Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the changes in reality shock among new nurses and their influencing factors to identify turnover reduction methods. Methods: A total of 146 new nurses from 6 general hospitals participated in the survey. The survey data were collected from August 5 to November 10, 2015. Results: The mean scores for factors related to turn over were 2.75 for nurse practice environment, 2.84 (4point scale) for reality shock, and 3.08 (5point scale) for turnover intention. A significant difference in the impact of reality shock was observed depending on whether the nurses selected their work unit (F=6.24, p=.003) and whether they could take the possibility of holiday on the desired day at will (t=-2.57, p=.013). Changes in reality shock correlated with turnover intention, with the 'increased reality shock' group demonstrating an odds ratio of 2.37 (CI: 1.41~3.98) for turnover intention. Conclusion: The current findings indicate the need for lowering reality shock and turnover intention by considering nurses' work-related characteristics and improving their practice environments. To further study the changes in reality shock new nurses experienced, additional research is warranted while homogenizing the participants in terms of preceptorship duration and timing of independence.
KS-SIGNAL, a traffic signal optimization model for coordinated arterials, is an optimization model using the mixed integer linear Programming that minimizes total delay on arterials by optimizing left-turn Phase sequences. However, the Previous version of KS-SIGNAL had a difficulty in reducing computation speed because the related variables and constraints multiply rapidly in accordance with the increase of intersections. This study is designed to propose a new model, improving optimizing computation speed in KS-SIGMAl, and evaluate it. This Paper Puts forth three kinds of methodological approaches as to achieve the above goals. At the first step to reduce run-time in the proposed model objective function and a few constraints are Partially modified, which replaces variable in related to queue clearance time with constant, by using thru-movements at upstream intersection and the length of red time at downstream intersection. The result shows that the run-time can be reduced up to 70% at this step. The second step to load the library in LINDO for Windows, in order to solve mixed integer linear programming. The result suggests that run-time can be reduced obviously up to 99% of the first step result. The third step is to add constraints in related to left-turn Phase sequences. The proposed methodological approach, not optimizing all kinds of left-turn sequences, is more reasonable than that of previous model , only in the view of reducing run-tim. In conclusion, run-time could be reduced up to 30% compared with the second results. This Proposed model was tested by several optimization scenarios. The results in this study reveals that signal timing plan in KS-SIGNAL is closer to PASSER-II (bandwidth maximizing model) rather than to TRANSYT-7F(delay minimizing model).
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between characteristics of online word-of-mouth communication regarding medicinal cuisine on value, satisfaction, loyalty and popularization, as well the interrelationship among them, and ultimately to propose a relationship model. The survey design, empirical analysis, hypothesis examination and model application were found to be suitable. The research results are summarized below. First, regarding the characteristics of online word-of-mouth communication, professionalism and proper timing were found to have a positive influence on value and the satisfaction. Second, the value of medicinal cuisine was found to have a positive effect on satisfaction and popularization, but not on loyalty. Overall, stressing the professionalism and proper timing of online word-of-mouth communication increases the value and customer satisfaction of medicinal cuisine, which in turn increases its popularity. In particular, those interested in increasing the popularity of medicinal cuisine should not only be knowledgeable of it, but also post accurate information that details each dishes unique traits and how to properly manage ingredients and cooking methods.
This Study focused on the development of SMPS (Switching Mode Power Supply) to supply the constant votage and current nevertheless LED fluorescent Light generated the electric noise (with Harmonics) and Inrush current at instant time of turn-on and off. Recently, according to the Green policy in government, the LED fluorescent Lighter showed the rapidly increasing tend as indoor and outdoor Lighter. But, because of costs, LED fluorescent Light not considered and neglected the following items; power factor, efficiency, Harmonics and Inrush current. So, we are developed the SMPS about 3 key issues as follows: 1st, power factor and efficiency is 85%. 2nd, the switching noisy by harmonic is minimized. 3rd, the Inrush current at turn on and off time is reduced the minimum 0.3 A after $100{\mu}sec$ on turnon time. The proposed SMPS adjusted by LNK 409 driver (included the high frequency modulation function). Although, the developed SMPS maintained the about 85% of power factor and efficiency. but, the SMPS must be generated low heat by the variation of minute load current at switching timing. To improve the above weak point, the developed SMPS have the feedback monitoring circuit between input side and output side to maintain the power factor and efficiency. Also, we are studied the time-constant of control circuit to output the constant voltage and current nevertheless the load disturbance of LED lighting. The LED fluorescent Light of 46W is checked the above items.

