IS0/1EC 9126 품질특성과 공학적 품질속성의 상관도표 도출 (Derivation of Interrelationship Chart between ISO/IEC 9126 Software Quality Characteristics and Engineering Attributes)

  • This paper presents the interrelationship chart between software quality characteristics and engineering attributes. The software quality characteristics and their subcharacteristics are excerpted front IS0/1EC 9126 standards, and the engineering attributes are from Deutsch and Willis[4]. Based on the previous studies and subjective judgement, trisected interrelationship(strong, medium, weak) between these two groups are derived. The results are summarized in a table, and can be used as a quick reference guide to the software quality engineering applications such as quality evaluations for software products, selection of key engineering attributes for high-quality software production, and so forth.

포워더의 서비스품질 요인의 도출에 관한 연구 - 한국의 사례 - (A Study on Extraction of International Freight Forwarders' Service Quality Factors: the Case of South Korea)

  • 한국의 포워딩산업에서의 업체 간 경쟁은 현재 매우 치열하다. 그러나 포워딩산업의 서비스품질에 관한 연구가 한국과 전 세계적으로 아직 매우 적다. 본 연구는 포워딩산업의 특성을 반영한 포워더의 서비스품질 요인들을 도출하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 서비스품질의 측정항목들을 선행연구와 면접조사를 통해 정리한 후, 한국의 수출입업자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 수집된 자료들에 대해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 포워더의 서비스품질요인은 정확성, 신속 정시성, 안정성으로 정의되는 운영특성과, 전문성과 공감성으로 정의되는 고객지향성의 두 요인으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 중요한 기여는 선행연구들과 달리 포워딩산업의 특성을 반영한 서비스품질요인을 제시하였다는 점이다. 향후의 연구과제는 두 요인 중 어느 것이 고객충성도에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하는 것이다.

  • A study was carried our to investigate the characteristics of physico-chemical components palatability of cooked rice accoring to different transplanting time. The treatments were consisted of five transplanting time, from May 5 to July 5 at 15 -day intervals, and six cultivars ; two early-maturing, two mid-maturing and two late-maturing cultivars which are clearly identified by evaluation of cumulative temperature and growth duration from seeding to heading of rice plants. In gelatinization characteristics of rice grain, alkali digestion value was low in the earlier transplanting regardlessof maturing types. Initial pasting temeprature maximum viscosity and breakdown as amylogram charcteristics were high at the transplanting of June 5. The palatability of cookedrice was evaluated that early-maturing cultivars were much better in early transplanting than in late transplanting . The optimum transplanting time for palatibility was the periods from May 5 to 20 in early maturing varieties, May 20 to June 5 in mid-maturing and June 5 to June 20 in late-maturing ones at Honam district in Korea.

제조법을 달리하여 제조한 오디주의 품질 특성 (The Quality Characteristics of Mulberry Fruit Wine by Two Different Manufacturing Methods)

  • Oddi is a mulberry fruit that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidative effects. This study was carried out to investigate the quality characteristics of mulberry fruit wines manufactured by two different methods. Where they were processed according to the traditional Korean fruit wine methodology(A) or a modified(B). Sensory qualities, physiochemical characteristics, and biochemical activities of the Oddi wines were analyzed. From the results of the sensory evaluation, manufacturing method A showed higher acceptability. However, the two different methods was not significantly different overall. The method A wine had higher brightness(L)(77.65) redness(a), and yellowness(b). As for the antioxidant activities and ACE(angiotensin-converting enzyme) inhibitory abilities of the wines manufacturing method A had greater values.

Comparison of Muscle Fiber and Meat Quality Characteristics in Different Japanese Quail Lines

  • The aim of this study was to compare the growth performance, fiber characteristics of the pectoralis major muscle, and meat quality characteristics in the heavy weight (HW) and random bred control (RBC) quail lines and genders. The HW male exhibited more than two times greater body (245.7 vs 96.1 g, p<0.05) and pectoralis major muscle (PMW; 37.1 vs 11.1 g, p<0.05) weights compared to the RBC female. This growth performance in the HW line was associated with a greater muscle fiber area (1,502 vs $663.0{\mu}m^2$, p<0.001) compared to the RBC line. Greater muscle mass of the HW male was accompanied by a higher percentage of type IIB fiber compared to the HW female (64.0% vs 51.0%, p<0.05). However, muscle fiber hyperplasia (increase in fiber number) has had a somewhat limited effect on PMW between the two lines. On the other hand, the HW line harboring a higher proportion of type IIB fiber showed rapid pH decline at the early postmortem period (6.23 vs 6.41, p<0.05) and lighter meat surface (53.5 vs 47.3, p<0.05) compared to the RBC line harboring a lower proportion of type IIB fiber. There were no significant differences observed in the measurement of water-holding capacity including drip loss (2.74% vs 3.07%, p>0.05) and cooking loss (21.9% vs 20.4%, p>0.05) between the HW and RBC lines. Therefore, the HW quail line developed by selection from the RBC quail, was slightly different in the meat quality characteristics compared to the RBC line, and a marked difference was found in growth performance between the two quail lines.

