Design and Implementation of Home IoT Cultivation System with iOS Interface (iOS 인터페이스를 지원하는 가정용 IoT 재배 시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • Demand for "pet plants" and "planteriers" is increasing due to the increase in COVID-19 and fine dust. In this paper, Smart pots for planterior should be small in size while providing the functions for cultivation without any problems. They should provide a user interface for long-range control for user's convenience. We implemented smart pots by incorporating IoT into pots. In response to the growing number of iPhone users, we developed an iOS app for user interface and UX/UI design. By communicating with the smartphone app and a home pot server over the Internet, users can check and control the state of the pot anytime, anywhere. The server and the pot module were separated to reduce the size of the pot itself. By locating a water bottle at the bottom of the pot, we expect that it is suitable for a "planterier" because it adopts a circulating structure in which drainage flows down to the water bottle as it is.

Text Mining Analysis of Customer Reviews on Public Service Robots: With a focus on the Guide Robot Cases (텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 공공기관 서비스 로봇에 대한 사용자 리뷰 분석 : 안내로봇 사례를 중심으로)

  • The use of service robots, particularly guide robots, is becoming increasingly prevalent in public institutions. However, there has been limited research into the interactions between users and guide robots. To explore the customer experience with the guidance robot, we selected 'QI', which has been meeting customers for the longest time, and collected all reviews since the service was launched in public institutions. By using text mining techniques, we identified the main keywords and user experience factors and examined factors that hinder user experience. As a result, the guide robot's functionality, appearance, interaction methods, and role as a cultural commentator and helper were key factors that influenced the user experience. After identifying hindrance factors, we suggested solutions such as improved interaction design, multimodal interface service design, and content development. This study contributes to the understanding of user experience with guide robots and provides practical suggestions for improvement.

  • In December 2014, Livestock and Livestock Products Traceability Act was established, allowing consumers to receive livestock traceability information. While the Livestock Traceability System provides consumers with transparent and fair information about their food, it has brought increased workload and penalty burdens to stakeholders in the livestock industry. In this paper, we propose an IoT system for inventory management based on traceability numbers to enable sellers to conveniently provide livestock traceability information to consumers. We analyzed the protocol for managing data from electronic scales and conducted functional testing and verification on mobile devices. Furthermore, we implemented the design and system functionality, taking into account UI/UX on Android OS-based devices to synchronize and interconnect traceability and product information with electronic scales. We anticipate that the proposed approach will minimize user inconvenience and raise production efficiency in the existing market.

  • In the IT industry, processing units of IT applications are getting smaller and high efficient. Furthermore, the realization of various smart functions is highly feasible now due to advances in sensing technology. The service infrastructures on high efficient and compact mobile devices are applied to various areas. These also could be possessed by users and is built into the devices. Currently, studies on the UX(User Experience) field to attempt an analysis and prediction of user's information are continuing with reference to the UI(User Interface). However, research on the common framework of classification and storing the user-information, and standardization of form has not been attempted yet. In this study, we proposed the AUX(Associative user Experience) model and process structure to store various empirical data by users. The AUX model expressed a diversity of user's empirical data using extended E-TCPN model. And also, we expressed the data structure using XML with reference to the application of AUX model. This expressed model and separation of process structure guarantee its specialty, productivity and flexibility through the humanistic characteristics of users and the independence of technical process structure. The AUX model maps out the AUX information process architecture and expressed the process with the improved MPP algorithm, to analyze of its performance. The simulation of movements applying to MPP traffic allocation of VOD is used to analyze of its performance. The playback deviation of MPP Graphic Allocation Algorism where the AUX model was applied was improved by 10.41% more than the one where it was not applied. As a result of that, playback performance has improved due to the conversion of AUX with accessing media, content of users and dynamic traffic allocation such as MPI and CPI.

A Study on Usability Evaluation of AR-based Online Archives Exhibition Platform: Focusing on June Democratic Struggle History Exhibition Case (AR기반 온라인 기록전시 플랫폼의 사용성 평가에 관한 연구 - 6월 민주 항쟁 역사 기획전 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • This study shows the process of designing and directly developing an online archives exhibition platform using AR (AR online archives exhibition platform) as a method for effectively providing online archives exhibition. Furthermore, the usability of the platform developed for actual users was evaluated. Related literature analysis was conducted to derive the functional requirements of the online archives exhibition platform to be guaranteed by the archives exhibition platform. Based on the derived functional requirements, six development strategies were established for the development of an AR online archives exhibition platform. The specific development of the platform was carried out using the Unity Engine and was based on the development strategy. After that, using the developed platform, 'June Democratic Struggle History Exhibition' was planned based on the collection of the Busan Democratic Park. Based on this, this study attempted to specifically evaluate the possibility of applying the actual exhibition service of the platform. Based on this, this study specifically evaluated the possibility of applying the actual exhibition service of the platform, and the usability of the AR online archives exhibition platform based on user experience (UX) was evaluated through platform demonstration for 35 actual users. According to the evaluation results, there were requirements for supplementation due to the use of advanced technology, but the main opinion was that it will be very positive at this time when untact services are being activated due to the Corona Pandemic.

