본 논문은 가중 퍼지소속함수 기반 신경망(Neural Network with Weighted Fuzzy Membership Functions, NEWFM)을 이용하여 클래스의 분류강도를 구하고 비선형 시계열 추이선을 예측하는 방안을 제안하고 있다. NEWFM에 의하여 추출된 가중퍼지 소속함수(BSWFM)를 이용하여 입력값에 대한 분류강도를 구하게 되고, 이들에 대한 가중평균 역퍼지화를 통하여 비선형 시계열 추이선을 작성한다. 실증분석결과 NEWFM은 목표 클래스로 설정된 GDP에 대하여 92.22%의 분류성능을 보여 주었다. 따라서 동 비선형 시계열 추이선은 대표적인 경기지표인 GDP 추이에 비교적 높은 유사도를 나타내는 가운데 분석대상기간인 제5순환기-제8순환기 중 정점(peak)에서 평균 12개월, 저점(trough)에서 평균 6개월의 선행성(look-ahead)을 보여 줌으로써 경기변동에 앞서 상당기간의 시차를 둔 예측지표로서 활용가능성이 입증되었다. NEWFM은 그 특징선택(feature selection)에 의하여 선행지표 10개 중 3개의 축소를 기할 수 있게 해 줌으로써 보다 적은 수의 경제지표를 가지고도 분류성능을 90.0%에서 92.22%로 향상을 기하는 가운데 효율적인 예측기능을 수행할 수 있음이 입증되었다.

중앙버스전용차로제가 도입됨에 따라 서울의 도로환경은 단기간에 급격하게 변하였으며, 이러한 급격한 변화에 미리 준비되지 못하였던 신호운영상의 문제점들이 경험되고 있다. 장 임계적인 문제점으로 중앙버스전용차로 설치구간 신호교차로에서 일반차량 좌회전 진행을 허용할 경우, 현재 우리나라가 규정하고 있는 차량 4색신호등의 한계로 인한 신호의 비효율적 운영이다. 중앙버스전용차로 설치구간 신호교차로에서 일반차량 좌회전의 현실적 운영방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구는 중앙차로전용신호의 도입을 준비하기 위하여 교통관제센터의 신호운영모드별 선행좌회전 및 후행좌회전 운영방안을 검토하고, 각 운영방안 별 Signal Map 구성방안을 점검한다. Signal Map 작성방안을 검토한 결과 기존의 신호제어 장비에 추가의 신호등기신호보드를 활용하는 방법으로 제안된 방법의 현장 적용이 용이한 것으로 확인되었다.

Manufacturing of lens and mirror using Diamond Turning Machine (DTM) offers distinct advantages including short fabrication time and low cost as compared to grinding or polishing process. However, the DTM process can leave mid-frequency error in the optical surface which generates an undesirable diffraction effect and stray light. The mid-frequency error is expected to be eliminated by mechanical polishing after the DTM process, but polishing of soft surface of ductile aluminum is extremely difficult because the polishing process inevitably degrades the surface form accuracy. In order to increase its surface hardness, we performed electroless nickel plating on the surface of diamond-turned aluminum (Al-6061T6) off-axis mirrors, which was followed by the 6-hour-long baking process at $200^{\circ}C$ for improving its hardness. Then we polished the nickel plated off-axis mirrors to remove the mid-frequency error and measured polished mirror surfaces using the optical surface profilometer (NT 2000, Wyko Inc.). Finally, we ascertained that the mid-frequency error on the mirror surface was successfully removed. During the whole processes of nickel plating and polishing, we monitored the form accuracy using the ultra-high accurate 3-D profilometer (UA3P, Panasonic Corp.) to maintain it within the allowable tolerance range (< tens of nm). The polished off-axis mirror was optically tested using a visible laser source and a pinhole, and the airy pattern obtained from the polished mirror was compared with the unpolished case to check the influence of mid-frequency error on optical images.

