An optical true-time delay beam-forming system using a tunable dispersion compensating module (DCM) for dense-wavelength division modulation (DWDM) and a multiwavelength fiber ring laser for a phased array antenna is proposed. The multiwavelength fiber ring laser has one output that includes four wavelengths; and four outputs that include only single-wavelength. The advantage of such a multiwavelength fiber ring laser is that it minimizes the number of devices in the phased array antenna system. The time delays according to wavelengths, which are assigned for each antenna element, are obtained from the tunable DCM. The tunable DCM based on a temperature adjustable Fabry-Perot etalon is used. As an experimental result, a DCM could be used to obtain the change of the beam angle by adjusting the dispersion value of the DCM at the fixed lasing wavelengths of the fiber ring laser in the proposed optical true-time delay.

최근 정보통신 기술의 발전과 함께 M2M(Machine-to-Machine) 산업분야의 시스템이 다기능 고성능화되고 있으며 IoT(Internet of Things), IoE(Internet of Everything)기술 등과 함께 많은 발전해가고 있다[1]. 가장 오래 된 정보통신 기술의 근간인 웹 애플리케이션은 점점 발전하고 고도화 되어가고 있으며 이러한 웹 애플리케이션을 해킹하는 기술도 다양한 관점에서 발전하고 있다. 웹 애플리케이션을 구성하는데 필수적인 파일인 TTF(True Type Font)파일에 대한 보안적 관심이 필요하다. TTF파일을 외부에서 받아옴으로서 웹 애플리케이션에 적용시키는 방식을 사용할 때, 다른 서버에서 URL을 통해 받아오는 TTF파일에 대해 보안적 검사가 제대로 실행되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 TTF파일의 감염과 그 파일에 대한 대응 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

This paper presents an efficient filtering system for a metastable state-based true random number generator. To output a result with high randomness, we use loop-storage for storing the value of metastability. During the metastable state, the output value is accumulated to the storage. When the non-metastable state arises, the stored metastable value will be used for output instead of the result of the non-metastable state. As a result, we can maintain high entropy together with the original throughput.

Nowadays , The function of telecommunication contributes to maintaining the peace of the world, and the internetional cooperation in the communication field can not be emphasized too much. The pioneers in telecommunication field devoted their lives to the Infinite love for humanity. However, the modern communication system in our country was initiated, in the later part of the Lee-Dynasty, not for the international cooperation but for the invasive avarices of the neighbouring nations such as Japan and China. The true internationaL cooprration should be based on the love of humanity and the peace of the world such as the pionreers. This paper proposes to resoarch the historic process of initiation and development of the international organs relating to telecommunication as well as the intenational elecomunication network. Finally, I will make the foIlowing suggestions for the promotive direction of the true international coonperation, 1. Intensification of the radio administrative power 2. Promotion of the international cooperation on the man-power and economy in telecommunication field. 3. Establishment and Adjustment of the research institutes Of telecommunication. 4. Establishment of the world telecommunication network for world-wide peace

본 논문의 목적은 북한을 개방으로 이끌기 위한 정보의 공개이다. 이와 더불어 정보통신을 세계 표준에 맞추어야 세계와 소통이 가능해진다. 북한은 폐쇄 국가이다 보니 독자적으로 표준화를 진행한 것이 많이 있다. 통일을 바라보고 남북의 표준화를 위해서 의사소통이 가능해야 한다. 그리고 가능한 많은 정보를 통하여 북한과 접근이 되어야 진정한 남북협력이라고 할 수 있다. 북한을 개방으로 이끌고 국제기구 (UN)의 일원으로 유도하려면 정보통신이 우선 공개되고 북한의 표준을 이해해야 한다. 그러므로 진정한 민족 통일이 되려면 최우선으로 선행되어야 하는 것은 상호간에 정보통신 표준화를 정책의 최우선과로 통합 했을 때 진정한 통일이 가능해 진다.

