대표적인 histone deacetylase inhibitor 저해제의 일종일 sodium butyrate에 의한 인체백혈병 U937세포의 증식 억제에 관한 기전 연구를 세포주기 조절 측면에서 조사하였다. MTT assay 및 flow cytometry 분석을 통하여 sodium butyrate의 처리 농도 증가에 따른 U937 세포의 증식억제는 세포주기 G1 arrest 및 apoptosis 유발에 의한 것임을 확인하였다. RT-PCR및 Western blotting 결과에서 sodium butrate에 의한 G1 arrest는 세포주기 G1기에서 S기로의 진입에 중요한 역할을 하는 cyclin D1, E, A, cyclin-dependent kinase (Cdk) 4 및 Cdk6발현의 저해와 p21 및 p27과 같은 Cdk inhibitor의 발현 증가와 연관성이 있었다. Sodium butyrate는 또한 retinoblastoma protein (pRB)및 p130 단백질의 인산화를 저해시켰으나, S기 진행에 중요한 전사조절인자인 E2F-1 및 E2F-4의 의 발현에는 큰 영향이 없었다. 그러나 sodium butyrate에 의한 pRB 및 p130단백질의 인산화 저해는 pRB와 E2F-1및 p130과 E2F-4와의 결합력을 증사시켰다. 본 연구의 결과는 U937세포의 증식억제에 pRB/p130 인산화 억제 및 Cdk inhibitors의 발현 증가가 중요한 역할을 하고있음을 보여주는 것으로, sodium butyrate의 항암기전 이해에 중요한 자료가 될 것이다.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to know the immunity response of Haedongpibokhap-bang($H{\check{a}}it{\acute{o}}ngp{\acute{i}}f{\grave{u}}h{\acute{e}}-f{\bar{a}}ng$) to rheumatoid arthritis in collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) mice. Methods : For this purpose, Haedongpibokhap-bang($H{\check{a}}it{\acute{o}}ngp{\acute{i}}f{\grave{u}}h{\acute{e}}-f{\bar{a}}ng$) was orally administerd to mice with arthritis induced by collagen II and then value of immunocyte in spleen, draining lymph node and paw joint and cytokine(IL-6, $TNF-{\alpha}$), rheumatoid factor (IgG and IgM) in serum were measured. Results : 1. The arthritis index was significantly decreased. 2. In total cell counts of spleen, DLN and paw joint, the cells in spleen decreased while there was a significant increase in DLN and significant decrease in paw joint. 3. In lymph nodes, CD3+, CD3+/CD69+, CD4+, CD8+ cells increased significantly. 4. In joints, CD3+ and CD11+b/Gr-1+ cells decreased significantly. 5. Serum IL-6 and $TNF-{\alpha}$ were decreased significantly. 6. Production of serum IgG and IgM decreased significantly. Conclusions : The results present that Haedongpibokhap-bang($H{\check{a}}it{\acute{o}}ngp{\acute{i}}f{\grave{u}}h{\acute{e}}-f{\bar{a}}ng$) controls abnormal activity of immune system, inhibitig collagen-induced arthritis(CIA).

