In order to find indigenous beneficial fungal species from crop field soils of Nigeria, 23 soil samples were collected from various places of Nigeria in June, 2013 and fungi were isolated through serial dilution technique. Isolated fungi were purified and differentiated according to their morphological and microscopic characteristics. In total, 38 different representative isolates were recovered and the genomic DNA of each isolates was extracted using QIAGEN$^{(R)}$ Plasmid Mini Kit (QIAGEN Sciences, USA) and the identification of fungi was carried out by sequence analysis of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of the 18S ribosomal DNA (18S rDNA). Recovered isolates belonged to 9 fungal genera comprising Fusarium, Aspergillus, Chaetomium, Coniothyrium, Dipodascaceae, Myrothecium, Neosartorya, Penicillium and Trichoderma. Aspergillus spp., Penicillium spp. and Trichoderma spp. were the most dominant taxa in this study. The antagonistic potentiality of species belonged to Trichoderma against 10 phytopathogenic fungi (F. oxysporum, C. gloesporoides, P. cytrophthora, A. alternata, A. solani, S. rolfsii, F. solani, R. solani, S. sclerotiorum and P. nicotiana) was assessed in vitro using dual culture assay. The dual culture assay results showed varied degree of antagonism against the tested phytopathogens. The potential Trichoderma spp. will be further evaluated for their antagonistic and plant growth promotion potentiality under in vivo conditions.

Purpose : We have carried out this study to investigate association of DSOM scores and women infertility in oriental medicine for systematization diagnosis and treatment of women infertility. Methods : We analyzed the results of medical records for 151 patients who were diagnosed as women infertility. We investigated the possession of symptom index of women infertility, recognition association of DSOM. Results : 1. In comparison with 151 clinical trial's data. deficiency of Yin(陰虛), coldness(寒), spleen(脾) are associated positively and deficiency of Yang(陽虛), phlegm(痰) are associated negatively. 2. In pathogenesis(病機) indicator of average, cold inside the body is associated positively and diarrhea, kidney are associated negatively. 3. In pathogenesis five score-point of value, Heat(熱), kidney(腎) are associated negatively. 4. In pathogenesis(病機) indicator. constipation(便秘) is associated positively and hardness of lower abdomen, tingly weakness of lower back and knee question are associated negatively. 5. In 140 questions, nine questions are associated positively and ten question are associated negatively.

제4회 대전사랑·과학사랑 창의력대회에 참가한 3명 1조의 고등학생들에게 충남 서천군 한산지방에서 출토된 5각 12면체로 만들어진 속이 빈 토기의 12 면에 나타나 있는 기호를 해석하게 하고, 이 유물의 활용성 예측과 5각 12면체를 활용한 새로운 놀이 방법을 창안해 보도록 장기문제로 제시하였다. 그 결과 학생들은 5각 12면 체에 음각된 12개의 기호를 숫자, 십이지, 방위, 오행 등으로 해석하고 있었다. 특히 이 5각 12면체를 오늘날 놀이 도구로 활용할 수 있는 방안 찾기에서는 음양 오행진 놀이, 숫자 놀이, 말판놀이 등 아주 독창적인 아이디어들이 많이 제안되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 5각 12면체를 이용한 창의성 프로그램이 영재들의 창의성 교육에 활용될 수 있음을 제안하고자 한다.

철도에서 평면곡선과 종곡선의 경합은 승차감 및 열차의 주행안전성을 저해시키는 원인이 되며, 유지보수비용에도 큰 영향을 미친다. 그러나 철도노선 계획 시 지형조건 및 예기치 않은 환경적 요인에 의해 선형경합이 필요하게 될 경우가 발생된다. 본 연구에서는 종곡선과 평면곡선의 경합이 곡선부에서의 승차감 및 평면곡선의 최적선형조건에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 평면곡선과 종곡선이 경합하였을 경우와 경합하지 않고 평면선형만 있을 경우에 대한 최적캔트량 및 승차감을 비교분석 하였으며, 고속영역에서 선형 경합이 곡선선형조건과 승차감에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 그 결과 경합한 경우라도 보정캔트를 부설한다면 승차감 측면에서 평면선형만 부설한 경우와 유사한 조건이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

In dieser Arbeit wird untersucht, ob die rhetorischen Regeln zur Textproduktion auch auf die Textanalyse einer Rede anwendbar sind, und zwar einer vor der Systematisierung der Rhetorik verfassten Rede, $n\"{a}mlich$ dem Enkomium der Helene von Gorgias. Die Untersuchung ihrer $Anwendungsm\"{o}glichkeit$ als Ana1ysekategorien liegt der Vermutung nahe, dass das Enkomiurn auch rhetorische Elemente $enth\"{a}lt$, weil eine Theorie wie die Rhetorik erst durch die Beobachtung der musterhaften Reden, die Entdeckung ihrer $Regelm\"{a}{\ss}igkeiten$ und deren Synthetisierung entstanden ist Deswegen ist die Untersuchung norma1erweise mit der Festste1lung der im Text angewandten rhetorischen Regeln identisch. Dieses Verfahren aber $\"{u}berzeugt$ uns, dass dem Gorgias das Gliederungsschema der DISPOSITIO, die Sonderform der Einleitung INSINUATIO, die Prinzipien der Kurze und $Glaubw\"{u}rdigkeit$ in der $Erz\"{a}hlung$ sowie der Zusammenfassung im Schluss, das dem Enthymem $\"{a}hnliche$ logische Mittel LOGISMOS, die Stasis der $Qualit\"{a}t$, die Topoi der Stammung und Gerechtigkeit, die sog. gorgianischen Figuren usw. nicht fremd sind. Wegen des Streites um die $Zusammengeh\"{o}rigkeit$ dieser Rede zur epideiktischen wird hier auch untersucht, ob das Enkomium die von den Theoretikern wie Aristoteles und Cicero aufgestellten Bedingungen der epideiktischen Rede $erf\"{u}llt$. Nur 'die Apologie' nach der $Formalit\"{a}t$ im Beweis ausgeschlossen, die aber zur Beseitigung des am Gegenstand des Lobes $angeh\"{a}ngten$ Tadelhaften erforderlich ist, entspricht das Enkomium dem Prinzip der epideiktischen Rede: Lob der Tugend wie $Sch\"{o}nheit$ und Adeligkeit, Amplifikation bei der Formulierung, Wirkziel des aesthetischen Genusses. Wenn man die Entstehungszeit dieses Enkomiums $ber\"{u}cksichtigt$, kann man plausibel folgern, dass es eine $fr\"{u}he$ Form der Lobrede ist.

