도금시뮬레이션의 이해와 적용사례 (Understanding of Plating Simulation)

  • 도금 시뮬레이션 기법은 도금 용액 개발에서부터 도금설비 제작, 공정 최적화 및 trouble shooting에 이르기까지 도금 산업 전반에서 응용이 될 수 있다. 현재 우리나라에서는 도금 시뮬레이션을 연구하는 연구자나 적용하여 사용하는 도금 업체는 매우 드물다. 본 발표에서는 도금 시뮬레이션 기법에 대한 이론과 절차 등을 설명하고 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하여 공정 최적화나 도금 두께 균일화를 이룬 몇 가지 사례에 대하여 소개하고자 하였다.

설계민감도 해석을 이용한 승용차의 스티어링 휠 아이들 진동 개선 (Improvement of Steering-Wheel Idle Vibration in a Passenger Car using Design Sensitivity Analysis)

  • In the prototype stage of a car developing program, the efficiency of trouble shooting is an important factor to be considered. Structural modifications by the design sensitivity analysis are applied to a steering wheel system for improving the idle vibration of the prototype passenger car. For the design sensitivity analysis, the experimental modal analysis for the steering system attached to a body-in-white is fulfilled and the modal parameters extracted from the experimental data are used to predict the effect of structural modification, The design sensitivity results rank the locations to be reinforced in terms of frequency variation. The modification of steering system according to the sensitivity analysis results shifted the resonant frequency of the system effectively. In addition, the idle test of the car after the structural modifications f steering system shows that the proposed method can reduce vibration of the steering wheel efficiently.

레이다 도파관의 작동상태점검법에 관한 연구 (A Studyu on the Waveguide Running Condition Inspection of Radar)

  • Many new radar techniques have appeared on the electronic scene in recent years, such as a variety of automatic computer processing. However, even with the advent of these sophisticated radar techniques, an old problem continues to plague all radars: the problem of transmission line losses. With the higher performance required today, the Waveguide testing and trouble-shooting techniques remain essentially unchanged in principle. This paper dealt with the rf pulse "Time-domain Reflectometry" to inspect radar wave-guide system and compared with the conventional methods. During the investigation, it was verified that the pulsed TDR for wave-guide is superior to the conventional methods; 1. Disassembling is not needed to locate the discontinity points and measure the reflections of trobled points. 2. The results of the data are more precise. 3. The condition of individual component is able to the photographed and recorded permanently. 4. Since rf pulse TDR is based on the well-known basic radar principle, such a test set requires the minimum of training to operate. With the level of transmission line problems, the prospect of increasing complexity of equipment, and no relief in sight, the benifits must be emphasizied to adopt such a testing procedure.procedure.

  • Apartment and large residence buildings are necessary to ensure a comfortable noise/vibration environment. So. it must be performed a anti-vibration/noise evaluation at early design stage, such as utility room arrangement, machinery installation method and so on. In this paper. environment noise status on problem areas, which was issued by resident. was investigated to understand the noise transmission property generated from underground machinery room and to device a optimized countermeasure in order to enhance noise environment. Also, the measured noise levels before and after modification works are compared to confirm the effectiveness of proposed countermeasure.

  • The vibration reduction process for the driver comfort of a forklift truck is studied in this study since the related driver comfort is a primary design target in the vehicle design recently. However, the underlying study for a vibration analysis regarding to the driver comfort is still an element stage. Thus, a preceding large work has to be needed to apply the CAE technology for the detail vehicle design, and it prevents the vehicle optimal design. To reduce the proceeding large works, the evaluated process and required data are comply with the accumulated trouble shooting experiences in this study. Since the driver comfort is a human related problem, the human vibration index associated with analysis vibration result is additionally introduced as a driver comfort judgement value.

  • A company needs to maintain its machines always workable in order to keep the manufacturing time minimal. If any troubles un, they should be fixed as soon as possible. But, the complexity of modem machines make the trouble shooting difficult. So, it is important that the monitoring system for automated production system to fix every trobule easily. In this paper new, inverter control system for TG feedback a formula Control was developed. The motor control system with TG feedback controller as an effect of load disturbance, it is very difficult to guarantee the robustness of Control System. The function of the implementation are TG feedback type, and temperature scheme. The Inverter Control System approach is based on master-slave control concept. To show validity of the developed new inverter control system severial experiments are illustrated.

