청주시 다가구주택의 유형 (The Types of the Multi-Family Housing in Cheong-Ju City)

  • The types of the multi-family housing are classified into the independent type, the mixed type and the public type by the approaching method. The characteristics of the independent type are the rear layout type(41.66%), the "ㅋ"type(56.14%), and the 2-room type(54.54%). In the mixed one, they are the front layout type(36.84%), the "ㄱ"type(42.10%), and the 1-room type(49.60%) and in the public one they are the front layout type(51.61%), the "ㅡ"type(41.99%). and the 1-room type(84.11%). It is found that the housing types are gradually tuned into the multi-family housing such as the independent house in the urban area due to changing the major independent type(82.60%) in the early of the 1990s to the public type(74.19%) in the end of the 1990s.

스포츠 무릎보호대 제품 분석 - 중국 웹사이트를 중심으로 - (Analysis of sports knee brace products - Focusing on Chinese websites -)

  • This study analyzed 214 sports knee braces found on Chinese websites between October 2022 and November 2022 to assess product type (impact protection material, fastening method, and protection method), material composition, size, weight, and main characteristics. The product type was further categorized according to (1) use of hard guard and soft guard protection method; (2) cover type, strap type, and slip-on type fastening method; and (3) pressure type and support type protection method. It also noted the physical shock protection materials used, including foam (EVA or polyurethane) attached to joints as a buffer material and plastic (TPU or PP) that protects the user's knee from external impacts. The study found that the materials that primarily comprise sports knee braces are a combination of nylon, polyester, and neoprene. Additionally, it found that most sports knee braces available on the market are available in three sizes based on knee circumference: M (35-38cm), L (38-41cm), and XL (41-44cm), while some products are available in one size only. Furthermore, the majority of the 214 products studied weighed 200g, followed by 1,000g. Finally, in terms of product characteristics, many sports knee braces utilize ring-shaped silicone pads to distribute the load pressure on the knees or incorporate sturdy adhesive velcro to improve knee stability.

Low-Complexity Massive MIMO Detectors Based on Richardson Method

  • In the uplink transmission of massive (or large-scale) multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems, large dimensional signal detection and its hardware design are challenging issues owing to the high computational complexity. In this paper, we propose low-complexity hardware architectures of Richardson iterative method-based massive MIMO detectors. We present two types of massive MIMO detectors, directly mapped (type1) and reformulated (type2) Richardson iterative methods. In the proposed Richardson method (type2), the matrix-by-matrix multiplications are reformulated to matrix-vector multiplications, thus reducing the computational complexity from $O(U^2)$ to O(U). Both massive MIMO detectors are implemented using a 65 nm CMOS process and compared in terms of detection performance under different channel conditions (high-mobility and flat fading channels). The hardware implementation results confirm that the proposed type1 Richardson method-based detector demonstrates up to 50% power savings over the proposed type2 detector under a flat fading channel. The type2 detector indicates a 37% power savings compared to the type1 under a high-mobility channel.

임무유형 기반 전역경로계획을 위한 가중치 결정방법 (A Method to Determine the Weights for Mission Type based Global Path Planning)

  • Global path planning for autonomous driving of unmanned ground vehicle is essential. When setting global path planning, its accuracy and effectiveness is increased if useful information such as terrain type of driving route has been reflected on global path planning. As a method to reflect the terrain type, there is a method to perform global path planning by applying the weight to each terrain type. At this time, how to assign appropriate weights corresponding to the terrain type is more important than anything. In this paper, we proposed a method to determine the weight for terrain type that may affect the results of global path planning. Moreover, we presented effective operation method and design results(GUI) to check the possibility of the use of the proposed method.

Novel Activation by Electrochemical Potentiostatic Method

  • Fabrication of good quality P-type GaN remained as a challenge for many years which hindered the III-V nitrides from yielding visible light emitting devices. Firstly Amano et al succeeded in obtaining P-type GaN films using Mg doping and post Low Energy Electron Beam Irradiation (LEEBI) treatment. However only few region of the P-GaN was activated by LEEBI treatment. Later Nakamura et al succeeded in producing good quality P-GaN by thermal annealing method in which the as deposited P-GaN samples were annealed in N2 ambient at temperatures above $600^{\circ}C$. The carrier concentration of N type and P-type GaN differs by one order which have a major effect in AlGaN based deep UV-LED fabrication. So increasing the P-type GaN concentration becomes necessary. In this study we have proposed a novel method of activating P-type GaN by electrochemical potentiostatic method. Hydrogen bond in the Mg-H complexes of the P-type GaN is removed by electrochemical reaction using KOH solution as an electrolyte solution. Full structure LED sample grown by MOCVD serves as anode and platinum electrode serves as cathode. Experiments are performed by varying KOH concentration, process time and applied voltage. Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy (SIMS) analysis is performed to determine the hydrogen concentration in the P-GaN sample activated by annealing and electrochemical method. Results suggest that the hydrogen concentration is lesser in P-GaN sample activated by electrochemical method than conventional annealing method. The output power of the LED is also enhanced for full structure samples with electrochemical activated P-GaN. Thus we propose an efficient method for P-GaN activation by electrochemical reaction. 30% improvement in light output is obtained by electrochemical activation method.

