Recently, interesting of U-city with ubiquitous computing technologies has increased and u-city services can improve people's quality of life. Among the u-city services, traffice service is actively developed in our lives. In this paper, we propose the business model and business model process in u-car tracking service. To propose the research purpose, we examined the prior business model and investigated u-car tracking information. And also, we draw scenario and used it to identify business model. To efficiently understand proposed business model, we built business model process of u-car tracking service. The results of study, we proposed business model and business model process with stakeholder, benefiter and value model. This study concludes with implications of the study results as well as limitations and future research directions.

최근 도시기능의 효율성과 시민들의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 새로운 혁신 도시의 필요성이 대두되면서 U-City 건설이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 따라서 U-City 구현을 위한 인프라 및 요소기술들에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나 서비스, 공간 등에 대한 연구와 상호 호환 및 연동에 대한 기반 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 또한 도시민의 수요와 요구를 제대로 반영하지 못하는 서비스 제공과 개념적으로 동일하거나 유사한 서비스가 중복 개발되는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 U-서비스의 과다한 중복생산을 지양하고, U-City에 거주하는 도시민들이 체감할 수 있는 시민친화적 서비스를 도출을 위한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 도시민의 요구를 반영한 수요자 중심의 서비스 항목을 도출하였고, 서비스 제공의 우선순위를 제안하였다. 따라서 U-서비스 도입시의 파급효과를 극대화하고 결과의 타당성 한계를 극복하고자 한다.

The aim of this study is to develop a scale measuring satisfaction to ubiquitous services. Since the ubiquitous service is not vet implemented but under development, conventional scale construction methods are not directly applicable. In this study, the characteristics of items are studied by observing individual's responses after presenting a video clip describing virtual services. The constructs of ubiquitous service are defined based on those of information system and previous studies of ubiquitous services. Items were generated to reflect the constructs. In the first study, we found six factors (me-centeredness, attractiveness, usability, trust, accessibility, ownership) in the ubiquitous service scale by using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Some items were dropped out that did not show good psychometric properties. In the second study, relationships among the constructs and satisfaction of the service was investigated by using structural equation models. An SEM analysis showed that these six constructs can predict the satisfaction about ubiquitous system, Practical implications and utility of this scale are discussed.

본 고에서는 u-City를 구현할 때 가장 핵심적인 부가 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 대표적인 서비스의 종류를 소개하고 이 서비스들이 필요로 하는 공통적인 요구 사항을 정리한 후, 이 서비스 구현에 필요한 핵심 기술에 대해 소개하였다. 2007년 7월 현재 u-City Forum 기술 분과 위원회에서 표준화된 핵심 기술은 u-City 통합운영센터 기술과 근거리 무선 통신 기술로서 최적의 USN 아키텍처인 WiBEEM (Wireless Beacon-enabled Energy Efficient Mesh Network) 기술이다. 이 외에도 유비쿼터스 통합단말기 플랫폼 표준과 u-City를 위한 통합 코드체계 기술, 그리고 센서 데이터 포맷 표준화, u-City 시설물 관리 기술 표준화, USN 미들웨어 표준화, u-City 백본망과의 인터페이스 표준화, u-City 데이터 전송을 위한 정보 보호 표준화 등이 앞으로 추진해야 할 대상이다.

u-City는 첨단 정보통신 기술을 도시의 구축과 재건에 활용하여 도시 경쟁력 향상과 시민의 삶의 질적 향상을 추구하기 위해 구축되고 있다. 그러나 u-City가 추구하는 유비쿼토스 환경에서의 상황 대응적 서비스의 제공은 기술적으로 어렵고, 표준화나 연구사례가 미진하여 효율적인 개발을 기대하기가 어렵다. 본 연구는 u-City의 개념과 u-City에서 제공되는 서비스의 특성을 분석하여, u-City 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 상황을 수용할 수 있는 개념모델을 정립하기 위해 수행되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 u-City 서비스 개발과 관련한 개념의 성숙화와 아울러, 미래에 사용될 수많은 서비스를 개발하고 관리하는 데 있어 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, U-City to effectively manage information as a basis for studies of U-City Info characteristics were analyzed. U-City services are currently being discussed which is about 228. Short-term possibility of applying these services, the service's practicality and availability of services based on public services analyzed, 39 were selected. Next, the selected U-City to target services to analyze the flow of information and analysis based on the characteristics of U-City information was derived. U-City information derived from this study, the characteristics of real-time information, and service-specific mandatory and optional information, melting complex information, dynamic information, large amounts of data, user-customized information, and information security vulnerabilities, revealing personal information and privacy is. The results of this study, governments and municipalities to promote the construction of the U-City can be used effectively. To do so, considering the characteristics of U-City information, information management standards should be established.

