Partial Discharge is radiated in the form of electromagnetic wave from variable sources. It can be taken by UHF antenna and the signal pulse from that has a nonstationary time-series which can be evaluated with several methods. One of them is STFT(short time fourier transform) processed in frequency region. Statistical results using STFT show the possibility being able to discriminate between several PD sources.

본 논문에서는 디지털 오실로스코프와 이더넷(TCPIP)을 기반으로 한 극초단파 부분방전 신호취득 체계를 개발하였다. 원격으로 오실로스코프를 제어하고 측정한 부분방전 신호를 취득, 전송, 저장, 분석 할수 있는 체계를 개발하였다. 기간 구성품으로 최근 발전된 윈도우즈 기반 디지털 오실로스코프와 Labview를 사용하여 가스절연개폐장치(GIS) 내부에서 발생하는 극초단파 부분방전 신호를 측정하고 저장하여 실시간으로 위상분해 분석방법을 적용하여 측정된 신호를 표시하였다.

In this paper, we developed HPF (high pass filter) consisted of lumped LC components to decrease the noises that are detected in PD (partial discharge) measuring test, and adapted it to field test. We tested under laboratory circumstances like the fields, and measured the phase change properties of detected signal in UHF sensor with Lemke probe and oscilloscope (TDS-3054, Tektronix).
