본 논문에서는 여러 개의 방을 가진 여러 빌딩을 하나의 서버 관리자가 멀티미디어적으로 제어 할 수 있는 대규모의 Multimedia Security System(멀티미디어 시큐리티 시스템)을 제안하고 구현하였다. 기존의 센서를 이용한 방식이 가지고 있는 침입자에 의한 보안 시설의 해체 등의 문제점과 기존의 멀티미디어 시큐리티 분야가 가지고 있는 방 하나나 한 빌딩의 침입자 감지를 했던 시스템에서 벗어나 다수의 방과 다수의 빌딩을 동시에 감시하여 컴퓨터 비젼기술을 이용, 차후 침입자의 행동 패턴을 파악할 수 있도록 침입자의 경로까지 파악하여 DB에 저장하는 시스템을 연구하였다.

Recently, people tracking technology is being required to various area including security application. This paper suggests a method to track people with multiple laser scanners to detect the waist part of human. Multi-target model and Kalman filter based estimation are employed to track the human movement. The proposed method is applied to a novel system to monitor the entrance area and to filter out the trespasser to pass through the door without identification. Experiments for various cases are performed to verify the usefulness of the developed system.

MRT has various surveillance systems for passenger's safety and facility protection which are consisted of fire detection, trespasser observation and so on. However, these systems are not closely related each other because it is designed just for its own purpose, so it could be make wrong decision to surveillance system without important information to determine an accident or disaster. For more accurate event detection, surveillance system needs total situation-aware method using complementary data. This study introduces context-aware system for complex and accurate event detection. Therefore, we apply context-aware system to MRT surveillance system, selecting context-aware parameters and appling them to it.

논문에서는 지식재산권 문제로 특허심판소송으로 기업인들이 많은 피해를 입은 경험사례를 바탕으로 한 실태분석 결과를 나타냈다. 우리나라 기업에서 느끼는 특허소송에 대한 특허권침해와 관련하여 특허권자 및 침해자 입장에서 취해야 할 대응전략을 제시했다. 중소기업에서 특허권을 침해하는 경우, 특허권을 남용하는 경우, 영업비밀을 누설하는 경우, 직무발명을 누설하는 경우 등에 관하여 특허권자와 침해자 입장에 대한 대응책을 제시하였다.