Der Vertrag zwischen dem Arzt und seinem Patienten wird als Auftrag im Sinne des ${\S}680$ KBGB qualifiziert. Dem Arzt erwachsen innerhalb dieses Behandlungsvertrages zahlreiche Pflichten, von denen ein gro${\ss}$er Teil durch Richterrecht geschaffen wurde. Den Arzt treffen z.B. Behandlungspflicht, Informationspflicht ${\ddot{u}}$ber die Behandlung, Aufkl${\ddot{a}}$rungspflicht ${\ddot{u}}$ber einwilligungspflichtige Umst$\ddot{a}$nde, Dokumentationspflicht, Schweigepflicht. Der Arzt ist nach Rechtsprechung und Literatur verpflichtet, den Patienten ${\ddot{u}}$ber s${\ddot{a}}$mtliche f${\ddot{u}}$r die Einwilligung wesentlichen Umst${\ddot{a}}$nde aufzukl${\ddot{a}}$ren, insbesondere ${\ddot{u}}$ber Art, Umfang, Durchf${\ddot{u}}$hrung, zu erwartende Folgen und spezifische Risiken der Ma${\ss}$nahme, die Notwendigkeit, Dringlichkeit und Eignung der Ma${\ss}$nahme zur Diagnose oder zur Therapie und uber die Erfolgsaussichten der Ma${\ss}$nahme im Hinblick auf die Diagnose oder Therapie. Mu${\ss}$ der Arzt den Patienten auf einen eigenen Behandlungsfehler hinweisen, wenn f$\ddot{u}$r ihnen Umst${\ddot{a}}$nde erkennbar sind, die die Annahme eines Behandlungsfehlers begr${\ddot{u}}$nden. Allgemeine Offenbarungspflichr bei ${\ddot{a}}$rztlichen Behandlungsfehlern wird bisher nicht diskutiert. Nach derzietigem Recht besteht keine allgemeine Offenbarungspflicht des Arztes, den Patienten unaufgefordert ${\ddot{u}}$ber einen eigenen Behandlungsfehler hinzuweisen. Aber wie im ${\S}630c$ BGB, sind f${\ddot{u}}$r den Behandelnden Umst${\ddot{a}}$nde erkennbar, die die Annahme eines Behandlungsfehlers begr${\ddot{u}}$nden, hat er den Patienten ${\ddot{u}}$ber diese auf Nachfrage oder zur Abwendung gesundheitlicher Gefahren zu informieren.

This study compared $F_{0}$ and the first three formants of eight Korean monophthongs produced by nine transgenders (male to female) to those of eighteen normal adults. Voice analysis was done by Praat (version 4.049). A one-way ANOVA with Tukey HSD post hoc tests were performed to determine statistical differences in $F_{0}$ and formant values obtained from transgenders, and normal male and female subjects. Results indicated that there was no significant difference in $F_{1}$ of /u/, /$\Lambda$/, and /o/, $F_{2}$ of /u/, /$\Lambda$/, and /i/ and $F_{3}$ of /u/ among the 3 groups (transgenders, normal males and normal females). However, in the comparison of transgenders vs. males, a significant difference was observed in $F_{0}$ of /o/, and $F_{2}$ of /i/, /a/, /e/, and /${\ae}$/ and $F_{3}$ of /e/. Furthermore, in the comparison of transgenders vs. females, a significant difference was also observed in $F_{0}$ of all vowels, $F_{1}$ of /i/, /$\alpha$/, /e/, /${\ae}$/, and /i/. $F_{2}$ of /i/, and /${\ae}$/, and $F_{3}$ of /i/, /$\alpha$/, /$\Lambda$/, /e/, /${\ae}$/, /i/, and /o/. Also, perceptual judgment of the transgenders' voice came out somewhat correlated strongly with their $F_{0}$ values but not much with the formant values. It was concluded that the transgenders' acoustic parameters are placed in between those of the normal males and females in. terms of fundamental and formant frequency analyses of vowels. Thus, it was assumed that those differences might stem from the transgenders' original big resonating cavities.

