고음질 합성방식용 V/UV 스펙트럼상의 피치변경법에 관한 연구 (On a Pitch Alteration Technique in the V/UV Spectrum for High Quality Speech Synthesis Technique)

  • 파형부호화법은 파형의 잉여성분 제거과정을 통해 음성파형의 꼴을 단순히 보존하는 부호화법이다. 음성합성분야에서 파형부호화법은 주로 분석에 의한 고음질 합성방식으로 적용되고 있다. 그렇지만 이 부호화법은 분석시에 여기원과 성도여파기 피라미터들로 분류하여 처리하지 않기 때문에 규칙에 의한 합성방식으로는 적용하기가 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 스펙트럼영역에서 유성스펙트럼에 대해서만 스펙트럼축의 변경을 통해 피치를 조절하는 새로운 피치변경법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 주파수영역의 처리법이며 50%의 피치변경을 수행하여도 스펙트럼 왜곡율이 2.7% 이하로 얻어졌고, 시간영역의 위상특성 보상에 의해 프레임간의 진폭연결이 자연스럽다는 장점을 갖느다.

  • Photosensitive resin of azide type is good for resolution and inner solvent, but it is really problem to development of practical use because fanctional groups of polymer has many hydrophilic radicals. By careful attention to this point, this study was investigated synthesis term, photo property and development property of composed photosensitive resin of azida type, it is to this effect. 1) H-NMR spectrum of compared DABCI showed amion redical by $\delta$6.0~6.1ppm to substitude for azide radical by amino radical by $\delta$8.9~9.45ppm, and FT-IR absorption spectra showed the absorption bends at 2100cm. 2)FT-IR absorption spectra of PHS1-DAB, PHS2-DAB, CMM-DAB and CHM-DAB showed azida radical pick to be lost at after irradiation by UV light. 3) According to exposuer change of PHS1-DAB, PHS2-DAB, CMM-DAB and CHM-DAB, absorption maximum value of UV spectrum change was 280nm. 4) to compared relative sensitivity of compared photosensitive resin, PHS2-DAB was the best and to compared insolubility rate of compared photosensitive resin, CMM-DAB was the lower. 5)Solubility if NaOH was the best by 1.0mol/$\ell$ and solubility of developing solution of ethanol to water was it in the ratio of 4 to 1.

아세토니트릴 溶媒중에서 1-(2-Thiazolylazo)-2-naphthol 의 폴라로그래프적 거동 (Polarographic Behavior of 1-(2-Thiazolylazo) 2-naphthol in Acetonitrile)

  • 반양성자성 용매인 아세토니트릴 중에서 1-(2-thiazolylazo)-2-naphthol (이하 TAN으로 줄임)의 폴라로그래프적 성질을 조사하였다. 직류폴라로그램으로부터 환원전류의 유형과 양성자 주게 인물의 첨가에 따른 영향을 검토하였다. 그리고 환원반응에 관여한 전자수는 정전위분해법으로 구하였다. 또 일정전위전해생성물의 UV-Vis Spectrum과 IR-Spectrum으로부터 전해생성물을 확인하였다. 이상의 실험결과로부터 아세토니트릴 용매중에서 TAN은 1전자 4단계의 환원과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 아민화합물이 됨을 알았다. 또 각 환원과정은 모두 가역적이었으며, 각 단계의 환원전류는 확산지배적이었다.

Yellow Light-Emitting Poly(p-phenylenevinylene) Derivative with Balanced Charge Injection Property

