  • Nowadays, Dynamic lighting control and management skills are studied and used. If the system which is to manage multiple intelligent spot applied ubiquitous service technology is built with decision making and used in the complex intelligent space like a apartment then will improve energy efficiency and provide comfortability in optimal conditions. To solve this problem distributed autonomous control middleware and energy management system which process data gathering by zigbee mesh network and search proper services to save energy by the existing state of things is necessary. In paper we designed DDLEMS (Distributed Dynamic Lighting Energy Management System) that is to service duplex communication embedded by software based home server platform to provide mobile services in the smart place and support decision making about energy saving to the best use of wireless censor node and controled network, energy display devices.

  • Biometric data may appear different depending on the person and sasang Medicine has a close relationship with the Department. Biometric data not only mean a human heart rate, a blood pressure, a heart rate, and the past medical history, degree of aging, body mass index, but also is used as a reference measure for determining the state of health of the person. So biometric data should be reproduced for the application purposes, depending on their applications. In previous studies, because the biometric data is changed in real time and applies only to snap shut at the time of the continuity of the current time is excluded. Therefore, in this study in order to solve this problem, we propose a biometric data patton analysis model comprising a continuity of time in the big data environment consisting of biometric data. The proposed model can help determine the choice of needle position carefully when using the electronic acupuncture for care and health promotion.

  • The RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and the WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) have technical similarities and mutual effects, they have been recognized to be studied separately, and sufficient studies have not been conducted on the technical integration of the RFID and the WSN. Therefore, EPC global which realized the issue proposed the EPC(Electronic Produce Code) Sensor Network to efficiently integrate and interoperate the RFID and WSN technologies based on the international standard EPC global network. The proposed EPC Sensor Network technology uses the Complex Event Processing method in the middleware to integrate data occurring through the RFID and the WSN in a single environment and to interoperate the events based on the EPC global network. However, as the EPC Sensor Network technology continuously performs its operation even in the case that the minimum conditions are not to be met to find complex events in the middleware, its operation cost rises. Therefore, to address the problems of the existing system, we defined the minimum conditions of the complex events to detect unnecessary complex events in the middleware, and proposed an algorithm that can extract complex events only when the minimum conditions are to be met. To examine the minimum conditions, a index and a query index are used to extract complex events. To evaluate the performance of the proposed methods, In the case of the method of extracting complex events based on a bitmap index, we used the existing extraction method and NS2 simulation to evaluate its performance and thus to show its good performance in terms of the number of operation and the processing time for the complex events.

  • In construction structure management, the effects of investigation by the professional manager is dependent on the cost, the inspection periods and methods. Therefore, effective and automated maintenance system for the target structure is required. Although some bridge monitoring systems are operating using wire based networks, the performance is not good enough to show sufficient ability as integrated bridge management system. In this paper, we design and implement an integrated bridge management system based on sensor networks. Two expert modules for bridge management and the integrated system management are provided. Moreover, web-based monitoring system is also designed for users at anywhere. The results show that the system is effective and readily available.

  • Recently, the society confronts unpredictable disasters and the aspects varies in diverse ways. As a pessimistic perception on the social safety starts emerging, the UT utilized actional system for disaster is viewed as a solution. Therefore, in this paper, I provided UT applied forecast prototype which is a portion of u-Gov's application services. Also, as one of UT applied policy subject, I distinguished and analyzed the differences between e-Gov and u-Gov and, finally, suggested u-Gov's reform in order to surpass e-Gov's limitation and amelioration for possible problems during prototype materialization.

  • To build ubiquitous agriculture environment successfully, development of core technology for agriculture, such as sensor node H/W, sensor node middleware platform, routing protocol and agricultural environment application service is essential. With the application of u-IT technologies to traditional agriculture area, fusion complex technologies become a source to raise value-added agriculture product and its productivity. However, it is imperative to expand horticulture industry area and improve infrastructure for utility-based horticulture. This paper proposes an agriculture product growth environment management system that utilizes environmental factor monitoring sensors and biological information sensors in greenhouse to specifically manage botany growth environment management.

  • The current sensor network analyzes the data collected by the sensing of fixed sensor nodes and provides a service. However, this method cannot actively handle the state and the change in the position of people, 'the target for sensing and the change in the environment', including home automation, building automation and real-time road & weather information, and healthcare environment, etc. To support a dynamic situation which is appropriate for an individual in this diverse environment, it is necessary to provide actively differentiated specific information according to the movement of people and the changes in the environment. In this study, a individualized sensor mobile agent middleware which provides the individualized information (the location of fire incidence and the trace for the path of spread), has been realized through the sensor network environment constructed by the installation of wireless sensor nodes mounted with mobile agent middlewares in buildings.