As meteorology is the driving force for lake thermodynamics and mixing processes, the effects of climate change on the physical limnology and associated ecosystem are emerging issues. The potential impacts of climate change on the physical features of a reservoir include the heat budget and thermodynamic balance across the air-water interface, formation and stability of the thermal stratification, and the timing of turn over. In addition, the changed physical processes may result in alteration of materials and energy flow because the biogeochemical processes of a stratified waterbody is strongly associated with the thermal stability. In this study, a novel modeling framework that consists of an artificial neural network (ANN), a watershed model (SWAT), a reservoir operation model(HEC-ResSim) and a hydrodynamic and water quality model (CE-QUAL-W2) is developed for projecting the effects of climate change on the reservoir water temperature and thermal stability. The results showed that increasing air temperature will cause higher epilimnion temperatures, earlier and more persistent thermal stratification, and increased thermal stability in the future. The Schmidt stability index used to evaluate the stratification strength showed tendency to increase, implying that the climate change may have considerable impacts on the water quality and ecosystem through changing the vertical mixing characteristics of the reservoir.
The current distribution structure in Korea film industry is in the multiplex chain. As a result, most small or medium-sized theaters have been excluded from the market, and all the multiplex chain have gradually been formed into the vertical integration structure. The strike by multiplex theaters in Chuncheon who did not screen for one month led to the problem of the vertical integration, which resulted in many effects. Particularly, it caused considerable effect on the cultural desire and instigated movie-goers to turn to illegal content. This study surveys the process in which Korean multiplex theaters in vertical integration structure took over the Korean film market, and consequently, small theaters collapsed, and the theaters in vertical integration structure kick out small theaters in horizontal integration structure, and conducts a survey on the effect of the one-month strike by Chuncheon CGV from September 27 to October 30, 2008 in Chuncheon where said processes had completed so as to determine the effect of and impact of the problem of the vertical integration, monopoly structure. When major consumers of the film industry, i.e., people in their 20s, see their access to newly released films limited due to closing of multiplex theaters, they feel the impulse to access illegal contents. If they miss viewing the newly released films, they prefer to view illegal contents or films on recording media rather than visiting theaters showing those films. They are also influenced by timing of film release. Specifically, methods of illegal access to newly released films, permanent accessibility to them via recording media, and timing of film release influence their viewing patterns.

Although individual-level factors (e.g., attitudes, personality) have long been associated with day-to-day attendance decisions, increasingly researchers have recognized "the social nature of attendance dynamics and their susceptibility to social control (Johns, 2008)." Implications of this social approach for research would be to focus attention on the causes and effects of absence culture (i.e., absence-related perceptions, beliefs, values), and the effects of absence culture on individual and group attendance within social units. Construction projects typically require workers to work in teams or crews on highly interdependent projects, and, thus, are particularly relevant contexts to study absence culture. In this paper we apply a system dynamics (SD) model to study absence culture by utilizing the advantages of SD in capturing a feedback process and state changes. We were particularly interested in: (a) the awareness of social norms within construction crews that pertained to attendance, (b) the interplay between formal attendance rules (policy) and these social norms, and (c) how these sources of influence affected the decision-making process of construction crew members. We expect that the results of this work will help construction organizations evaluate (or re-consider) the effects of their attendance control policies (e.g., timing, strength, and frequency) within a social context. Moreover, our findings suggest that the key to reducing excessive absences might be to invest time in influencing absence culture directly rather than imposing frequent and strict regulations - which, in turn, may inadvertently fortify a culture that works against the organization's interests.