Effect of Cordyceps militaris with probiotics supplement on growth performance, meat quality characteristics, storage characteristics and cordycepin content of the breast meat in broilers

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Cordyceps militaris with probiotics (CMP) supplementation on the growth performance, meat quality and storage characteristics, and cordycepin content in the meat. Sixty one-day-old broilers (Ross 308) were allotted to two treatment groups of 30 each. In addition, six broilers were randomly assigned to a cage in the two treatment groups. The two dietary treatments were as follows: Control (CON) and basal diet + 0.5% of CMP. Body weight and feed intake were measured on the 1st, 14th, and 28th days from the start of the experiment. On days 1 - 14, the supplementation of CMP improved (p < 0.05) the body weight gain (BWG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR). Additionally, the feed intake (FI) and FCR scores in the CMP groups improved (p < 0.01) compared to the CON during the entire period. For the meat quality characteristics, water holding capacity (WHC), cooking loss (CL), redness (a*) in meat color value, and shearing force (SF) for the CMP group were improved (p < 0.01) compared to the CON group. For the meat storage characteristics, pH and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) were improved (p < 0.01) when the broilers were fed CMP compared to the CON group. Broilers fed CMP had a higher (p < 0.01) cordycepin content in the meat compared to the CON group. In conclusion, CMP improves the growth performance and meat quality of broilers.

QFD를 이용한 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 서비스 품질 측정 및 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement and Improvement of Service Quality using QFD in the Internet Shoppingmall)

  • By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com[2000]. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

  • 제조업에서는 2개 이상의 상관이 있는 품질특성치를 동시에 감시하거나 관리를 하기 위한 필요성이 많이 제기되고 있다. 하지만 복수의 품질특성치를 각각 독립적으로 감시하면 판단의 오류가 발생될 수 있다. 복수의 품질특성치를 동시에 감시하고자 할 때 $X^2$ 또는 $T^2$와 같은 다변량 관리도가 사용되어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 품질특성치를 갖는 용해공정에서 조기에 이상 징후를 파악하기 위하여 다변량 관리도를 이용한 조기경보 시스템을 구현하였다. 용해공정에서 상관성이 있는 다수의 품질특성치를 동시에 관리하기 위해 개발된 이 모듈은 용해공정의 통계적 공정관리 활동에 효율성 및 효과성을 향상시켜 주었다.

가정용 고무장갑의 품질개선을 위한 사용실태 분석 (Status quo Analysis on the Wearing Practice of Household Rubber Gloves for Quality Improvement)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the wearing practice and the purchasing characteristics of household rubber gloves in order to obtain the product demands for quality improvement. The effects of wearing time per day and demographic characteristics on those were evaluated. A questionnaire was developed and administered to 494 housewives. Statistical tests such as descriptive analysis, crosstabs, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that housewives were largely divided into two groups according to the wearing time per day. One group wore gloves more than 3 hours a day, while the other wore less than 3 hours. We found that there were significant differences in the wearing practice and the purchasing characteristics between these two groups. It showed that the quality improvement of household rubber gloves should be achieved in a point of view of the comfort feeling and easiness in wearing and taking off. The housewives showed positive attitude toward pliability and necessity, while negative altitude toward dryness, comfort and mobility in wearing. The household rubber gloves were identified as the necessities which is so familiar and common that only a few of demographic characteristics have effect on.

  • Pile driving technique has been regarded as the most reliable way of constructing deep foundations. Engineers have long believed that the quality of the installed piles is a simple function of the set values which can easily be obtained from the field pile driving records. Consequently most of the local building codes are based on the dynamic formula. However it has been proven that the quality of the driven pile is influenced not only by the set values but also by various factors, such as hammer performance, helmet characteristics, time dependent geotechnical characteristics of the site, etc., from the results of various researches made during the last two decades. In this paper an appropriate quality control scheme has been proposed by taking various influencing factors into consideration.
