  • Monitoring of the cutting trouble is necessarily required to do Factory Automation and Intelligent manufacturing system.   • This paper proposes new methods which are used for trouble detecting and tolerance of IED in IEC61850 based Substation Automation System. There are three point devices for construction of this system: Trouble Detection IED, Backup IED and Engineering Unit. Trouble Detection IED tests trouble of Bay IED and sends the result to Engineering Unit. And then Engineering Unit is able to control the system. When fault occurs in Bay IED, Backup IED will be substitute the troubled Bay IED. If this proposed scheme can be used in this system, the reliability of the Power System would be greatly improved.

  • This dissertation finds out trouble types and occurrence regions using the faulty statistics of nondestructive test items in rolling stock parts of the Seoul Metro and using mechanical test about defective and broken parts with broken surface observation, cutting examination about trouble region, hardness experiment and tensile test. Also this dissertation finds out cause of trouble and damage through observation of microscopic formation using metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope, residual stress measurement about welding parts and damage diagnosis about defective and broken parts. Moreover it will present the improved plan of nondestructive method about trouble and the removal method of defect and repair welding and find solutions of reliability in parts and preventive maintenance.

  • As the quantity of transported goods increases, there is a lot of mechanical trouble with loading facilities. So it tremendously produces not only economic loss but also time loss. To reduce the loss from the trouble of leading facilities, it is necessary to analyse the distribution of the problem's occurrence and use the analyzed data to minimize the outbreak of trouble. So the data can be usefully used when designing or manufacturing and it also can be utilized for proper maintenance of operating equipment, frequency of inspection and repair, know-how of checking on equipment and purchasing of spare parts. And it is possible to minimize the loss if the propel maintenance is adapted

  • Several aspects of the conscious about somatotype were analized for the young females and the middle-aged womenhood of Korea. the questionaires were sent to sample of students of university and the middle-age womenhood in Kwangju. the data from 233 respondants were analysed in using frequency, crosstabs and t-test. The results were as follows: 1. Korean young females tend to have shorter and slimmer in trunk, taller in height and lighter in weight than somatotype of the middle-aged women. 2. Of the trouble of somatotype, young females tend to have much the trouble about the thickness of thigh and the middle-aged women tend to have much the trouble about the thickness of waist, hip. 3. Korean young females tend to have much the trouble of somatotype than that of the middle-aged women. 4. And then, most young female had strong aspiration to be slim about somatotype than that of middle-aged women.

Postoperative Quality of Life after Total Gastrectomy Compared with Partial Gastrectomy: Longitudinal Evaluation by European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer-OG25 and STO22

  • Purpose: The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality-of-life questionnaire-OG25 was developed to evaluate the quality of life in patients with stomach and esophageal cancer. The following are included in the OG25 but not in the STO22: odynophagia, choked when swallowing, weight loss, trouble eating with others, trouble swallowing saliva, trouble talking, and trouble with coughing. In this study, we evaluated the quality of life of gastrectomized patients using both, the OG25 and the STO22. Materials and Methods: A total of 138 patients with partial gastrectomy (PG) (distal gastrectomy=91; pylorus-preserving gastrectomy=47) and 44 patients with total gastrectomy (TG) were prospectively evaluated. Body weight and scores from the OG25 and STO22 were evaluated preoperatively and at 3 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months after surgery. Results: Patients with TG had significant weight loss compared to patients with PG. At 3 months, TG was associated with worse scores for dysphagia, eating, odynophagia, trouble eating with others, trouble with taste, and weight loss on the OG25. TG was also associated with dysphagia, eating restrictions, and anxiety on the STO22. The OG25 helped differentiate between the groups with respect to weight loss, odynophagia, choked when swallowing, and trouble eating with others. The OG25 scores changed over time and were significantly different. Conclusions: The OG25 is a more sensitive and useful scale than the STO22 for evaluating the quality of life of gastrectomized patients, especially those with total gastrectomy.

  • 개폐장치중 GIS는 전력기술발전과 함께 국토가 좁고 도심이 갑작스럽게 팽창되는 우리나라 현실에서 빠르게 보급되어 운전되고 있는 실정이다. 우리나라의 GIS의 도입은 1970년대말 유럽으로부터 Maintenance Free 목적으로 도입되었고 800kV급까지 국산화에 성공하여 국내 및 세계전력시장에 보급되고 있다. 그러나 GIS Trouble도 다양하게 발생하고 있으며 그중에서도 한국전력에서 조사한 2000년이후 MV급(25.8kV) GIS Trouble 이력을 조사한 결과 조작기구부와 조작회로의 Trouble이 크게 차지하고 있으며 조작기구부와 조작회로를 구성하는 주요부품의 Trouble에서 기인된 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 따라 향후 도입될 예정인 MV급 친환경절연 개폐장치는 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 조작회로는 전력IT의 산물인 IED를 도입하였고 조작기구부는 사용환경 상태보다 약간 상회하는 온도와 습도변화를 통하여 구성하는 유기물 부품에 대한 가속열화를 촉진시켜 동작시간과 Stroke의 동작변화 추이를 확인하는 고, 저온 동작특성시험을 도입하게 되었다.