Mulching vinyl is used on field crops to reduce herbicides and this causes multiple effects. The mulching vinyl must be collected for the next crop season, but was left alone due to a shortage of labor. The used mulching vinyl that was left alone acted as one of the main sources of environmental pollution on farms. In order to solve these problems, a self-propelling vinyl remover was developed. The self-propelling vinyl remover consists of a travelling part and rotating of remover wheel. Each output device has a 1.5ps engine and a 2.5ps engine. The vinyl was twisted 17~47cm/times length. The bobbin's diameter was 160mm and it's stable travelling speed was 0.5m/s. The revolution of the remover wheel bobbin was 60rpm to maintain the wheel's linear velocity. As seen at performance test at the field which had 950mm ridge intervals and 10a area, the average working speed was 0.56m/s and the turning time was 15seconds. Therefore, the working performance was 40.1min/10a.

The purposes of this study which was conducted by inquiring into some curricula for Emergency Medical Dispatchers(EMDs) are to introduce a curriculum into Korea and develop a textbook for training of the EMDs in Korea. The conclusions from this study were summarized as follows; (1) There are some professional demands in our Emergency Medical Dispatch field therefore, now it is necessary to set up an education system for the EMDs in Korea and give them a suitable name to this change. (2) Some historical turning points which are condensed from the developmental process in the USA. including "Medical Self Help" with no formal dispatch protocols, Medical Priority Dispatch System, Practice Standard, Dispatch Protocols will serve as a good reference for establishing and education system for the EMDs. (3) To effectively train the EMDs in Korea, we needed to be introduced to Emergency Medical Dispatch : National Standard of Curriculum from the U.S. Department of Transportation & the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration which is made up Basic Emergency Medical Concepts, Information Gatherin & Dispatch, Introduction to the Emergency Medical Dispatch Protocol Reference System(EMDPRS) & 32 Chief Complaint Types. (4) The introduced curriculum closely related to the medical director, the direct indirect medical control, the scope of practice in the USA, should be revised for the Emergency Medical Service System of Korea. But to reduce the developmental process & time, it is necessary to postpone the consideration on these factors until publishing a new textbook. (5) This study which gives the cornerstone about some developmental methods on textbook for EMDs will be helpful to build up an education system for EMDs such as Curriculum, EMD Certification, National Academy of Emergency Medical Dispatch to fit the Emergency Medical Service System of Korea in the future.

This article explores how non-dominant medical practitioners shape their own self-images and the identity of relevant medicine and in what ways fashioning of self-images and accompanying modalities of medical practice informs the social evolution of the medicines at specific times and over specific places, by means of the historical configuration of osteopathy and chiropractic in the UK and the US. Attention is directed onto motivations and pursuits for professional recognition and actual strategies and activities of non-dominant medicines and its practitioners by turning to historical instances such as osteopathy and chiropractic in the UK and the US, not least drawing focus on professional desires with regard to circumstances it faces within and without. Some non-dominant medicines as a way with which to acquire and protect the exclusive monopoly of its knowledge and practical skills, adopted various forms of professionalism project, as dominant biomedical groups pressed up non-dominant medicines by virtue of marginalizing tactics. Meanwhile, non-dominant medicines took somewhat distinctive professionalisation strategies from each other. Strategies they took were diversified depending on medical philosophy, healing modality, the degree of occupational solidarity embodied as forms of medical organisation, and especially vocational aspiration and prospect. Change of socio-medical culture and the state's policy seems to have wielded critical influenceon the determination of the ups and downs of non-dominant medicines. From the perspective of long-term time span, dominant biomedicine eventually did not have much influence on the ups and downs of marginalized medicines in so far as in the case of osteopathy and chiropractic in Englandand the U. S.

최근 IT 기업들에서 미래 산업으로 자동차에 관한 관심이 지속적으로 증가 하고 있다. 구글, 애플, 삼성과 같은 IT전문 기업들이 자동차 산업에 뛰어 들어 커넥티드카 분야에 많은 연구를 집중 하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 커넥티드카의 개념에 대해 알아 보고 현재 커넥티드카의 여러 방법 중 하나인 미리링크에 관해 알아 본다. 또한 이러한 커넥티드카의 과도기적인 시점에서 아이폰을 이용한 미러링크의 한 방법을 제안하고 이것을 이용한 커넥티드카의 활용방법에 대해 알아보는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이러한 제안은 현재 자동차를 구매한 많은 사람들이 추가 비용을 들이지 않고 앞으로 출시될 커넥티드카의 기능을 포함 하고 있는 자동차를 미리 경험 할 수 있는 기회가 될 것이며 사용하고 있는 스마트 폰을 통해 자동차를 커넥티드카로 만들 수 있는 경험을 하게 될 것이다.