  • A new luminescent polymer, poly{1,4-phenylene-1,2-ethenediyl-2'-[2"-(4'"-octyloxyphenyl)-(5"-yl)-1",3",4"-oxadiazole]-1,4-phenylene-1,2-ethenediyl-2,5-bis-dodecyloxy-1,4-phenylene-1,2-ethenediyl} (Oxd-PPV), was synthesized by the Heck coupling reaction. Electron withdrawing pendant, conjugated 1,3,4-oxadiazole (Oxd), is on the vinylene unit. The band gap of the polymer figured out from the UV-visible spectrum was 2.23 eV and the polymer film shows bright yellow emission maximum at 552 nm. The electroluminescence (EL) maximum of double layer structured device (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Oxd-PPV/Al) appeared at 553 nm. Relative PL quantum yield of Oxd-PPV film is 3.6 times higher than that of MEH-PPV film. The HOMO and LUMO energy levels of Oxd-PPV figured out from the cyclic voltammogram and the UV-visible spectrum are -5.32 and -3.09 eV, respectively, so that more balanced hole and electron injection efficiency can be expected compared to MEH-PPV. A double layer EL of Oxd-PPV has an maximum efficiency of 0.15 cd/A and maximum brightness of 464 cd/$m^2$.

EQCM법을 이용한 자기조립된 Viologen 유도체의 광학적 특성 및 전기화학적 특성 연구 (Optical and Electrochemical Property of Self-Assembled Monolayers Containing Viologen Derivative by EQCM Study)

  • A monolayer assembly of anthracene-viologen linked thiol ($AMVC_{8}SH$) was fabricated on a gold electrode by self-assembly method. Structural property of the self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) was carried out by optical and electrochemical method. Firstly, we investigated PL spectrum and UV/visible absorption for the optical properties in solution state. Secondly, we determined the characteristics of charge transfer in different electrolyte solutions by electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM). From the data, the PL spectrum and UV/visible absorption were observed and the well-defined shape peaks were nearly equal charges during redox reactions and existed to an excellent linear relationship between the scan rates and existed to currents. The mass change was determined during redox reaction. The mass change behavior of SAMs was not only governed by the mobility of the ion in the viologen but the valence of the ion in the electrolyte solution.

Analysis of Dye Extracted from Phellodendron Bark Using Liquid Chromatography

  • Berberine, palmatine, and Phellodendron bark dye was prepared in methanol for HPLC-DAD-MS analysis of liquid dye. Silk was dyed using berberine, palmatine, and Phellodendron bark dye prepared in water. The dye was extracted from the dyed silk using the HCl/methanol/water (2:1:1 v/v/v) solvent system with a slight modification. The liquid dyes and the dye extracted from the silk samples dyed with the three dye sources were examined using the HPLC-DAD-MS analysis to simultaneously detect berberine and palmatine from the plant dye and the dyeings. Colorimetric measurement was carried out using a spectrophotometer to examine the color and the intensities of berberine, palmatine, and Phellodendron bark dyed silk samples. From the liquid dyes, berberine eluted at 5.21 min with the molecular cation m/z=336 and the UV spectrum confirming that the product was berberine. Palmatine eluted at 5.12 min with the molecular cation m/z=352 and the UV spectrum confirming that the product was palmatine. From the silk dyed with berberine and palmatine dye, berberine and palmatine species eluted at 5.35 min and 5.24 min, respectively. From the silk dyed with Phellodendron bark, berberine and palmatine were detected simultaneously at 5.35 min and 5.26 min, respectively. All three dyes had yellow hue while palmatine dyed silk showed the highest hue and chroma. Palmatine dyed silk showed the highest K/S value that indicated the strongest color intensity and the highest dye uptake.

Spectrophotometric Determination of Cadmium and Copper with Ammonium Pyrrolodinedithiocarbamate in Nonionic Tween 80 Micellar Media

  • The determination of Cd2+ and Cu2+ with ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) in Tween 80 micellar media has been studied. The UV-visible spectrum of Cd(PDC)2 complex in Tween 80 media had more sensitivity tha n in chloroform. Although the UV-visible spectrum of the Cu(PDC)2 complex in Tween 80 media had somewhat less sensitivity than that in chloroform, absorbance data of Cu2+ were more reproducible in Tween 80 media. The Cd(PDC)2 and Cu(PDC)2 complexes were very stable at pH 7.0 for up to 100 minutes and could be quantitatively chelated if APDC were added to the sample solution more than 30 times the moles of Cd2+ and Cu2+ . The optimum concentration of Tween 80 was 0.1%. The calibration curves of Cd(PDC)2 and Cu(PDC)2 complexes with good linearity were obtained in 0.1% Tween 80 media. The detection limits of Cd2+ and Cu2+ were 0.0493 ㎍mL-1 and 0.0393 ㎍mL-1 , respectively. Recovery yields of Cd2+ and Cu2+ ions in the spiked real samples were almost 100%. Based on experimental results, this proposed method could be applied to the rapid and simple determination of Cd2+ and Cu2+ in real samples.

