Automatic tool changer(ATC) is typically provided to a machine tool to improve the efficiency of the machine tool significantly by saving time in moving, switching, installing and storing tools as well as adjusting a calibrating the machine tool. In this study, technical trend of machine tools automatic tool changer are analyzed by patent mapping. And future development direction of automatic tool changer has suggested. The analysis is carried out by using problem solution map for the applied patent during 2000 and 2010 in USA, Japan, Europe and Korea.

Today, demands on the housing that is fit f3r each and every person and restoration of the community are increasing rapidly. USA Europe and Japan have been constructing Co-operative Housing as an alternative residence. Amid the booming research on new and renewable energy, the photovoltaic(PV) industry has been growing around the PV advanced countries such as Japan, Germany, Europe and USA. In recent years, China became a strong performer in the world PV market share, increasing solar cell production rapidly. Both world solar cell and module production and installation rose steadily in 2007 like recent bumper years. In 2007, the PV industry produced 4.28GW and the installations reached a record high of 2.83GW, representing growth of 60percent over the previous year.

Commercial remote-sensing is one of the applied fields of space activities which, like telecommunications but to a lesser extent, is in the process of recording a reapid rate of development. Fields of utilization for spatial imagery are numerous: ocean monitoring, crops monitoring, glaciology, meteorlogy, forestry, environmental watch, geology, etc. All those fields of interest could be gathered under the generic name of "earth-watching activities" which is somewhat larger than "remote-sensing." This article aims at presenting to Korean readers the main lines of development of five major players in the field, namely : the USA, France, Japan, Europe and Canada. This is not to exclude the role played by other active players such as the former USSR and other smaller though industrious space powers.

International conferences to block the spread of Avian bird flu occurred in Beijing, 2006 and others warned of the seriousness of the H5N1 strain. The meetings succeeded in generating billions of dollars from USA, EU and World Bank. Migratory birds seem to play a major role in the spread of the aggressive strain globally from Asia to Europe and Africa. Experiences of tolerance breeding of maize (Zea mays L.) for four decades against 20 biotic stresses suggest that the prime cause of the occurrence of H5N1 strain was due to the human beings' counter-efforts against nature. Excessive use of chemicals (spray and injection) in the commercial poultry farms had created high selection pressure on virus. The new strain had mutated for survival. Attempting to eliminate the virus by chemicals for 100% control is a dangerous way to control biotic stresses. This can create more aggressive strains. A solution would be to build up tolerability of the commercial animals against the virus. Improvement of poultry cage environments and respect for nature must be integrated. Potential foes must be watched.

In recent years, the Photovoltaic(PV) industries have been increasing steadily by an average of 30$\%$ per you. However, it is necessary to reduce PV module cost and to improve conversion efficiency to be promoted distribution of PV Japan, USA and Europe have been researching cost and efficiency of that. In this paper, we try to review diffusion perspective of PV in these countries. From the results of this paper, we will intend to suggest a suitable future course for domestic PV distribution.

The researches about the stratospheric communication system are on process in USA, Japan, Europe and etc. The Airship is expected to be fixed at its position in stratosphere but perhaps its position is changed slightly because of wind in stratosphere. If earth station antenna has high gain without tracking function, even though the airship location has a little variation, degradation of antenna gain is occurred because of narrow beamwidth. In this paper, EIRP and G/T variation of the ground system due to the position variation of airship are examined.

Almost all of the nations run a game screening system which is characteristic depending on their communication policy. This article attempted comparative analysis about major nation's game screening systems by comparing three main aspects of their communication policy which are freedom of expression, complete opening of the contents to the public, and the balance between protection of adolescent and promotion of industry. It is shown that the screening system of USA, Europe and Japan stick well by the basic principles of communication policy, on the other hand Korea, South Africa Republic and Australia have some points that need improvement.

S/W product line is a S/W product or a set of S/W system, which has common functions. We can develop a specific S/W product, which satisfiesrequirements of a particular market segment and a mission in a specific domain by reusing the core asset such as the developed S/W architecture through the S/W product line. S/W development methodology based on the S/W product line can develop a S/W more easily and fast by reusing the developed S/W core asset. An advanced country of S/W technology selects S/W product line as a core field of S/W production technology, and support technology development. In case of USA, CMU/SEI (Carnegie Mellon University / Software Engineering Institute) developed product-line framework 4.0 together with the industry and the Ministry of National Defense. Europe is supporting the development of product line technology through ITEA(IT for European Advancement) program. In this paper, we aim to construct reference architecture of S/W product line for production of the S/W product line.
