부산은 해안과 접해 있는 지형적 특성과 인구집중에 따른 과밀, 고층건축물의 신축, 높은 건축밀도에 따라 자연재난(태풍, 해일, 홍수, 폭풍 지진 등) 인적재난(화재, 붕괴, 폭발 교통사고 등)의 발생규모 및 피해 정도가 날로 증가하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 부산시에는 2007년 부산 Ubiquitous-Safety Busan 모델 전략 및 설계를 통해 2020년을 목표로 Ubiquitous-Safety 실현하여 시민들의 재산과 생명을 보호할 수 있는 안전 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기본계획을 수립하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산지역의 Ubiquitous-Safety 실현을 통해 지역 경제에 미치는 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하였다. Ubiquitous-Safety 실현에 따른 부산지역의 생산유발파급효과는 약 2,500억의 직 간접효과가 발생할 것으로 예측되었다. 또한 부가가치유발효과 는 약 1,155억원의 직 간접효과가 발생한 것으로 예측되었고, 고용유발효과는 약 5,580명의 직럭 Ａc 고용 파급효과가 창출될 것으로 예측되었으며 소득유발효과는 약 518억의 직 간접적인 부가가치 파급효과가 발생한 것으로 예측되었다. 부산 Ubiquitous-Safety 실현에 따른 지역경제 파급 분석에 관한 연구이다.

In 21 century, the ubiquitous environment is advanced fast through the so-called digital convergence. This research experts what is the next generation of traditional fashion product purchase behaviors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the fashion product purchase decision making in the development stages of ubiquitous environment. The quantitative Investigation was executed for 487 collegians and the data were analyzed with Frequency, percentage, ANOVA, Duncan test and multiple regression by using SPSS win version 10 package. The results of this research were as followed: First, in the 1st stages of ubiquitous developmental environment, using internet pc or mobile phone was analyze the difference between fashion shopping orientation group and purchase restricted factor Second, as a result of the factor analysis of the ubiquitous 2nd stages, four lower dimensions were made: giving information; wearable effect, buying facility; interest from purchase. as a result of ANOVA, there were any differences between fashion shopping orientation group and ubiquitous 2nd stages. Third, in the 3rd stages of ubiquitous developmental environment, there are differences between fashion shopping orientation group and ubiquitous 3rd stages. And the result from regression analysis of the ubiquitous 2nd stages and 3rd stages showed that buying facility factor in increasing need recognition, wearable effect factor in fashion information acquisition, giving information factor in have a intention to buy in ubiquitous #3 rendition are most influential.

농업혁명, 산업혁명, 정보혁명과 맞먹는 제4의 혁명이 바로 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 혁명이다. 과거의 농업혁명이나 산업혁명은 인류문명의 기반인 물리 공간의 혁명이었고, 월드와이드웹 서비스가 확대되면서 절정기를 맞은 정보화 혁명은 사이버 공간(Cyber Space)의 혁명이었다. 이에 반해 유비쿼터스 혁명은 물리 공간과 사이버 공간의 지능적 결합을 통한 온라인과 오프라인 공간이 통합된 공간에서 이뤄진다. 사이버 공간은 자연스럽게 생활공간과 결합되어 새로운 통합 공간을 창출한다. 그 공간은 아직까지 인류가 경험하지 못한 미지의 세계이자 무한한 기회 공간이다. 본 연구는 현재 진행 중인 유비쿼터스 기술의 개념과 현황 살펴본다. 또한 유비궈터스를 미용분야에 적용할 때의 문제점을 도출해보고 각 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 모든 기기간의 무선통신이 가능한 세상에서는 개인의 프라이버시에 대한 침해가 많이 발생할 소지가 많다. 이에 대한 정책적 기술적 해결방안을 제시함으로 향후 미용분야에 도래할 유비쿼터스 세상에 대한 철저한 준비에 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

Nowadays great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. And Also, our living environment are changes very rapidly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and trends of future housing reference to ubiquitous housing cases in U.S.A, Japan and Korea. From these cases, reorganized ubiquitous-apartment elements are suitable to our housing environment. To search them, it is investigated to 4 ubiquitous housing examples, such as Aware Home, Toyota's PAPI, samsung raemian's housing gallery and GS E&C's apartment. In this study, we could get types and characteristics and planning elements of ubiquitous housings. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. In conclusion, it was considered as the one of the most suitable future housing type that had a special feature of the demands of residence and life with free accessibility of information and data. Especially, it is necessary to prepare for coming aging society.

In the ubiquitous computing environment, a ubiquitous vehicle will be a communication node in the vehicular network as well as the means of ground transportation. It will make humans and vehicles seamlessly and remotely connected. Especially, one of the prominent services in the ubiquitous vehicle is the vehicle remote operation. However, mutual-collaboration with the in-vehicle communication network, the vehicle-to-vehicle communication network and the vehicle-to-roadside communication network is required to provide vehicle remote operation services. In this paper, an Internet-based human-vehicle interfaces and a network architecture is presented to provide remote vehicle control and diagnosis services. The performance of the proposed system is evaluated through a design and implementation in terms of the round trip time taken to get a vehicle remote operation service.

Nowadays, ubiquitous computing services begin to be suggested from a few domains such as supply chain, logistics, and location-based services. However, to what extent the services will be successful is hard to be estimated, mainly because a sophisticated service evaluation method focusing on the ubiquitous computing perspective has not been supplied. Hence, this paper alms to build a model to assess the quality of ubiquitous computing service. To do so, an amended model, Ubi-SERVQUAL, is applied to assess the service quality mentioned in ubiquitous computing scenarios. According to the Ubi-SERVQUAL, we found that an actual service with higher quality should consider reliability. responsiveness, assurance and empathy in order to increase customer satisfaction, computer system's intimacy with users and trust.

The spontaneous interoperation is an important characteristic of ubiquitous applications and is closely related with mobility. The mobile components in ubiquitous environments are liable to appear in and disappear from one physical space to another. Because this characteristic certainly influences the structure and behavior of applications, they should adapt themselves to the changed environments by configuring their structure and behaviors. Consequently, developers are faced with the above challenging issue when they design and implement ubiquitous applications. The role concept is an efficient tool to model participant entities, their relationship, and collaboration, so role-based model are appropriate to describe a structure and behavior of software system. But, little attention has been given to reflect characteristics of ubiquitous applications. To tackle the problem, this study considers a ubiquitous application as a software organization which consists of software components and proposes an enhanced role-based application model for supporting spontaneous interoperation.

The concept of ubiquitous is being applied on diverse industry fields as a new growth engine in Korea. With constructing u-City, new services which are called 'ubiquitous services' are developed actively. Even though there are active movement to develop u-service, there is no clear definition of what service can be defined as ubiquitous service. Given that this study proposes a u-service value classification framework focusing on services' characteristics. We conducted experts' group interviews to analyze new operating or developing services whether it can be ubiquitous. Study results show that some services are hard to be defined as u-service, so this study offers possible improvement alternative. The u-service value classification which offers clear definition of u-service can be used for the practitioners offering measurement framework of u-service level.

Mark Weiser introduced ubiquitous computing in his article titled 'The computer for 21st Century' in 1991. This has been new paradigm after internet. Now, the rapid development of mobile computer, wireless network, and intelligent system has supported ubiquitous computing environment. In the related area of information science, the researchers have studied on ubiquitous computing. But in the field of Korea statistics, this research has not been worked yet. So, we proposed the connection between statistics and ubiquitous computing in this paper. As an example, we showed an efficient cache hoarding for ubiquitous computing using statistical methods. In experimental results, we verified our proposed issue.
