인천국제공항 지역에 대해 건설이후의 공항의 특성상 안개발생과 관련하여 대기환경의 변화 및 특성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 새벽시간대와 일사가 강하게 주어지는 오후시간대를 살펴보았을때 일교차가 6$^{\circ}C$를 나타내었다.

After the UN General Assembly on 2006, Interest on the marine litter has rapidly increased internationally. The UN sub-organizations, UNEP/Regional Seas, FAO(Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) and OC(Ocean Conservancy) as a one of world NGO had been tackled to collect information and prepared world reports related on marine litter, recently, those are published. Through the 10years experience of Korea's policy on marine litter since 1999, it is re-evaluated as a roll model internationally. In this paper, brief introduction of structure and function of Korea's authorities which are responsible for or are involved in the marine litter issue as well as the National Marine Litter Management Basic Plan which is established in 2008, has been provided. This paper also included the structure and roll of the marine litter initiative center in the plan. Change of the paradigm of action plan on marine litter in Korea already had been started.

Local freight forwarder's circle is suffering worsening profitability and insecure employment from over-competition which caused by a saturated local logistics market. It is emerging UN procurement market for local freight forwarders. However it is needed to study on successful entry, market status and supporting measures from government and research institute. Currently there are no national research data of UN procurement market in logistics sectors but as per the writer's experience and viewpoint to UN bidding, it would seem that appropriate measures should be made such as government's enhanced support for overseas advancement, price competitiveness, building global network and development of education program for trainees associated with current overseas internship program by government.

Supply deficit of lead commodities and environmental pollution can be simultaneously resolved through the recovery and recycling of waste lead. The recent recovery of lead through recycling of the lead battery waste is a positive development. To maximize the effect of lead recovery and recycling in the future, the updated status of the lead material flow should be recognized. However, such an analysis at the preliminary stages may be cumbersome owing to the complexity and diversity of emission sources and material streams. At this stage, a preliminary screening by domestic lead flow using public information should be feasible. Therefore, in this study, using the data from the UN Comtrade and domestic PRTR (Pollutant Release and Transfer Register) databases, the amounts of lead import, emission, and transfer were identified and cross-checked with the domestic lead flow described in the National Material Flow Analysis database. The lead flow for major categories such as waste lead-acid batteries showed a rough consistency between the databases.