천문을 이용한 측위는 과거로부터 육분의(Sextant)를 이용하여 시행하여 왔다. 주로 천측력과 천측계산표를 이용하여 St. Hilaire 방식을 사용하였는데, 현대에는 IT 기술과의 접목으로 LOP(Line of Position) 방식을 원활히 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 과거의 방식 대비 LOP 방식은 항상 위치가 진위(True Position)와 허위(False Position) 두 가지로 나타나게 되는데, 이를 항해사가 반드시 판별하지 않으면 안 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LOP 방식에서 발생하는 허위의 제거를 위해 방위를 이용하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 특히 방위를 이용하게 되는 이론적 고찰을 여러 방법으로 제시하여 그 타당성을 확보하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 본 논문의 이론적 근거가 타당성을 가지고 있음을 평가하였다.

의사소통은 생존과 번식을 위해 필요한 행동을 가능하게 하기 때문에 행동과 진화연구에 중추적이다. 동물의 신호와 관련하여 가장 중요하고 어려운 문제 중의 하나는 의사소통의 정의이다. 넓게 봐서 의사소통은 신호자로부터 수신자로의 정보제공이다. 그러나 신호의 진화는 정보교환으로 신호자와 수신자 모두 적합도가 증가할 때만 가능하다. 이것을 '참의사소통'이라한다. 동물들이 의사소통할 때 감각채널로 흔히 화학물질, 빛, 소리를 이용한다. 화학신호를 이용한 의사소통은 가장 오래되고, 거의 모든 동물들이 사용하는 방법이다. 변조의 용이, 신호생산의 유연성, 빠른 전송 때문에 빛 과 소리를 이용한 의사소통은 보다 많은 양의 정보를 전달할 수 있다. 교미행동과 충돌해결은 동물들이 의사소통하는 가장 흔한 상황이다. 교미행동에 사용되는 신호는 보통 종에 대한 정보와 성적 매력도에 대한 정보를 담고 있으며, 충돌해결에 사용되는 정보는 신호자의 싸움능력에 대한 정보를 담고 있다. 이외에도 동물들이 의사소통하는 상황은 영역방어, 부모자식 상호작용, 사회통합, 환경정보 공유, 자기의사 소통을 포함한다.

"Know thyself" is one of the most famous ancient proverbs. We need to know ourselves to understand others and find true ourselves. Enneagram is one of the tools we can use to do it. It has drawn more and more attention from people by its effectiveness and spiritual depth. It has been widely promoted in both business management and spirituality contexts. It has many concepts to be understood. Holy ideas and virtues are understood to be restored to find our true self which is the purpose of using the Enneagram. Actually, holy ideas and virtues are similar with character qualities which comprise character. In this paper, holy ideas and virtues are matched with corresponding character qualities. To promote transformative process of character development through Enneagram, an app was designed. It has 2 levels. Level 1 is to find personality type and show corresponding character qualities of 9 personality types to users. Level 2 is to find subtypes and Enneagram Levels of Development for further purpose.

본 연구에서는 Landsat-7 ETM+, Landsat-8 OLI 영상과 COMS/GOCI 영상을 이용하여 적조 픽셀의 광학적 특성을 분석하였다. 적조 픽셀을 샘플링하기 위해 Landsat-7, 8 True Color 영상을 활용하였으며, 영상에서 적조 픽셀의 좌표를 획득하였다. 획득된 픽셀의 좌표를 참조하여 동일 해역의 GOCI 영상을 통해 해당픽셀의 흡광 및 수출광량 자료를 획득하였다. 적조가 발생하지 않은 경우 412nm와 660nm 파장대에서 주흡광을 보인 것에 비해 적조 픽셀의 경우 660nm에서 주흡광을 보였으며, 412nm에서는 흡광량이 현저히 줄어든 것을 확인하였다. 수출광량의 경우 스펙트럼 형태에서는 큰 차이가 없었으나, 수출광량의 절대값이 적조 픽셀의 경우 낮게 나타났으며, 특히 660nm와 680nm 파장대에서 수출광량 감소가 크게 나타났다.
