송전선용 대용량 신호결합장치의 설계 (Design of an Inductive Coupler for Power Transmission line)

  • An inductive coupler, which feeds communication to the electric power transmission line, is required to establish Power Line Communication(PLC). The electro-magnetic property of magnetic core and design technology for coupler are very important to manufacture an inductive coupler for power transmission line. The magnetic core with superior electro-magnetic property was manufactured by using nano-crystalline alloy and an inductive coupler, which can operate at the maximum 2,000 A current, was designed and manufactured by establishment of current saturation, signal out winding, and electro-magnetic simulation in this study. Communication speed of 14 Mbps in 600 m communication distance of the real electric power transmission line was obtained by using the inductive coupler and application possibility of the inductive coupler for the electric power transmission line was certified.

  • HMT is a type of continuously variable transmission which has split power flow path characteristics with gear train and hydro static unit. The benefit of improved fuel economy and high power capacity enables it to be a promising application fur large vehicles. This paper presents the analysis results including velocity, static torque, transmission efficiency and dynamic model of the HMT that is developed for city buses. The speeds or gear shafts, the static clutch torque and split power ratio for each mode are detailed here. From the analysis of HMT transmission efficiency considering the power loss in meshed gear and hydraulic unit, we can conclude that minimization of hydraulic power is necessary for improved fuel economy design. Also, the dynamic simulation result for mode shift characteristics shows that little shift shock is observed because of the synchronized rotation speed in clutch.

  • A forklift (also called a lift truck) is a powered industrial truck that is used to lift and transport materials. It has become an indispensable piece of equipment in manufacturing and warehousing operations. The modem forklift is equipped with automatic transmission to meet the requirement of loading and easy operation of the vehicle. This paper proposes the design of TECU(Transmission Electronic Control Unit) which is applied to PSD322-Axle transmission. Garofalo's control technique is generally used to the automatic transmission. We consider the work quality and market requirement that does not want to control engine throttle. This paper proposes new controller system which guarantees efficient speed changes with simple system. This new system does not control the engine throttle spontaneously. But it has the load of engine and vehicle as a maximum disturbance. The scope of the disturbance is limited to the stoll area of the torque converter. This paper proposes a ideal control commander that converges relative velocity of the input and ouput of a clutch into a zero. We design linear controller to execute the idea control commander. We applied the control algorithm to the forklift of PSD322-Axle type and the performance of this controller was verified.

통신해양기상위성 센서 데이터 송수신 시스템의 시스템 위상 잡음 스펙트럼 (System Phase Noise Spectrum of the Transmission and Receiving System for COMS Sensor Data)

  • 본 논문에서는 통신해양기상위성 센서 데이터 송수신 시스템의 요구 시스템 위상 잡음 스펙트럼 분포도를 제안하였다. 위상 잡음 영향을 최소화하기 위한 해석된 수신 설계 파라미터를 기반으로 센서 측정 신호인 raw, LRIT 및 HRIT 데이터 전송에 적합한 위상 잡음 특성을 제시하였다. 제안된 위상 잡음 특성은 전송 채널상에서 발생하는 주파수 신호 자원의 위상 잡음 영향을 최소화하며, 서비스 단말에 양호한 전송 성능을 제공한다. 또한 제안된 위상 잡음 스펙트럼은 센서 데이터 송수신 시스템의 주파수 발생원의 신호 특성으로 설계할 수 있도록 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반 전송기술인 TCP/IP 네트워크의 한 분야인 AoIP(Audio over Internet Protocol)를 기반으로 한 음향전송시스템을 구현하기 위하여 최근 들어 연구하고 있는 다양한 음향전송 시스템들을 탐구하여 가장 효율적으로 구현이 가능한 전송방법을 채택하여 AoIP기반 음향전송시스템의 설계와 구현을 하였다. 구현된 시스템은 소규모의 구내 방송시스템을 비롯하여 대규모의 분산 네트워크가 필요한 다양한 프로페셔널 음향 시스템에 적용 할 수 있으며, 향후 다양한 분야에 응용하여 자동으로 음향신호를 전송하는 시스템으로의 확장 가능성을 제시하였다.