UV광 측정용 아조벤젠 코팅된 FBG의 열적 효과 제거 및 파장 의존성에 대한 연구 (The Study of Thermal Effect Suppression and Wavelength Dependence of Azobenzene-coated FBG for UV Sensing Application)

  • 본 논문에서는 ultraviolet (UV) 광의 세기를 원격으로 측정하기 위한 아조벤젠 (azobenzene) 코팅된 fiber Bragg grating (FBG)를 구현하였다. 아조벤젠 폴리머는 UV 광에 의해서 탄성이 변화하여 FBG의 코어 격자의 주기 변화를 유도하여 중심파장을 이동시킨다. 중심파장의 이동은 UV 광과 UV 이외의 파장대역의 빛에 의해서 복합적으로 발생하는데 중심파장의 이동량은 약 0.18 nm 이다. 측정의 정확성을 향상시키기 위해서 광원의 복사열에 의한 중심파장의 이동을 열차단 필터(thermal filter)를 사용하여 제거한 결과 중심파장의 이동량은 약 0.06 nm로 다소 감소하였지만 분석 결과 열에 의한 이동량이 충분히 제거된 것을 확인하였다. 또한 서로 다른 방법인 열경화법과 UV 경화법으로 각각 제작된 아조벤젠 폴리머를 이용하여 아조벤젠 코팅 FBG를 제작하였고, 각 제조법에 따른 UV센서로서의 적합성을 확인하였다. 몇 개의 밴드패스 필터(band pass filter)를 사용하여 파장에 대한 민감도를 측정한 결과, 단위 UV 세기당 중심파장의 이동량은 370nm 파장 밴드에서 가장 큰 값인 0.029로, 단파장 영역에서 반응성이 우수하다는 사실을 확인 하였다. 아조벤젠 폴리머의 흡수 스펙트럼과 아조벤젠 코팅 FBG의 파장 의존도가 서로 잘 일치하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Advanced oxidation processes using UV and catalysts like $TiO_2$ and ZnO have been recently applied for the photocatalytic degradation of MTBE in water. Attempts have been made to replace the UV radiation by the solar spectrum. This review intends to shed more light on the work that has been done so far in this area of research. The information provided will help in crystallizing the ideas required to shift the trend from UV photocatalysis to sunlight photocatalysis. The careful optimization of the reaction parameters and the type of the dopant employed are greatly responsible for any enhancement in the degradation process. The advantage of shifting from UV photocatalysts to visible light photocatalysts can be observed when catalysts like $TiO_2$ and ZnO are doped with suitable metals. Therefore, it is expected that in the near future, the visible light photocatalysis will be the main technique applied for the remediation of water contaminated with MTBE.

착색렌즈의 색비율 정량화에 관한 연구 (Study of the coloration factors of tinted lenses)

  • 본 연구에서는 착색 염료를 이용하여 염료의 혼색 비율과 착색 시간을 다양하게 하여 프라스틱렌즈를 착색하고 이 착색렌즈의 UV-Vis-IR 영역의 분광투과율과 색상의 변화를 측정하였다. 이 자료를 바탕으로 착색시간의 로그함수에 직선적 관계를 갖는 착색시간에 따른 파장별 분광투과율의 변화로부터 얻은 직선의 기울기를 스팩트럼합성에 이용하였으며 실험식을 만들어 실측치와의 일치여부를 검증한 결과 실험을 행하지 않고서도 transmittance와 color에 대한 ANSI Z80.3규정에의 부합여부를 용이하게 계측할 수 있었다.
