As the ubiquitous technology has been widespread, the u-service development in the private sector is increasing these days. Especially, consisting of various life spaces, a mixed-use complex started actively utilizing the ubiquitous technology in order to provide users with differentiated services. In this paper, a new development methodology of the u-service for a mixed-use complex is proposed. Because the ultimate purpose of the u-service in a mixed-use complex is to guarantee profitability, the u-service must accelerate commercial activities among various users in the complex. The u-service development methodology of a mixed-use complex proposed in this paper firstly defines various perspectives for the u-service and identifies specific u-service elements in cross points of the perspectives. Then with those u-service elements, the methodology generates a u-service pool. Finally, after evaluation process, target u-serviced to develop are selected. Having designed the u-service development methodology, we expect the methodology to contribute the successful implementation of u-service model for a mixed-use complex.

이 연구는 u-City의 성공적 조성을 위해 u-서비스 공급자 측면과 수요자 측면의 요구를 충족할 수 있는 u-서비스 우선순위 선정에 관한 체계적 연구의 필요성에서 시작되었다. u-서비스 우선순위 모형개발을 위해 선행 연구를 토대로 수요자와 공급자의 서비스 결정 요인을 탐색적으로 도출하고, 전문가와의 브레인스토밍을 통해 u-서비스 결정의 확정적 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 요인들을 계층분석(AHP)모형으로 설정하고, 1차 전문가 설문조사를 통해 요인별 가중치와 우선순위를 도출함으로써 공급자와 수요자를 고려한 u-서비스 우선순위 선정 모형을 제시하였다. 개발된 모형을 바탕으로 2차 전문가 설문조사를 통해 u-지역정보화에서 제시한 대구지역의 특화서비스를 평가하였다. 평가 결과 대구지역은 지역물류 지원서비스, 시각장애인 길안내 서비스, u-텔레매틱스 서비스가 상위권을 차지한 반면, u-지역정보화에서 제시한 안전방재지원서비스와 산업특화거리 등의 서비스는 중위권을 차지하고 있어 공급자 위주의 u-서비스 선정과는 차별성을 보였다. 개발된 u-서비스 우선순위선정 모형은 u-서비스 제공 및 사용의도에 기반한 모형으로 u-서비스 우선순위 선정을 체계적으로 지원할 수 있어 향후 성공적 u-City 조성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

유비쿼터스 건강관리를 가능하게 하는 U-health의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 다양한 U-health 서비스들이 개발, 제공 되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 서비스들이 제한적이고 독립적으로 구성되어 있어서 다른 서비스와의 연동을 통한 폭넓은 서비스의 제공이 어렵다. 이러한 서비스 연동을 위해서는 U-health 데이터 및 단위 서비스를 체계적으로 관리하고, 맞춤형 U-health 서비스 개발에 필요한 단위 서비스 검색 방법이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 온톨로지를 이용하여 U-health 데이터 및 서비스들을 체계적으로 명세하고 관리하기 위한 방법과, 온톨로지 정보를 이용하여 의미적으로 서비스를 검색할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 브로커링 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 이를 활용해 스트레스 관리 U-health 서비스를 구축한 사례를 설명한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications for vitalizing u-health services. We carried out survey of 500 consumers and indepth interview with various experts. Both experts and consumers believe that u-health services will become prevalent in the longrun, although there exist obstacles against vitalization of u-health services. To vitalize u-health service, the Korean government should raise reliability and recognition of u-health service for consumers. Furthermore, law and institution regarding u-health services should be improved to give enough incentives for u-health suppliers and consumers.