터널식 전력구 쉴드TBM 선정 및 기본설계 사양 제시에 관한 연구 (Study on selection and basic specifications design of shield TBM for power cable tunnels)

  • 터널식 전력구는 지중으로 전력을 공급하기 위한 구조물 중 하나이며, 도심지 및 해저구간을 통과하는 구간에 쉴드TBM 공법을 활용하여 안정적으로 건설을 추진한다. 전력구 건설의 경우에는 수직구 심도가 깊어 주로 암반지반을 굴착하며, 암반대상 밀폐형 쉴드TBM 선정에 대한 고찰이 필요하였다. 또한, 지반조사 보고서 결과를 바탕으로 범용적이고, 간단한 설계방법이 필요하였다. 이에 실대형 굴진시험, 누적 굴진데이터, 수치해석을 종합하여 쉴드TBM 설계방법과 관련 프로그램을 개발하였다. 프로그램 결과에 대해 검증을 수행하고자 준공된 전력구 1개 현장의 굴진데이터를 활용하였다. 굴진데이터의 모집단을 추정하기 위해 커널밀도추정 방법을 도입하여 추력, 토크, 동력의 기본사양에 대해 검증을 완료하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 쉴드TBM 설계업무 전문성 강화 및 안정적 전력공급의 사용자 편익증대를 기대할 수 있다.

  • Recently, a rapid increase of electricity demands have made Transmission & Substation device large-sized. complicated and diverse. Moreover, a rising level of customer's requirement and high growth of industry increase the reliability of electricity service. Therefore on the basis of the case study on the occurrence of fault, the prevention of defects for each device and the analyzing of the outbreak and prevention of systematic breakdown in Sin-Incheon Power Transmission Branch Office, this paper presents some important matters and suggests the method of improvement in design, construction, maintenance, and repairing the Transmission & Substation device.

  • A transmission class high-temperature superconducting(HTS) power cable system is being developed in Korea. For insulation design of this cable the grading method of insulating paper is proposed. Two kinds of laminated polypropylene paper that has different thickness has been used as the electrical insulation material. The use of graded insulation gives improved mechanical bending properties of the cable. In a HTS cable technology the terminations are important components. A HTS cable termination is energized with the line-to-ground voltage between the coaxial center and outer surrounding conductors. in the axial direction. There is also a temperature difference from ambient to about 77 K. For insulation design of this termination, glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) was used as the insulation material of the termination body, and the capacitance-graded method is proposed. This paper will report on the experimental investigations on impulse breakdown and surface flashover characteristics of the insulation materials for insulation design of a transmission class HTS power cable and termination. Based on these experimental data, the electrical insulation design of a transmission class HTS power cable and termination was carried out.

전력구트라프내간접수냉방식에서의 송전용량 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Variation of the Transmission Capacity by External water Cooled System with Trough in Tunnel)

  • As one of the forced cooling method of the underground power transmission system, external water cooled system with trough in tunnel was investigated. This study is performed on thermal analysis for a standard condition to determine the cable transmission current of the underground power transmission system about the cooling facility. A parametric study was performed for the inlet water temperatures, flow rates, the inlet air velocities, flow rates and the cooling spans. This study shows that the cable transmission current varies within the allowable limitation in compliance with the variation of inlet water temperatures and flow rates. It exhibits little variations for the most intervals in compliance with the variation of inlet air temperatures and flows. But, the cable transmission current fast reduces for a specified interval and consequently affects the underground transmission system. As a result, when the actual forced cooling system is designed, the design conditions of inlet air have to be considered as the most important parameters in determination of the cable transmission current.

  • The structural methodology in designing a transmission tower have been performed to assume a simple truss behavior. But there're quite differences between a simple truss behavior and a real one. A suitable explanation for a structural stability can be expressed as a semi-rigid connection instead of the assumed hinged connection. This study proposes an alternative structural analysis modelling strategy for the transmission tower design. Proposed element models are truss element model, beam element model, and combined beam-truss element model. The static finite element analysis shows that there's a moment distribution between a mainpost member and the other bracing member.
