  • Proposed in this paper is a modeling and simulation methodology for a virtual manufacturing environment. Based on DEVS formalism[Zeigler 76], the proposed model, so called GKDEVS, is designed to descript the geometrical knematic structure as well as event-driven and continuous state dynamics. In terms of abstract simulation algorithm[Zeigler 84], the simulation method of GKDEVS is proposed for combined discrete-continuous simulation. Using the GKDEVS, and FMS model consisting of a turing machine, a 3-axis machine and a RGV-mounted robot is constructed and simulated.

  • This paper presents FMC prototypes developed to propagate manufacuting automation for small and medium sized enterprises in Korea. The system consists of two cells used to machine oil pump drive gears, turing cell and hobbing cell. Characteristics and processes of the fears are anaylzed for the cell design. The system configuration and functions of individual component machines are described. Furthermore, the developed system is compared with the current manual system in terms of manpower and cost reduction and productivity increase.

  • 본 논문은 컴퓨터 시스템의 보호 및 데이타 통신의 암호등과 관계가 있는 논리 프로그래밍에 대한 것이다. 본 논문에서 우리는 병력 논리프로그래밍 시스템에 대한 개선된 conteol strategy를 제안하였으며, 이에대한 형식적인 syntax와 semantics등을 정의하였다. 병렬 논리프로그램에 대한 병력성등을 분류하여, 이들이 어떻게 활용되는지 설명하였다. 또한 병렬 논리프로그램의 유도과정과 계산방식이 같은 alternating Turing machine이란 병렬 계산모형을 제안하여, 논리프로그램의 복잡도의 분석과 제안된 idea에 대한 타당성을 ATM을 이용하여 하였다.

  • Machine tools are widely used in mechanical manufacturing corporations, as well as in engineering courses at universities in Vietnam. The PINACHO S-90/200 lathe is particularly popular. This paper aims to research and select an optimal cutting depth to minimize power costs and ensure surface roughness quality when machining upper plain cylindrical turning products with the PINACHO S-90/200 lathe on C45 steel material.

  • The hollow letter CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) is an optimized version of solid CAPTCHA, specifically designed to weaken characteristic information and increase the difficulty of machine recognition. Although convolutional neural networks can solve CAPTCHA in a single step, a good attack result heavily relies on sufficient training data. To address this challenge, we propose a seed filling algorithm that converts hollow characters to solid ones after contour line restoration and applies three rounds of detection to remove noise background by eliminating noise blocks. Subsequently, we utilize a support vector machine to construct a feature vector for recognition. Security analysis and experiments show the effectiveness of this algorithm during the pre-processing stage, providing favorable conditions for subsequent recognition tasks and enhancing the accuracy of recognition for hollow CAPTCHA.

  • 인류는 오랫동안 인간을 대체할 수 있는 자동화된 노동력 또는 지능체를 만들기 위해 노력해 왔다. Turing(1950)이 인간과 같이 생각할 수 있고 대화를 할 수 있는 기계 혹은 시스템의 개발을 제안한 이래로 인공지능이라는 학문분야가 발전하고 있다. 최근 들어 알파고의 등장과 제4차 산업혁명에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 핵심 기술로서 인공지능 기술에 대한 연구가 대학교 연구실뿐만 아니라 기업에서도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 인공지능 기술이 우리의 생활에 깊숙이 파고들면서, 과거에 비하여 사람들의 생활은 많이 편해지고 윤택해진 것은 사실이지만, 다른 한편으로는 여러 가지 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것이다. 기술이 우리의 생활과 사회에 긍정적인 영향만을 주는 것이 아니기 때문에, 기술로 인한 사회의 변화에 대해서 생각해 보고 이에 대한 기술적, 사회적, 정책적 대응을 준비하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 선행연구들의 분석을 통해 AI의 역사와 개념에 대해서 살펴보고, AI기반의 지능형 제품과 지능형 서비스가 일으키는 사회의 변화를 일상생활과 업무환경의 변화 차원에서 분석하여 인공지능으로부터 야기되는 사회의 변화와 정책적 이슈에 대해서 고찰해 보고자 한다.

선삭에서 공구열변형이 표면 형상에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Tool Thermal Deformation on Surface Profiles for Turing Process)

  • During the turning of the workpiece, cutting heat causes thermal deformation of the cutting tool which influences the surface characteristics of the machined part. This paper presents a study of thermal deformation of the cutting tool. For this purpose, cutting tool is modeled based of Pro/Engineering and the thermal deformation is simulated by means of the finite element method. The thermal effect on the surface roughness profile is simulated by using surface-shaping system. It has been shown that the results of simulation are similar to those of experiment.

  • The asphericals lenses are used as objective lens of optical pickup. To examine the design factor the sample product is made before manufacturing of injection mould of lens. The optimum cutting condition of PMMA lens sample with ultra precision SPDT, he main spindle sped, the depth of cut, the feedrate are found. The demanded surface roughness 10nm Ra, aspherical form error 0.5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ P-V for aspherical lens of optical data storage device are satisfied.

하드터닝에서 CBN 공구홀더의 열변형이 가공정밀도에 미치는 영향 (Analysis of Thermal Displacement of PCBN Tool Holder for Machining Accuracy in Hard Turning)

  • The hard turning is a turning operation performed in high strength alloy steels (HRC>30) in order to reach surface roughness close to those obtained in grinding. This is possible because of availability of improved tool materials (polycrystalline cubic boron nitride. PCBN), ad more rigid machine tools. According to many previous work of hard turning mechanism, the maximum temperature of cutting can be raised up to 100$0^{\circ}C$. As the heat generation rate is very high, the thermal displacement of tool holder cannot be negligible. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to analyze effects of high heat generation at CBN tool tip to the thermal displacement of a tool holder in hard turning and finally geometric accuracy. The thermal behavior of a CBN tool holder is investigated by numerical simulation and experiment, and the result shows thermal elongation of microns order is possible during hard turning process.

공구 여유각 변화가 선삭가공의 채터 진동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An experimental Study on the Effect of Relief Angles on the Chatter Vibration in Turing)

  • In this study relationship between relief angles and chatter vibration in turning was examined by using the direct cutting test, in which the cutting depth of a tapered workpiece is varied continuously and the limiting depth of cut is measured at the time when chatter occurs. Test results reveal that 1) limiting depth of cut increases is proportion to side relief angles between 0$^{\circ}$ and 3$^{\circ}$, 2) limiting depth of cut does not show any evident change in spite of side relief angle increased from 3$^{\circ}$ to 12$^{\circ}$, 3) also limiting depth of cut does not change despite front angle change from 0$^{\circ}$ to 12$^{\circ}$.