본 논문에서는 MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) 제어 기능을 갖는 저전압 진동에너지 하베스팅 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 Bulk-driven technique을 적용하여 0.8V의 낮은 전압에서도 동작 가능하다. 압전소자의 출력단에 연결된 전파정류기의 개방회로 전압을 MPPT 제어회로를 통해 주기적으로 샘플링하고, 최대 가용전력 점의 전압을 부하에 전달한다. 제안된 회로는 0.35um CMOS 공정으로 설계되었으며, 패드를 포함한 칩 면적은 $1.33mm{\times}1.31mm$이다. 모의실험결과 설계된 회로의 최대 전력효율은 85.49%이다.

Dimension of a transistor has rapidly shrunk to increase the speed of device and to reduce the power consumption. However, it is accompanied with several problems like direct tunneling through the gate dioxide layer and low conductivity characteristic of poly-Si gate in nano-region. To cover these faults, study of new materials is urgently needed. Recently, high dielectric materials like $Al_2O_3$, $ZrO_2$, and $HfO_2$ are being studied for equivalent oxide thickness (EOT). However, poly-Si gate is not compatible with high-k materials for gate-insulator. Poly Si gate with high-k material has some problems such as gate depletion and dopant penetration problems. Therefore, new gate structure or materials that are compatible with high-k materials are also needed. TiN for metal/high-k gate stack is conductive enough to allow a good electrical connection and compatible with high-k materials. According to this trend, the study on dry etching of TiN for metal/high-k gate stack is needed. In this study, the investigations of the TiN etching characteristics were carried out using the inductively coupled $BCl_3$-based plasma system and adding $Cl_2$ gas. Dry etching of the TiN was studied by varying the etching parameters including $BCl_3$/Ar gas mixing ratio, RF power, DC-bias voltage to substrate, and $Cl_2$ gas addition. The plasmas were characterized by optical emission spectroscopy analysis. Scanning electron microscopy was used to investigate the etching profile.

기관절제술은 기도확보를 위해 다양한 임상적 상황에서 행해지는 술식으로 1546년에 Brasabola에 의해 처음 성공적으로 시행되었다. 기관절제술의 적응증으로는 상기도 폐쇄의 완화, pulmonary toilet의 촉진, dead space의 감소 및 mechanical ventilation의 장기 사용시 등을 들 수 있겠다. 그동안 term에도 변화가 있었는데, 1718년 까지는 "bronchotomy"란 term 이 사용되었고 그후 "tracheotomy"란 term 이 사용되었으나 1820년 이후에는 "tracheostomy"란 term 이 나오게 되어 현재 이 두가지 term 이 구별없이 사용되고 있다. 기도폐쇄를 야기시킬 수 있는 악안면 부위의 외상 혹은 여러가지 질병의 증가 추세로인해 구강외과의사가 기관절제술을 시행해야할 상황을빈번히 맞게 된다. 이에, 본 교실에서 기관절제술을 시행한 31 명의 환자에 대한 임상적 고찰을 통해 숙련된 기관절제술 및 그 처치능력의 중요성을 보고하는 바이다.

Eriocaulon sieboldianum (ES) is used in traditional oriental medicine for various medicinal purposes including headache, toothache, and inflammation. However, the anti-cancer effect of the ES is still not fully understood. In the present study, the human leukemia cell line HL-60 was used to characterize the apoptotic effects of ES. ES induced cytotoxicity of HL-60 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. ES induced the generation of reactive oxygen species, and the release of cytochrome c in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, we showed that ES-induced apoptosis was accompanied by activation of caspase-3. Taken together, our results demonstrate that ES possesses anti-cancer activity in HL-60 cells.

본 연구는 용접기와 발전기를 통합하여 필요에 따라 발전기로 사용하다가 용접기로 사용할 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하는 것이다. 이와 같이 통합 시스템을 제안하기 위해서는 급속충전이 진행되지 않도록 전력 상태 정보를 관리하는 시스템 구성이 가장 중요하다. 따라서 배터리충전 출력포트, 메인 입출력제어포트, 발전기제어포트, 경고 알람부저, UI스위치 입력부, EXT 전원 출력부, 배터리 상태 확인 입력부, 배터리별 충방전 전류 확인부, UI 조정스위치 입력부, 발전기 상태 확인부, 메인전원 입출력 확인부(전압,전류), 출력전압 확인부, EXT 경고 출력부, DEBUG 통신부, UI 디스플레이부, 외부입력부ADC 등을 중심으로 발전기 제어 시스템을 구현하였다.
