  • Recently the disease by eating of the modern prevention, management, and trends in the u-healthcare service that provides healthcare services including health promotion is changing rapidly. However, u-healthcare service is a healthcare information that provides users of the disease can not be analyzed even if the service is stored or not stored in the management server status is giving the inconvenience caused to users of the health services. In this paper, we propose a management method of health care services and a big data formation information that provides users of the disease to facilitate the users of health care services through the use magazine big data information regardless of time and place. The proposed method has the user's bio-information and the measured health information and transmits data through a wired or wireless communication to the medical institution and the user's health information data formation by the big user of the analysis of the health information and the disease of the user feedback to the user.

  • With mobile computing, wireless sensor network and sensor technologies, ubiquitous computing services are being realized and could satisfy the feasibility of ubiquitous healthcare to everyone. This u-Healthcare service can improve life quality of human since medical service can be provided to anyone, anytime, and anywhere. To confirm the vision of u-Healthcare service, we've implemented a healthcare system for heart disease patient which is composed of two components. Front-end collects various signals such as temperature, blood pressure, SpO2, and electrocardiogram, etc. As a backend, medical information server accumulates sensing data and performs back-end processing. To simply transfer these sensing values to a medical team may be too trivial. So, we've designed a model based on context awareness for more improved medical service which is based on artificial neural network. Through rigid experiments, we could confirm that the proposed system can provide improved medical service.

  • Ubiquitous healthcare is a recent technology and a new methodology of medical diagnosis and medical care. However, in order for u-Healthcare service to become a general technology, there are some technological barriers(mobility, minimization, battery consumption etc) to overcome. In this paper, we developed a spectrum analysis system for smart phones. The results showed that compared to other solutions, our's were not only small in size but also almost the same in performance(reproducibility comparison experiments, Spectrum, Calibration Curve and Prediction). Therefore, the proposed solution is expected to be widely used in u-Health area.

  • The existing patient monitoring system when the patient want own information. The patient confirm information through the medical institution. But the patient monitoring system based on the U-Healthcare, the patient always confirms own information through the mobile device including rfid reader. The patient need RFID middleware design to provide wanting service when the RFID reader read patient's tag information. The RFID middleware is consisted of RFID module, ARM processor and RS-232 interface. The RFID module is used to be inputted user information and RS-232 interface pass information by RFID middleware. Also, This system is embodied by specific patient monitoring system using embedded exclusive use ARM processor. In this paper introduces concept and action principle of RFID middleware and embodied patient monitoring system that use Qt.

  • This study surveyed the variables associated with tailored user interfaces (UIs) to identify and apply to. healthcare web services. A total of 308 elderly people of age 50 and above), living in Incheon, South Korea, were surveyed through one-on-one interviews. The survey results of these 300 subjects were analyzed and used to demonstrate that younger subjects higher EQ-5D and TAM indices. The technology acceptance model showed the greatest effect on the perceived need for web services.

  • Healthcare is one of the most concerned fields in convergence environments. The technologies related with information communication regions are progressing continuously. These technologies in today are converged with different industries in rapidly. Therefore, in this paper, we described current trends and future of healthcare services which was converged IT technology with medical industry.

  • Healthcare systems around the world are struggling to cope with the pressures of rising costs, aging populations, and decisions about how to allocate and pay for seemingly limitless advances in high-technology medical procedures. Today healthcare environments are also changing greatly in Korea. The United States healthcare is being reinvented by reducing the costs and bringing service close to the consumer, and multi-strategies are being used to strive in the market driven shift. This study is aiming to get the lesson and direction of the future healthcare facilities in Korea by analysing the past and current trends of healthcare facilities in U.S..

  • Objectives : Recently, concern about the ubiquitous healthcare industry has increased worldwide. This study estimated the economic effects of the ubiquitous healthcare industry by Input-Output Analysis. Methods : In this study, $384^*384$ sector statistics of the Bank of Korea were used as the initial analysis tool, after adjustments, $9^*9$ sector statistics were used as the major research method for that industry. The main analysis tools of this study included a comparison of the backward and forward linkage effects, as well as the induced effects of the self-industry and other industries and the induced coefficients including products, value-added, employee's pay, sales surplus, and employment. Results : Based on the results of the analysis, the ubiquitous healthcare industry has great economic impacts which affects major macroeconomic factors including production and the backward linkage effect. Additionally, the induced effects of the self-industry, the ubiquitous healthcare industry, are significant compared to other industries in terms of production, employee's pay and operating surplus. Conclusions : The ubiquitous healthcare industry is a growth engines for national development. This paper offers alternatives for efficient industrial policies.

  • U-healthcare system has an aim to provide reliable and fast medical services for patient regardless of time and space by transmitting to doctors a large quantity of vital signs collected from sensor networks. Existing u-healthcare systems can merely monitoring patients' health status. In this paper, we describe the implementation and validation of a prototype of a u-health monitoring system based on a wireless sensor network. This system is easy to derive physiologically meaningful results by analyzing rapidly vital signs. The monitoring system sends only the abnormal data of examinee to the service provider. This technique can reduces the wireless data packet overload between a monitoring part and service provider. The real-time bio-signal monitoring system makes possible to implement u-health services and improving efficiency of medical services.