Two Center Overlap Integrals의 계산을 위한 Spherical Hamonics 전개방법의 응용 (제2보) (Application of the Expansion Method for Spherical Harmonics for Computation of Two Center Overlap Integrals (Ⅱ))

  • 한 쌍의 slater type orbitals에 대한 two overlap integrals을 계산하는 방법이 Mulliken등에 의하여 발전되었다. 이 방법으로 two center integrals을 계산하기 위해서는 한쌍의 Slater type orbital,에 대한 극좌표들 타원좌표로 변환해야한다. 두 점에 위치한 Slater type orbital을 공통좌표상에 전개시키는 새로운 방법 즉 spherical harmonics의 전개방법이 two center overlap integrals, 을 계산하는데 응용되었다. 이 새로운 방법에서는 Slater type orbitals, 을 기준점에 대해 전개시키는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 two center overlap integral을 계산하기 위한 spherical harmonics 전개방법을 $|3s{\g}$, $|5s{\g}$$|5s{\g}$에 까지 확장시켰다. 이들 원자궤도함수의 전개식을 사용하여 two center overlap integrals의 기본식을 유도하였으며, 이 기본식을 사용하여 가상적인 NO 분자에 대한 two cunter overlap integrals의 계산값이 이미 보고된 값과 일치하였다.

  • Complex and large lattice type structures are frequently used in design of bridge, tower, crane and aerospace structures. In general, in order to analyze these structures we have used the finite element method(FEM). This method is the most widely used and powerful tool for structural analysis. However, it is necessary to use a large amount of computer memory and computation time because the FEM resuires many degrees of freedom for solving dynamic problems exactly for these complex and large structures. For overcoming this problem, the authors developed the transfer stiffness coefficient method(TSCM). This method is based on the concept of the transfer of the nodal dynamic stiffness coefficient which is related to force and displacement vector at each node. In this paper, the authors formulate vibration analysis algorithm for a complex and large lattice type structure using the transfer of the nodal dynamic stiffness coefficient. And we confirmed the validity of TSCM through numerical computational and experimental results for a lattice type structure.

폴리비닐알코올 하이드로겔 좌제로부터 프로프라놀롤의 in vitro 방출과 in vivo 생체이용률간의 상관성 (Correlation between in vitro release and in vivo bioavailability of Propranolol.HCI from Poly(vinyl alcohol) Hydrogel Suppositories)

  • In order to develop a desirable in vitro release which correlates well with in vivo bioavailability, hollow type suppository containing Propranolol HCl(PPH) powder in the cavity and conventional type suppository with dispersed PPH in the base were prepared. Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) hydrogel as a base and PPH as a model drug were used for the preparation of suppository. The rates of drug release from the suppositories were studied by Paddle method, Muranish method, Dialysis tubing method and Rotating dialysis cell method. The release profiles from suppositories using the four different release tests were compared. After a rectal administration in rat, the mean $C_{max}$ of hollow type suppository was significantly lower than that of conventional type, but $T_{max}$, $AUC_{0{\to}12}$ and MRT of hollow type were significantly higher 1.6 times, 1.2 times and 1.9 times than those of conventional type, respectively. The computer program was used to simulate plasma concentration from in vitro released amounts of drug and in vivo pharmacokinetic parameters. Based on comparison of the simulated bioavailability from computer program with experimental bioavailability in rat we have found out in vitro release test which correlates well with in vivo bioavailability. Our results have shown the best correlation between in vitro release and in vivo bioavailability in PPH-PVA hydrogel hollow type suppository for the paddle method and conventional type suppository for the rotating dialysis cell method. In this work we propose that PPH-PVA hydrogel suppository shows in vitro-in vivo correlation. This data should help to optimize the formulation of the drug and provide a basis for quality control procedures.

도시형 생활주택의 유닛 모듈라 공법 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Unit Modular Design Method of Urban-type Housing)

  • The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs has announced a policy which could enable the building of urban type housing using a prefabrication method in 2010. However, it may possibly be at standstill owing to the prefabrication methodology has not been currently developed in Korea. Moreover, small households of one or two family members are been steadily increasing, but small housing in which they reside has been decreasing. Because of this situation, the urban type housing has been proposed. To expand the propagation of this urban type house and to promote the prefabrication method, the first-priority project is to develop a technology that is able to reduce the construction costs, as well as to shorten the construction period. Considering this prefabrication system as an avenue to be able to solve these problems, a series of systems and policies for fostering prefabricated urban type housing has been proposed. This study is to review a series of methods, technologies and policies that are required for urban type housing and henceforth, to utilize them as preliminary data for prefabricated urban type housing.

무한궤도 이동 로봇의 주행환경 처리 방법 (The Method of Navigation-speed Processing for the Unlimited-track Mobile Robot)

  • The mobile robot is used as an instrument of transportation in automated plant. But the greater part of the moving method is the wheel-type. The wheel-type robot is easier control than the track-type, However the track-type is better than the wheel-type in bad landform(bend landform, an incline plane, stairs). In this paper, we propose the navigation algorithm of track-type robot in order to improve a defect of wheel-type. We experiment in bend landfrom and even ground to differentiate the navigation method. To estimate robot pose, we use the 80196 in a close distance and the vision-board in a long distance. Each data is managed in main PC and then the part of managing correspond to every sensor. We also use twelve supersonic wave-sensors to recognize external surroundings. As the result of experiment, we analyze the algorithm of control and make possible surroundings-adaptation.
