In this paper we investigate a relation between the multiplicity of solutions and source terms in a nonlinear suspension bridge equation in the interval $(-\frac{2}{\pi}, \frac{2}{\pi})$, under Dirichlet boundary condition $$ (0.1) u_{tt} + u_{xxxx} + bu^+ = f(x) in (-\frac{2}{\pi}, \frac{2}{\pi}) \times R, $$ $$ (0.2) u(\pm\frac{2}{\pi}, t) = u_{xx}(\pm\frac{2}{\pi}, t) = 0, $$ $$ (0.3) u is \pi - periodic in t and even in x and t, $$ where the nonlinearity - $(bu^+)$ crosses an eigenvalue $\lambda_{10}$. This equation represents a bending beam supported by cables under a load f. The constant b represents the restoring force if the cables stretch. The nonlinearity $u^+$ models the fact that cables expansion but do not resist compression.

우리나라는 1960년대 이후 급격한 산업화로 인해 도시의 구조가 변화하기 시작하였으며 2004년 이후부터 대두된 유비쿼터스 도시(U-City)는 사회 각 분야에서 논의가 본격화되고 있다. U-City는 언제 어디서나 도시의 경쟁력과 삶의 질을 향상하기 위해 유비쿼터스기술을 도입한 도시 내 서비스가 제공되는 것이며 현재 우리나라의 U-City는 체계적인 서비스 도출 방법이 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 4개의 특징적인 가로를 대상으로 U-서비스를 비교 분석하여 향후 체계적인 서비스 도출 방안과 지속적인 서비스 운영 방안, 이용자 중심의 서비스 도출 방안에 대해 기본방향을 제시하고자 한다.

U-Eco City is promoted nation-wide by development of recent IT technology, method of effective countermeasure disasters, which real-time wire/wireless communication network, and 3D-Web GIS shall be connected that massive database, intelligent service be perceived. U&V-City is the four-dimensional future city that actualizes an intelligent daily ubiquitous computing service by embodying 3D-Virtual City, the reproduction of real world U-City while using Digital map, satellite image, VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language), which are presentation tool to describe city components and by efficiently catch and cope about nature and human disasters while employing EAI(External Authoring Interface) that provides HTML&JAVA, and interface for efficient removal/process of massive information/service and also by employing GPS/LBS/Navigation in support of the world-wide orientation concept, and RTLS(Real Time Location System).

U.S. lawmakers tend to organize sub-party groups focusing on regions, ideologies, policies, and foreign affairs. Examples include the conservative Freedom Caucus loyal to Trump and the Congressional Black Caucus promoting the interests of African Americans. Then how do these legislative groups affect the making of U.S. foreign policy? Paying special attention to the Korea caucus in U.S. Congress, we have analyzed the sources and processes of congressional caucus and foreign policy and have learned that structures and activities of the caucuses differ from one another. The Korea caucus seems to be a bipartisan group that focuses on issues such as trade, travel, and troubles provoked by Pyongyang. However, the Korea caucus is not really a solid voting bloc for policy alternatives; it is instead more of a constituency-oriented legislative group that prioritizes local interests. This research underscores the need for systematic and comprehensive study of U.S. legislative politics and foreign policy.

u-헬스케어 서비스는 언제, 어디서, 어떠한 상황에서도 사용자에게 적절한 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 그러한 u-헬스케어 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 센서로부터 수집되는 데이터들에서 사용자의 상황에 적절한 정보인지, 그리고 데이터들의 유효성과 중복성을 검사해야 한다. 또한 이렇게 수집된 정보들을 u-헬스케어 서비스를 제공하는 시스템에서 적절하고 효과적인 관리 및 분석이 되어야만 사용자에게 적절한 헬스케어 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자에게 적절한 의료서비스를 제공하는 u-헬스케어 시스템을 위하여 각종 상황정보를 검사하여 데이터를 추출하고, 이러한 데이터를 정형화하기 위한 모델링 기법을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 Dilated U-Net 기반의 이미지 복원기법을 통해 콘크리트 균열 추출 성능 개선 방안을 제안한다. 콘크리트 균열은 구조물의 미관상의 문제뿐 아니라 추후 큰 안전사고의 원인이 될 수 있어 초기대응이 중요하다. 현재는 점검자가 직접 육안으로 검사하는 외관 검사법이 주로 사용되고 있지만, 이는 정확성 및 비용, 시간, 그리고 안전성 면에서 한계를 갖고 있다. 이에 콘크리트 구조물 표면에 대해 획득한 영상 처리 기법을 사용한 검사 방식 도입의 관심이 늘어나고 있다. 또한, 딥러닝 기술의 발달로 딥러닝을 적용한 영상처리의 연구 역시 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 콘크리트 균열 추개선출 성능 개선을 위해 Dilated U-Net 기반의 이미지 복원기법을 적용하는 방안을 제안하였고 성능 검증 결과, 기존 U-Net 기반의 정확도가 98.78%, 조화평균 82.67%였던 것에 비해 정확도 99.199%, 조화평균 88.722%로 성능이 되었음을 확인하였다.