In the proposed u-health service platform mobile u-health served an a series of process of bio data collection and storage and bio data analyses and results notice, and I interpreted it to a process. I became a design so as the service platform which supported health management system construction easily loaded service applied mobile u-health, and to be able to operate it in mobile environments, and took utility of a service platform and usability into consideration, and I got the crux of u-health use service.

최근 유가의 상승은 공간이동의 비용을 매우 크게하여 경제성장을 약화시키고 있다. 이러한 시기에 본 논문은 시간적/공간적 제약을 극복하고 효율적으로 작업할 수 있는 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 인터넷 및 IT인프라의 발전은 사람들이 시간과 공간의 제약없이 언제, 어디에서나 누구와도 작업할 수 있도록 가능하게 할 것이다. 정해진 시간이 아니라 자기가 일하고 싶은 시간에 가상의 일터에서 가상의 조직을 이용하여 전 세계 어디에 있는 누구와도 같이 일을 할 수 있는 공간이 만들어지는 것이다. 이렇게 일하는 방식을 u-Work이라하며 u-Work서비스가 가능하게 해 준다. 본 논문은 u-Work의 유형을 재택근무, 이동원격근무, u-Work센터근무로 분류하고, 공공기관 u-Work서비스 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 제안한 공공기관 u-Work서비스 모델의 구축방안을 시설인프라 측면, IT인프라 측면, 운용인프라 측면으로 나누어 기술한다. 구축된 u-Work서비스는 전 세계의 전문인력을 활용할 수도 있으며, 사회적 약자의 생산활동 참여 기회를 높이는 등 유연한 노동시장을 만들어 줄 것이다.

2008년 보건산업진흥원의 "u-Healthcare R&D 기본계획 수립" 연구보고서에서 u-헬스케어 기술개발을 "u-헬스케어 인프라", "u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술", "u-헬스케어 서비스 모델", "자유공모" 등 4개의 사업으로 구성하여 추진할 것을 제안했다. u-헬스케어 인프라는 다양한 형태의 u-헬스케어 기술 및 서비스 지원을 위한 인프라 기술 개발, 전문 인력 양성 및 법 제도 정비 등의 내용을 포함하고, u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술은 임상-바이오-생체정보를 활용하여 u-헬스케어 기반 질병예측 예방, 조기진단, 건강증진 기술개발 등을 포함하며, u-헬스케어 서비스 모델은 국민건강의 안전성과 효율성이 담보되고 산업활성화에 기여할 수 있는 u-헬스케어 서비스 모델 개발 등을 담고 있다. u-헬스케어 자유공모의 내용은 u-헬스케어의 기반이 되는 다양한 인프라, 기술, 서비스를 자유공모 형식으로 발굴함으로써 수용자 중심의 연구개발이 필요함을 제시하였다. u-Health 기술 내용중 세 번째로 u-헬스케어 TRM을 알아본다.

본 연구는 기존의 U-City사례지역을 중심으로 도시특성에 따른 U-서비스를 분석하고 있다. 분석결과 U-서비스는 크게 3가지 유형으로 나타나고 있다. 첫째, 도시특성과 무관하게 선호되는 서비스 유형이다. 교통, 행정, 문화 관광 스포츠, 보건 의료 복지 등은 도시 특성과 상관없이 선호되고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 둘째, 도시특성과 무관하게 선호되지 않는 서비스 유형이다. 대표적으로 물류와 근로 고용서비스는 도시특성과 상관없이 선호되지 않는 서비스로 분석되고 있다. 셋째, 도시특성에 따라 선호되는 유형과 그렇지 않는 유형이다. 교육과 환경 등은 도시특성에 따라 서비스 선호가 다르게 나타나고 있다. 이 연구에 대한 도시특성에 따른 서비스 항목의 분석결과 추후 U-City 도시건설과정에서 도시특성에 따라 적절한 U-City건설에 필요한 요소기술/서비스 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 본다.