Kennzeichnend f$\ddot{u}$r die $\ddot{a}$rztlichen T$\ddot{a}$tigkeiten, wenn Konflikte in medikament$\ddot{o}$sen Behandlungen auftreten, passiert es oft, dass es wegen unn$\ddot{o}$tigen Missverst$\ddot{a}$ndnissen oder Mangel an Verst$\ddot{a}$ndnis zwischen Arzt und Patient als extremes Ph$\ddot{a}$nomen zum impulsiven Strafprozess oder physischer Gewalt von Seite des Patienten kommt. In diesem Falle verteidigt sich der Arzt mit Schutzbehandlung und Behandlungsablehnung um die Folgen der $\ddot{a}$rztlichen Behandlung zu entweichen. Es ist dadurch auf beiden Seiten, Arzt und Patient, eine schwierige Sache. Denn der Versuch solche F$\ddot{a}$lle in Konflikten durch Zivilklage zu kl$\ddot{a}$ren, ist die Beweisf$\ddot{u}$hrung des Patienten und die dadurch in Lange gezogene Anklage meist durch die $\ddot{a}$rztliche Fachlichkeit und Behutsamkeit nicht wirklich m$\ddot{o}$glich. Infolgedessen ist es n$\ddot{o}$tig alternative Streitbeilegungsmethoden wie Schlichtung, Regelung oder Vermittelung einzuf$\ddot{u}$hren, anstatt von Gerichtsverfahren. Konflikte in einer $\ddot{a}$rztlichen Behandlung sind f$\ddot{u}$r den Patienten und auch f$\ddot{u}$r den Arzt eine Plage, denn physischer und geistiger Schaden wird dadurch verursacht. So ist eine schnelle Einf$\ddot{u}$hrung vertrauensw$\ddot{u}$rdiger Methoden in diesem Bereich notwendiger als in anderen. In diesem Aufsatz wird eine m$\ddot{o}$gliche Einf$\ddot{u}$hrung von einer passenden alternativen Beilegung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten in S$\ddot{u}$dkorea und ein Plan zur Aktivierung von dieser vorgef$\ddot{u}$hrt. Derzeitig wird in Deutschland als Alternative f$\ddot{u}$r Anklagen in den jeweiligen Bundesl$\ddot{a}$ndern die von den $\ddot{A}$rztevereinen erstellten und beaufsichtigten Schlichtungsstellen und Gutachterkommission in Rat genommen. Schlie$\ss$lich sollten wir aufgrund der vorliegenden Fakten und die Vor-und Nachteile dieser Schlichtungsmethoden auffassen und als Vorbild unserer anwenden und versuchen diese in Aktion zu bringen.

We study bifurcation for the following fractional Schrödinger equation $$\{\left.\begin{eqnarray}(-{\Delta})^su+V(x)u&=&{\lambda}f(u)&&{\text{in}}\;{\Omega}\\u&>&0&&{\text{in}}\;{\Omega}\\u&=&0&&{\hspace{32}}{\text{in}}\;{\mathbb{R}}^n{\backslash}{\Omega}\end{eqnarray}\right$$ where 0 < s < 1, n > 2s, Ω is a bounded smooth domain of ℝⁿ, (-∆)^s is the fractional Laplacian of order s, V is the potential energy satisfying suitable assumptions and λ is a positive real parameter. The nonlinear term f is a positive nondecreasing convex function, asymptotically linear that is $\lim_{t{\rightarrow}+{\infty}}\;{\frac{f(t)}{t}}=a{\in}(0,+{\infty})$. We discuss the existence, uniqueness and stability of a positive solution and we also prove the existence of critical value and the uniqueness of extremal solutions. We take into account the types of Bifurcation problem for a class of quasilinear fractional Schrödinger equations, we also establish the asymptotic behavior of the solution around the bifurcation point.

In this paper, we consider the existence of nontrivial solutions for the nonlinear fractional differential equation boundary-value problem(BVP) $-D_0^{\alpha}+u(t)=\lambda[f(t, u(t))+q(t)]$, 0 < t < 1 u(0) = u(1) = 0, where $\lambda$ > 0 is a parameter, 1 < $\alpha$ $\leq$ 2, $D_{0+}^{\alpha}$ is the standard Riemann-Liouville differentiation, f : [0, 1] ${\times}{\mathbb{R}}{\rightarrow}{\mathbb{R}}$ is continuous, and q(t) : (0, 1) $\rightarrow$ [0, $+\infty$] is Lebesgue integrable. We obtain serval sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of nontrivial solution of BVP when $\lambda$ in some interval. Our approach is based on Leray-Schauder nonlinear alternative. Particularly, we do not use the nonnegative assumption and monotonicity which was essential for the technique used in almost all existed literature on f.

In order to investigate the usability of PALMIWON as antidiabetic immuno-modulating prescription for Insulin-dependent diabetes, we studies the effects of PALMIWON on immune cell and ${\beta}-cell$. U937 was used as the model of immune cell and RINm5F as the model of ${\beta}-cell$. The effects of PALMIWON was measured by cell viability in terms of MIT assay. As a result, PALMIWON and the compositional drugs showed the different effects m immune cell and ${\beta}-cell$. Cell viability of U937 was significantly decreased wheras that of RINm5F was no significantly difference between drug treated group and control, or significantly less reduction compared with U937. It implies that PALMIWON is useful as immunotherapeutic agents in the prevention and therapy of type 1 diabetes.
