and international trade terms, facilitate the conduct of global trade. Reference to an Incoterms 2010 rule in a sale contract clearly defines the parties' respective obligations and reduces the risk of legal complications. In 1980 the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods(CISG) was introduced to create international certainty and uniformity in the law and to govern issues that arise in an international sale of goods transaction. This paper focuses on harmony and ability of the CISG and Incoterms 2010 to govern contracts for the sale of goods.

o Korea consumed total 198.5 million TOE and the portion of crude oil n was 100.4 million TOE in 2002 which marked the 10th largest energy consuming country and ranks the $4^{th}$ crude oil consumer in the world. o Industries consumed 51.5% of the total energy and 93% of industrial energy was used at the manufacturing industries such as steel, textile, chemical, food and beverage, pulp and paper, and timber industries, which lead to energy intensive industries numbered 110,000. o Also Korea ranks the $10^{th}$ greenhouse gas emission countries of the world (134.9 million TC) which may cause Korean industries to suffer severely during the implementation of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). o Therefore, the target of the study is to develop a model for the analysis and design of industrial complex by integration of the energy usage and environmental problems. o The research work contents are as followings: -Analysis of Korea energy consumption -Concept of the integration of energy and environment problems - Basic concept of industrial complex planning - Case study (1) - Recommendation and conclusion

The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is an international environmental treaty to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere. In order to fulfil the commitments of the countries in an economically efficient way, the UNFCCC adapted the emission trading scheme in the Kyoto Protocol. If the UNFCCC's scheme is enforced in the country, considerable changes in electric power industry are expected due to the imposed greenhouse gas emission reduction. This paper proposes a game theoretic model of the case when generation companies participate in both competitive electricity market and emission market simultaneously. The model is designed such that generation companies select strategically between power quantity and greenhouse gas reduction to maximize their profits in both markets. Demand function and Environmental Welfare of emission trading market is proposed in this model. From the simulation results using the proposed model the impact of the emission trading on generation companies seems very severe in case that the emission prices are significantly high.

This study describes the seller's duty to deliver the goods in conformity with the contract. The purpose of this study is twofold: to analyze the seller's principal duty, comparing the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods(CISG) with Sale of Goods Act(SGA) and to provide legal and practical advice to contracting parties who consider CISG or SGA as a governing law. This paper first considers the requirements for the conformity with the contract, which means contractual requirements agreed between parties and implied requirements not agreed between parties. Following this, the exclusion of the seller's duty to deliver the goods required by the contract is described. Finally, this paper ends up giving contracting parties legal and practical advice.

Purpose - This study aims to eradicate and halt the continuous life cycle of corruption. Only when ethical management policies are implemented can the business ethics system be effective and transparent. Research design, data, and methodology - The analyses and legislative measures designed by these organizations and countries were based on solid research, uncovered during my visits and interviews conducted with businessmen in those countries. Results - The main focus of in this study is as follows: First, to introduce the programs of UN, OECD, OAS, USA, and Asian countries noted for business ethics and transparency policies; Second, to define each function and problem of these countries' anti-corruption systems, including the U.S. federal government, and to examine Chinese trends. Conclusions - Ethical managements are necessary to improve business ethics. This study suggests four related areas for the purpose of discouraging bribery and corruption; these are improving global corporate governance standards, increasing financial transparency, improving good governance in the public service of the OECD member countries, and focusing on not only the supply side but also the demand side of the corruption market.
