본 논문에서는 6시그마와 TRIZ 방법론 분석을 통한 각 방법론의 이해를 높이고, 이를 바탕으로 서로 방법론간의 연계의 필요성을 확인 및 방법론 간 연계를 위한 연계 프로세스 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 사례를 통한 검증과 그 시너지 효과를 제시하고자 한다.

This paper represents a study on the development of the conceptual design for a skateboard by TRIZ. At first the problems of a commercial skateboard were analyzed. And its development objective was defined in connection with the theory of the system improvement trend. The developed conceptual design was compared with a commercial skateboard. The skateboard riding action analysis with a motion capture equipment shows the developed skateboard more efficient than the commercial one.

The founder of TRIZ, Genrich Altshuller, discovered forty patterns of inventive solutions, known as 40 Inventive Principles, extracting them from tens of thousands of technical patents. It was found further that 40 Inventive Principles are applicable not only for every technical field, but also for non-technical spheres - finance, business, management, marketing, social relations, education and etc. This paper extends the area of reliability through TRIZ. Enclosed are several examples how 40 Inventive Principles have been used in the reliability enhancement in the literature.

The construction industry is hard to apply to the statistical methodology of 6-sigma. For example, it is hard to verification of fraction defective through quantity production. So, in this research the proposed approach for effective process of technology development through establish of innovative methodology reflecting constructional characteristics. Few studies have progressed in construction industry, but there are so many examples using 6-sigma for applying to customer needs at the product development or process improvement in manufacturing business. So this research proposed the design methodology using QFD of 6-sigma and TRIZ.

This paper describes the development process of mosquito trap with the effect of air cleaning by using the substance-field analysis and evolution pattern of systems in the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). This paper describes the Blue Ocean Strategy and Business TRIZ (Russian Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) Tactics as one method for knowledge creation and innovation. The opening new market avoiding keen competition is very popular recently and is not just prosper, but survival problem. As one new strategy for finding new market, the Blue Ocean Strategy gives the big blueprint for new market, but has no enough tools to make more concrete ideas. In this paper, we suggest using the Strategy Campus and other tools in the Blue Ocean Strategy at initial stage and then, compensating the TRIZ principles to make more concrete ideas for new market as tactics. We applied it to find the new market for conventional newspaper industry and EBS (Education Broadcast System) management innovation in Korea as case studies and got better results comparing to using only the Blue Ocean Strategy.

TRIZ is one of the most famous tools for creative problem solving. However, it is said that TRIZ is complicated and difficult to understand and apply to solve problems. In order to resolve these difficulties, this paper presents S-ARIZ, a simplified ARIZ(the algorithm for inventive problem solving). S-ARIZ revised ARIZ-85C on two ways. First, cause and effect analysis is used to define core technical contradictions and control parameters for the physical contradictions. Second, we add 5 inventive principles which revised SIT(systematic inventive thinking) partially to IFR-1 definition (Step 3-2 of ARIZ-85C) to solve the intensified technical contradictions systematically and effectively. It is expect that S-ARIZ can contribute to the rapid spread of TRIZ.
