통합기준점을 이용한 KOMPSAT-3A 영상의 정밀센서모델링 가능성 분석 (Feasibility Analysis of Precise Sensor Modelling for KOMPSAT-3A Imagery Using Unified Control Points)

  • 본 논문에서는 국가기준점 자료를 활용한 고해상도 위성영상의 정밀센서모델 수립 가능성에 대하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국토지리정보원에서 운영하는 국토정보맵(http://map.ngii.go.kr/ms/map/NlipMap.do)으로부터 통합기준점 조서와 항공정사영상 자료를 이용하여 위성영상에서 통합기준점에 해당하는 영상좌표를 취득한 뒤, 이를 정밀센서모델 수립을 위한 관측자료로 활용하였다. 통합기준점 자료의 활용 가능성 분석을 위해 본 논문에서는 GNSS 측량을 통해 획득한 기준점을 활용한 정밀센서모델링 결과와 통합기준점만을 활용한 정밀센서모델링 결과를 비교하였다. 실험 결과 통합기준점만을 활용하였을 때 약 2 m의 3차원 위치결정이 가능함을 확인하였다.

기술준비도 및 수용모델과 기술패러독스 이론에 기한 소비자 만족 모델의 통합모델에 대한 연구 (A Unified Model Combining Technology Readiness Acceptance Model and Technology Paradox Theory)

  • Purpose - There are common factors both in Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model and Technology Paradox Theory which can be put together and made in one unified model. The unified model can provide the following merits. First, the unified model is simple but contains factors of the models. Second, the unified model can clarify the process of technology acceptance of common consumers. Third, the unified model can provide the opportunities to analyze the negative sides of new technology, thus find ways to improve the level of acceptance by general consumers. Research design, data, and methodology - The 450 questionnaires were handed out to people around Seoul and 421 were collected. Except insincere and wrong-marked ones, 402 were used to analyze. SPSS program was used to analyze. Factor analysis, regression analysis was conducted to test the hypotheses. Results - By analyzing sub-factors of both models and binding the common factors in one category, we accomplish one model. And we tested the model by empirical method. The results show that the results from the unified model are almost same as the results from the two models. In other words, the unified model works. Conclusions - Explaining one state of affair by two different method is in some sense distracting attention. By devising a new model including factors of both models, we can explain the affair more straightforward and efficiently. At first the technology acceptance model was devised to explain the technology users in an organization and the following tests and revised models were for the similar purposes. However, as on-lone activities including contracts have been expanded and become important, consumers as the technology uses have emerged as first factor to consider. In accordance models to explain this situation has been suggested. The model suggested in this research is one of the models but it has the following merits. That is, it is simple but has strong explanation power, it can clarify the process of technology acceptance of common consumers by containing negative sides of consumer conception, and thus, it can provide the opportunities to analyze the negative sides of new technology, also find ways to improve the level of acceptance by general consumers.

  • We analyze the evolution of active galactic nuclei for the decreasing accretion rate case. Our analysis is based on the unified theory of active galactic nuclei which entirely depends on the accretion rates of the central supermassive black holes. Our discussion leads us to conclude that active galactic nuclei may evolve from QSOs into the nuclei of Seyfert or radio galaxies.

A Novel Modeling and Performance Analysis of Imperfect Quadrature Modulator in RF Transmitter

  • In a wireless communication RF transmitter, the output of a quadrature modulator (QM) is distorted by not only the linear imperfection features such as in/quadrature-phase (I/Q) input gain imbalance, local phase imbalance, and local gain imbalance but also the nonlinear imperfection features such as direct current (DC) offset and mixer nonlinearity related to in-band spurious signal. In this paper, we propose the unified QM model to analyze the combined effects of the linear and nonlinear imperfection features on the performance of the QM. The unified QM model consists of two identical nonlinear systems and modified I/Q inputs based on the two-port nonlinear mixer model. The unified QM model shows that the output signals can be expressed by mixer circuit parameters such as intercept point and gain as well as the imperfection features. The proposed approach is validated by not only simulation but also measurement.

  • This paper describes a simulation model to analyze the dynamic performance of Unified Power Flow Controller which ran flexibly adjust the active and reactive power flow through the ac transmission line. An equivalent circuit to analyze the basic principle for the whole system operation was developed and a control system for the Unified Power Flow Controller was derived using vector control method. A computer simulation model with EMTP code was also conceived to evaluate the performance of the Unified power Flow Controller. The simulation results show that Unified Power flow Controller is very effective for controlling the power flow and damping the subsynchronous resonance in the power system.

  • 본 연구에서는 고온에 노출되는 열-점소성 거동의 해석을 위해 소성유동, 크 리프, 응력풀림(stress relaxation)등의 거동을 동시에 다룰 수 있는 통일구성방정식 모델에 대해 논하고 적절한 모델을 선정한다. 이 모델은 미소변형이론에 근거한 것 이므로 구조물의 거동을 소변형률(small strain)과 소회전(small rotation)의 범위내 로 가정하여 해석한다.선정된 모델에 대해서 시간변화율 형태의 방정식으로부터 유 한요소법을 통한 수치화와 사용된 구성방정식을 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 수치해석 법상의 알고리듬을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘을 사용하여 유한요소법 전산코드를 적상하고, 작성된 코드를 이용하여 고온에서 하중을 받는 단순보와 국부적으로 심한 가열을 받는 구조물에 적용하여 고전적인 구성방정식으로 복합적인 해석이 어려웠던 열-점소성 거동을 효과적으로 해석할 수 있음을 보인다. 본 논문은 응력해석에 주안 점을 두었으므로 열해석에 관한 상세한 논의는 가급적 생략하기로 한다.

Unified Modeling Language based Analysis of Security Attacks in Wireless Sensor Networks: A Survey

  • Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are rapidly emerging because of their potential applications available in military and civilian environments. Due to unattended and hostile deployment environments, shared wireless links, and inherent resource constraints, providing high level security services is challenging in WSNs. In this paper, we revisit various security attack models and analyze them by using a well-known standard notation, Unified Modeling Language (UML). We provide a set of UML collaboration diagram and sequence diagrams of attack models witnessed in different network layers: physical, data/link, network, and transport. The proposed UML-based analysis not only can facilitate understanding of attack strategies, but can also provide a deep insight into designing/developing countermeasures in WSNs.

  • Geospatial database, which is the basis for Geo-Spatial Information Systems, is produced by conventional mapping methods. Recently, with increased demand for digital forms of the geospatial database, studies are carried out to automate its production. The automated mapping system is composed of the image acquisition subsystem, positioning subsystem, point referencing subsystem and the visualization subsystem. The image acquisition subsystem is the most important part of the overall production line because it is the starting point and will affect all subsequent processes. This paper presents a software analysis and design of the image acquisition subsystem. The design was carried out using the Unified Modeling Language which is a modeling method used extensively in the software engineering field.

송전선의 정전용량과 인덕턴스의 통일적 해석법 (A unified analysis method for capacitance and inductance of power transmission lines)

  • It is revealed that duality and similarity between both capacitance and inductance systems coexist, and also that the former is more efficient than the latter in application viewpoints in time-invariant linear cases as far as both systems are concerned. This paper, using the similarity relation, proposes a new magnetics capacity concept similar to electrostatic capacity so that inductance systems may be interpreted as the corresponding capacitance systems. The new concept makes it convenient to analyze the both systems by unified approach. Finally an example demonstrates the applicability and convenience of the proposed method, through the analysis of capacitances and inductances on the transposed transmission line.