최근 휴대전화의 확산과, 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 휴대전화를 매개로 한 새로운 u-health서비스에 관한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 휴대폰을 매개로 한 u-health 서비스가 다양한 만큼 휴대전화 사업자들이 다양한 u-health 서비스를 효율적이고 체계적으로 개발하는 방법 또는 기술을 갖추는 것은 중요하다. 사실 서비스 관점에서는 전혀 다르게 보이는 u-health서비스들도 서비스 구조, 단위 서비스, 데이터 레벨등과 같은 관점에서 바라보면 많은 부분에서 공통점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 다양한 서비스들을 각각 독립적으로 개발해나가는 것 보다는 각각의 서비스들에 공통되는 특징들을 모아서 공유하고 재사용할 수 있게 지원하는 플랫폼을 준비하고 준비된 플랫폼 상에서 u-health 서비스를 개발하는 것이 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 u-health 서비스 개발을 위해 필요한 공통적인 핵심 기능들과 도구들을 제공하는 u-health 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다. 서비스 플랫폼의 주된 구성요소들은 u-health 온톨로지와 데이터 구조, 그리고 Business Process Management System (BPMS)에 기반 한 서비스 통합 프레임워크 등을 포함한다. 제안한 플랫폼은 u-health 서비스들을 개발하는 데 있어서 공통되는 특징들과 서비스들을 등록하고 재사용할 수 있도록 해준다. 제안된 플랫폼의 원형을 구현한 결과, 제안하는 플랫폼은 서비스의 유연성, 접근성, 진화성, 재사용성, 적응성, 상호운용성에 장점이 있으며 u-health서비스 개발을 위한 지침을 제공할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The U-library service is a user-oriented library service through which users, after browsing and making reservations using the Internet and smartphones, can borrow and return library materials at an unmanned circulation system located in places, such as subway stations, without visiting the library. However, the U-library service is still in the early stages both quantitatively and qualitatively. In that, this study, in order to enhance our understanding of the U-library service, conceptualizes the unmanned circulation system, investigates current situation by examining and analyzing some U-library service cases, and pinpoints some problems while making some suggestions for improvement.

u-방재City는 첨단 IT 인프라를 기반으로 유비쿼터스기술과 단위서비스를 활용하여 시민이 안전하고 편안하게 생활할 수 있도록 재난으로부터의 피해를 최소화한 도시이며, u-방재City 서비스란 도시의 지능화된 기반시설과 정보통신망을 활용하여 재난상황을 상시 모니터링하고, 이를 통해 재난의 사전 예방과 상황 발생 시 신속한 대응이 가능하도록 하는 서비스로 정의된다. 이러한 u-방재City 서비스는 지역간 서비스간 상호 운용성 확보가 매우 중요하며 국가재난관리의 큰 틀 내에서 추진되어야 하는데, 이를 위해서는 지역의 재난발생 특성과 서비스 수요 및 인프라 여건 등을 종합적으로 조사 분석하여 서비스 모델을 개발하여야 한다. 본연구는 u-방재City 서비스의 체계적인 개발과 효율적인 운영을 위해 지역의 재난발생 특성과 재난관리 업무현황, 서비스 제공을 위한 인프라 여건, 서비스 수요 및 요구사항 등을 조사 분석하고, 이를 토대로 u-방재City 서비스 개발 및 운영 방향을 제시함을 목적으로 한다.

The paper reviews the relationship between mobile services and u-City services in order to promote u-City service. In the u-Cities, a variety of services are provided based on u-IT technology, which brings the benefits of efficient city management and offers convenience to the city residents. However, most of the available services are designed for the areas of city operation or administrative management, which hinders the growth and propagation of the services. Hence, the paper suggests a concept of mobile life service that is a service that can be ubiquitously accessible by city residents in everyday life. Accordingly, the paper examines and analyzes the usefulness of such services and the intention to use them by conducting a survey among the residents of the metropolitan area. The paper verifies that the mobile life service will contribute to promoting the use of u-City services.

유비쿼터스도시(U-City)는 도시민의 삶의 질과 도시의 경쟁력을 높이는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. U-City에서 제공하는 도시서비스는 기존의 도시서비스와는 다르게 도시민의 만족도가 도시서비스를 제공하는데 가장 중요한 고려사항이 되고 있다. U-City 서비스에 대한 도시민의 만족도를 측정하고 이를 기반으로 U-City 서비스를 설계하기 위해서는 기존의 도시서비스 및 통신서비스에 관한 만족도의 측정에 대한 연구에 대한 선행조사와 측정된 도시민의 만족도를 기반으로 U-City서비스를 설계하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 도시서비스에 대한 사용자의 만족도를 측정하는 방법과 이를 기반으로 U-City 서비스를 설계하는 방법에 관하여 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, interesting of U-city with ubiquitous computing technologies has increased and u-city services can improve people's quality of life. Among the u-city services, traffice service is actively developed in our lives. In this paper, we propose the business model and business model process in u-intelligence traffic service. To propose the research purpose, we examined the prior business model and investigated u-intelligence traffic information and control services. And also, we draw scenario and used it to identify business model. To efficiently understand proposed business model, we built business model process of u-intelligence traffic information and control services. The results of study, we draw 4 representative U-intelligence traffic information and control service. Based on representative services, we proposed business model and business model process with stakeholder, benefiter and value model. This study concludes with implications of the study results as well as limitations and future research directions.