  • 본 연구에서는 위성영상 활용 지능형 재난관측·감시 기술 개발을 목적으로 위성영상과 멀티소스(CCTV, 항공영상, 공공DB 등)와의 연계·융합을 통해 재난상황관리의 정확도 향상과 위성영상 활용성 제고 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 위성영상 수집·배포시스템으로부터 전달되는 위성영상과 멀티소스의 연계 융합을 통한 재난상황정보의 표출을 목적으로 상황판연계 표출시스템 가동 절차와 위성영상 수집을 통한 위험탐지 알고리즘과의 연계를 위해 재난상황업무 기반 시스템 가동절차를 수립하고, 위기관리표준 매뉴얼 상 상황업무절차를 적용해 예비설계를 진행하였다. 상황실 실무자 설문을 통해 작성된 시스템 요구사항과 규격서를 기반으로 상황업무절차를 적용해 먼저업무시스템 설계를 진행하였다. 평시에는 GIS통합상황판에서 관리됨을 전제로 위성영상 수집에 대한국가적 예산 투입 측면을 고려해 중대본 설치가 필요한 대형재난 발생상황을 가정하여 상황판연계·표출시스템의 가동되도록 설계하였다. 또한, 위성영상 분석을 통한 피해위험도와 재난이력통계 등 멀티소스와 중첩한 결과를 실시간으로 표출함에 따라 상황실근무자는 재난확산 여부를 판단하고, NDMS를 통해 재난상황을 전파할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 상황판연계 표출시스템의 원활한 데이터 입/출력을 위해 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스 정의, 유스케이스 ID(요구기능)와 1:1 또는 1:n매칭을 수행하여 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스를 정의하였다. 정의된 클래스는 유스케이스인 요구기능과 매칭을 수행하였고, 시스템 가동절차 중 피해위험도분석, 재난이력통계, 중첩결과표출, NDMS 상황전파에 대한 상황업무절차를 기반으로 산불·홍수·산사태·대설·태풍 총 5종의재난별 시퀀스를 설계하였다. 마지막으로 화면정의서와 UI/UX설계서를 기반으로 Figma를 통해 시스템구동화면을 사전에 모의하였다. 향후, 진행되는 연구에서는 위성영상과 멀티소스를 연계한 화면을 실체화하여 더욱 정확한 재난상황관리가 가능하도록 NDMS 연계 상황판 표출 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

  • 매장의 매출 증가를 위해 고객의 의견을 반영하는 것은 일반적인 마케팅이다. 여러 기관 및 대형 매장에서 고객의 의견을 반영하기 위해 여러 가지 방법을 취하고 있다. 하지만 대형 매장이 아닌 소규모 소상공인의 매장에는 고객의 의견 수집을 위한 고객의 참여 유도가 쉽지 않아 데이터를 모으기가 힘들다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 친근한 디자인과 접근성 좋은 UX를 가진 '소상공인을 위한 고객 의견 수집' 서비스를 모바일 앱 형태로 설계하고 구현했다. 이는 가게에 대한 고객들의 생각을 소상공인들이 직접 예상하고 수렴하여 잠재적인 매출향상에 도움을 주는데 그 목적이 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 인공지능과 빅데이터 클라우드 등 다양한 4차 산업혁명시대의 기술과 교육을 융합한 에듀테크를 기초로 하여 에듀테크에 대한 교사의 학습 방향을 제시하며 전체적인 클라우드의 개념 및 분류체계, 교육의 활용을 제시하였고 클라우드 기반 교육용 소셜 플랫폼과 R. M. Gagne(1985)의 9가지 이론을 토대로 정보교과 추상화 단원의 학습 지도안을 설계 후 성취도 평가를 제시하였다. 연구 내용 분석 결과 기술의 발전성과 교육현장에서의 개인정보 교육 및 정보보안 교육의 필요성이 강조되며 확고한 플랫폼 구축과 빅데이터 확보 및 분석하여 개인에게 맞춤형 서비스 제공이 필요하다. 또한 사용자 편의성 극대화 서비스 및 UX 간결이 요구된다. 본 논문을 토대로 에듀테크의 일부분인 클라우드 기반 소셜러닝의 다양하고 체계적인 선행연구 활성화에 시발점이 되었으면 한다.

  • In the recent industry, unmanned systems are expected to continue to spread throughout the economy. Especially in case of cosmetics, Users do not buy it right away. They look around, test it thoroughly, check the reviews, and decide on the purchase. Therefore, unmanned system using kiosk is more popular than face - to - face service of clerks. In this study, the persona analysis was completed based on the results obtained from the questionnaires and in - depth interviews. After sorting out the needs of the users, we applied them to the kiosk UI design of "Lalavela". The purpose of this study is to propose a kiosk UI design that helps many users who want to know information about the product though they are reluctant to ask directly to the clerk.

  • 코로나-19와 미세먼지의 증가로 '반려 식물'과 '플랜테리어'에 대한 수요가 늘고있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 화분에 IoT를 접목하여, 스마트 화분을 구현하였다. 사용자 인터페이스를 iOS 앱으로 개발하였으며, 늘어나는 iPhone 사용자들에게 익숙한 UX/UI 디자인으로 구현하였다. 스마트폰 앱과 가정의 화분 서버가 인터넷으로 통신함으로써, 언제 어디서나 화분의 상태를 확인하고, 제어를 할 수 있게 구현하였다. 서버와 화분 모듈이 분리되어, 화분 자체의 크기를 줄였다. 화분 하단에 물통이 존재하여, 배액이 그대로 물통으로 흘러내려오는 순환식 구조를 채택하였기 때문에 '플랜테리어'에 적합한 모듈이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
