비닐하우스용 작업복의 자외선 차단 성능과 착용감 연구 (UV ray protective function and wear sensation of garment for plastichouse worker)

  • This study was designed to obtain the basic data developing the UV ray protective garments for the plastichouse workers. Two subjects were volunteered for 1hr. wear test in plastic house, and the ensembles was composed of one of three kinds blouse (UV blocking blouse, polyester/cotton 47/53 blouse, and polyester blouse), shorts, sleeveless undershirts, pants and socks. The measurements were rectal temperature, skin temperature, microclimate inside clothing, subjective sensation, and the colour difference of UV sensor. The results were as follows: 1. Microclimate especially, temperature inside clothing of polyester blouse was the highest among the garments. And UV-proof polyester blouse showed the lower mean skin temperature and microclimate than others. Showing the highest sweat volume. 2. No significant difference on UV ray blocking function among 3 kinds of garment was shown. 3. We could conform that in spring for the plastic house wぉw s garment low thermal insulating value and wide covering area were more important factors than UV blocking function of fabric.

CO2 센서와 체온 센서를 이용한 코로나19 방역 버스 쉘터 (Corona19 Quarantine Bus Shelter with CO2 and Body Temperature Sensor)

  • 노후화된 버스 정류장에서 코로나19 방역이 이행되지 않는 경우가 많다. 이러한 문제점들을 개선하기 위해 본 연구를 진행했다. 쉘터 내부와 외부를 UV 광촉매 코팅하여 멸균을 시켜 위생적이고 청결한 쉘터를 유지할 수 있으며, CO2 센서와 팬을 이용하여 쉘터 내의 이산화탄소를 감소시켜 쾌적한 공기를 유지함으로써 승객들은 원활하게 호흡 할 수 있게 된다. 또한 체온 센서를 사용하여 체온을 측정해 코로나19 감염 의심 환자를 1차로 격리시켜 쉘터 내 코로나19 바이러스 확산을 20%이상 방지할 수 있다고 예상된다. 체온 측정 거리가 10cm 이내 일 때 체온 측정의 정확성은 98.9%로 확인할 수 있었다. 쉘터 내부의 무선 통신을 이용한 승차 벨을 사용하여 버스 기사님과 접촉하지 않으면서 안전하고 명확한 승차의사를 전달 할 수 있다.

  • A flame detector responds either to radiant energy visible to the human eye or outside the range of human vision. Such a detector is sensitive to glowing embers, coals, or flames which radiate energy of sufficient intensity and spectral quality to actuate the alarm. An infra-red detectors can respond to the total IR component of the flame alone or in combination with flame flicker in the frequency range of 5 to 30 Hz. A major problem in the use of infrared detectors receiving total IR radiation is the possible interference of solar radiation in the infrared region. When detectors are located in places shielded from the sun, such as vaults. filtering or shielding the unit from the sun's rays is unnecessary. In this study, we proposed method for redue a false alarm with using filtering & sensor technology for distinguish of causes of raise a false alarm and pure flame.

Real-time Spectroscopic Methods for Analysis of Organic Compounds in Water

  • This paper proposes an optical system where the organic compound content in water is determined by using an ultraviolet (UV) LED (280 nm) and photodetector. The results obtained by the proposed prototype LED spectroscopy system, which includes a single photodetector and two parallel sample holders, are calculated by applying partial least square regression; the values are highly correlated with the actual concentrations of potassium hydrogen phthalate solutions, with an adjusted coefficient of determination about 0.996. Moreover, the total organic carbon values derived from the UV-Vis spectrometer of real samples (lake, river and sea water) differed little from those obtained by the LED spectroscopy. We confirm that the fast, sensitive, and compact LED sensor system can be readily configured for real-time monitoring of organic compounds in water.

  • Solar ultraviolet-A (UV-A) irradiances indicent on a horizontal surface at Taegu of Korea during 1995-1998 were calculated with 5 min averages of measurements taken every 30 seconds by a broadband UV- A sensor. The maximum and minimum of monthly averages of daily UV-A dose were 499.37 KJ m-2 day-1 inJuly and 171.09 KJ m--2 day-1 in December for 4 years of the observation period. The maxima of daily UV-A dose and instandaneous UV-A were observed as 846.46KJ m-2 day-1 June 7, 1998 and 37.22 W m-2 at 12 : 15, July 16, 1998, respectively. Increasing trends in annual maxima of daily UV-A dose and instantaneous UV-A were averaged to 6.4% and 6.7% , respectively, per year during 1995-1998 at Taegu, Korea.

  • 본 논문에서는 화재 감지 센서(UV TRON R2868)와 센서 구동 회로를 이용하여 일반 교류 전원을 스위칭할 수 있는 장치를 제안하고 이를 구현하였다. 구성된 전원 구동 회로의 해석을 위해서 OrCAD 프로그램을 사용하였고, 이를 실제 구동 회로 세트에 부가하여 구성한 후 실험하였다. 실험 결과 주어진 환경에서 불꽃이나 화염만을 감지하여 경보해 주는 특성을 비교적 안정적으로 수행하였으며, 그 결과는 불꽃이나 화염을 감지 후 경보를 필요로 하는 실제적인 활용 분야에 적용할 경우 회로설계의 자료에 참조 할 수 있으리라 사료된다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 화재 감지 센서와 구동 회로를 이용한 전원 개폐 장치의 동작이 실제로 활용 가능함을 검증할 수 있었다.

UV/Ozone 복합 살균기의 살균력 개선 연구 (Improvement of a UV/Ozone Duplex Sterilizer)

  • We investigated sterilization characteristics of UV lights by counting the number of bacteria units with varying sterilization time and distance from the light source. We focused on an idea that UV light of 184.9 nm could generate ozone and developed a new sterilizer. The UV-ozone duplex system sterilized bacteria faster than UV-only sterilizers. To reduce shadowing effects by target objects, we used UV transparent quartz plate as a support and put a reflecting plate. Distribution of UV irradiation intensity and ozone supply were analyzed by a 3D model and measured by a semiconductor UV sensor. But even with an Al reflector, multi-layered pens could not be treated properly from UV irradiation only. Ozone generating lamp could treat more uniformly multi-layered pens with a stirring fan by supplying ozone to shadowed surfaces.
