The Influence of Charged Static Electricity on LCD Glass and Neutralization Characteristic by Soft X-ray

  • We observed that static electricity has an influence on the etching unformity of dry etching process. When the static electricity was applied from-200[V]to-1000[V] on glass substrates, the etching rate uniformity was changed to 1.5%-15%. In this experiment, the soft X-ray to neutralize static electricity was adopted as ore of neutralization methods. As an experimental result, soft X-ray irradiation improved neutralization capability on the surface of LCD glass substrate within the short time, about 15-30sec. The difference of etching rate uniformity was below 0.5%.

  • 120 tablets of 25mg phenformin hydrochloride tablet and 4mg chlorpheniramine maleate tablet, respectively, were assayed and analyzed to obtain basic data on the content uniformity of domestic pharmaceuticals. All of the tablets of phenformin hydrochloride and that of chlorpheniramine maleate were met the requirements of the test for weight variation and content but no regularity was found in the content unformity specifications. In case of chlorpheniramine maleate tablets, standard deviation of active ingredient content of B maker was 4.1% and that of C maker 7.1%.

  • This work deals with finding a suitable position correction algorithm of industrial robot based on measuring gaps between door and chassis. The algorithm calculates correction quantities and then must allow visually acceptable door-chassis assembly take. The algorithm simulation is performed for a simple door-chassis model, and its effectiveness is addressed in terms of the predefined total unformity, line uniformity. In addition, the error sensitivity analysis of the rotation center of door due to the mismatch of robot grasping is performed using the algorithm.

  • A 15[inch] diagonal mercury-free flat discharge lamp with insulated electrode has been developed as backlight for a LCD backlighting. When the drive voltage pulse conditions were set properly, a uniform and stable discharge extends over the entire volume. It was obtained luminance of $10,330[cd/m^2]$ without prism sheet in uniform and stable discharge.