  • 1990 년대 이후 초고속인터넷 확산으로 인해 전자 상거래 서비스가 급속히 확산되고 있다. SLA란 서비스 제공자와 고객간의 협약으로 서비스 제공자가 서비스 품질을 보증하기 위한 제도이다. 전자 상거래 시스템은 비즈니스 트랜잭션이 처리되어야 하므로 QoS 보장은 매우 중요함에도 불구하고, 전자 상거래를 위한 SLA에 대한 연구는 아직 미진한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 전자 상거래 서비스의 QoS 측정 지표를 정의한 후 자동화된 처리가 가능한 SLA 관리 프레임워크를 설계하고 서버 환경 장애 발생 시 장애 복구에 대한 처리 흐름을 제안한다.

  • 신장은 간장과 가장 유기적인 관계가 깊은 장기로 혈액 중에서 체내 신진대사 결과 생긴 노폐물을 걸러내 오줌을 만들어 체외로 배출하는 기능을 한다. 그러나 신장은 문제가 발생할 경우 인체가 느끼는 자각증상이 크지 않기 때문에 장기 파손이 상당 부분 진행되어야 그 증상을 알게 된다. 따라서 사회적으로 신장 질환 진단에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 한방의 4대 진단법 중에서 망진과 청진 분야를 이용하여 신장질환에 대한 진단 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 개발할 시스템은 크게 두 가지로 나누어진다. 하나는 입력 영상에 대한 보정을 통해 정확한 색상 값을 추출하고 최적화된 결과 영상을 통해 신장과 관련된 얼굴에서의 지각 부분의 색을 분석하고 그 값을 이용하여 신장 질환 진단을 하고자 한다. 또 하나는 신장과 음성 신호와의 관계론 비교, 분석하여 이를 입증하는 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 끝으로 실험을 통해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.

  • This study aims to offer base line data for efficient conflicts control measures by first, analyzing the current situation of the regional comprehensive development project and second, identifying level, type and cause of the conflicts appeared during the development business promotion. For this purpose, theoretical side of this study establishes a basic frame by reviewing the existing researches in order to analyze the characteristics of the conflicts between the participation subjects in the development business, and the empirical side conducts survey and analysis on the awareness on these conflicts. As a result of the analysis, the survey revealed the followings. First, the respondents were aware of the overall promotions of the business quite positively, second, the conflicts were considered as a major obstacle against the development project promotion just as the other negative factors, third, majority of the responses on the seriousness of the conflicts were neutral which meant that the conflicts could be deepened by situations, fourth, most respondents had positive recognition on the needs of conflict control training and its effectiveness, and last but not least, most respondents of the survey revealed their intentions to take parts in trouble shooting from the conflicts. Based on the results above, we were able to extract several elements to consider preparing the countermeasures for the conflicts. First, specific plan should be arranged and institutionalized in order to control the conflicts between the residents at the initial stage of the development business or even before. Second, the specific plan must lower its threshold for easy participation of the residents in that region and make the residents main body of the conflict control. Third, enhanced conflict control education must be provided to the residents of the region where comprehensive development plan is in progress or being prepared.

  • This paper is the forth paper of several companion papers which compare the method of Air-Fuel ratio determination. In the previous work, various AFR calculations were performed for various fuels and the results were compared with each other. The comparison, however, were limited to numerical value and estimation of each equation or method was insufficient. In this paper, the overall estimation of the methods was attempted. Also, the method of trouble shooting of instrumentation was presented. Through the estimation of methods, it is concluded that the Eltinge method contains inherently the most perfect thermal dissociation model as far as the exhaust composition is concerned; therefore, this might be regarded as the most general equation of AFR determination among the existing ones. The others might be considered as approximate form. In addition, the mal-distribution factor in Eltinge method is qualitatively equivalent to thermal dissociation chemical equilibrium constant K. Lastly, it is illustrated that all instrumentation error, including the sampling line leakage, can be easily detected through the analyzing the exhaust component on the Eltinge chart.