During the past decade after entering the World Trade Organization (WTO), China has quickened its integration into the global economy while its foreign trade has been further invigorated. On the 10th anniversary of China's accession to the WTO, the Chinese government issues White Paper to give a comprehensive introduction to China's foreign trade development. Through this paper, the Chinese government introduces I. Historic Progress in China's Foreign Trade II. Reform of and Improvements to China's Foreign Trade System III. The Development of China's Foreign Trade Contributes to the World Economy IV. Promoting Basically Balanced Growth of Foreign Trade V. Constructing All-round Economic and Trade Partnerships with Mutually Beneficial Cooperation VI. Realizing Sustainable Development of Foreign Trade. At present, the underlying impact of the international financial crisis, the protracted, arduous and complicated nature of the world economic recovery is manifesting itself, and the global economic structure and trade layout face in-depth readjustment. China will make new adjustments to its foreign trade, in an effort to turn foreign trade from scale expansion to quality and profit improvement, and from mainly relying on its low-cost advantage to enhancing its comprehensive competitive edge, thereby turning China from a big trading country to a strong trading power. China's foreign trade is still hampered by many uncertainties and is bound to meet new difficulties and challenges. During the 12th Five-year Plan period China will open itself wider to the outside world as a driver for further reform, development and innovation, make full use of its advantages, strengthen international cooperation in all respects. And at the same time China integrate itself into the world economy on a wider scale and at a higher level. China is willing to work with its trading partners to cope with the various challenges facing the world economy and trade, and promote its foreign trade to realize a more balanced, coordinated and sustainable development, and share prosperity and mutually beneficial results with its trading partners.

Despite the advancement of knowledge and techniques, architectural design has been developed by similar method and science as the logical tool since the development of Le Corbusier's 'module'. However, in the new millenium emotional design has become a key issue and today is the turning point regarding new method for designing human space. While architecture discipline of the West focused on logic, Japan based its origin in eastern discipline has developed a unique design concept called 'metabolism' and advanced it very effectively. Since its development of the unique concept, Toyo Ito has become one of the most Influential architect in and out of Japan who devoted his design career in developing new space concept. This study is specifically focused on Ito's project by finding characteristics of his projects and analyze emotional design factors by using 5 analytical tool - experiencing the space, five senses, landmark, sequence, and scale. Ito's work between 2000-2004, such as Sendai Mediatheque, showed more visible sign of emotional design characteristics compared to the works done in 1990's. Because of the analytical studies researching those emotional design characteristics and methods, the future advancement in new space design will be possible with great success. The result proves that continuing proper analysis and research in design method will assist in approaching new space design method into more advanced realm in very efficient time period with more definite design elements to accomodate and fulfill human needs in given space.

최근 멀티미디어 환경에서 보다 진보된 가상현실의 환경을 요구하고 있다. 가상현실은 광범위한 응용분야를 창출할 수 있으며 여러 분야의 핵심적인 기술요소들이 통합되어야만 가상현실을 구현할 수 있고 기술적인 분야에서 커다란 전환을 가져오므로서 최근에 급속한 주목을 받아오고 있다. 동화상 정보 시스템에서 입체영상을 구축하기 위해서는 도서관내 전경 및 도서들의 2D 좌/우 이미지를 활용하여 가상현실 시스템 구조는 display, tracking, computation의 세 가지 구성 요소로 이루어지며, 또한 사운드 출력, 음성 출력, 음성 인식이 요구되어진다. 이러한 3D 가상현실 시스템을 이용하여 구조적 구상화, 설계, 교육과 훈련, 공간 탐험, 오락과 같은 많은 분야에 응용될 수 있다.
