154 kV급 고온초전도 변압기의 중성선용 60 kV 부싱의 기초 절연설계 (The Basic Insulation Design of 60 kV Bushing for Netural Line of 154 kV Class HTS Transformer)

  • A common problem in many fields of cryogenic power engineering is applying high voltage to cold parts of superconducting apparatus. In many cases, a bushing provides electrical insulation for the conductor which makes the transition from ambient temperature to the cold environment. The 60 kV class cryogenic high voltage bushing for neutral line of the 154 kV / 100MVA high temperature superconducting (HTS) transformer was described. The bushing is energized with the line-to-ground voltage between the coaxial center and outer surrounding conductors; in the axial direction, there was a temperature difference from ambient to about 77 K. For the insulation design of cryogenic bushing, electrical insulation characteristics of the GFRP were discussed in this paper.

마이크로파대 평면형 광대역 전력 분배기 설계 (Design of A Microwave Planar Broadband Power Divider)

  • 본 논문에서는 마이크로파대 광대역 다단 평면형 전력분배기의 설계방법과 구조를 새로이 제안하였다. 제시된 마이크로파 광대역 전력분배기의 설계과정은 평면형 다단 3-포트 하이브리드와 도파관트랜스포머 설계로 구성되었다. 다단 전력분배기는 최적화된 λ/4 트랜스포머 설계이론에 근거를 두고 있다. 두 인접 출력포드의 광대역 격리 특성을 얻기위해, 기모드 등기회로는 저항 같은 손실소자를 사용하여 정합되어야 한다. 기모드 정합소자 값을 계산하기 위한 설계공식은 단일 종단 여파기 설계이론으로부터 유도하였다. 도파관 트랜스포머단의 형상은 하우징 금속전계벽의 영향으로 인한 도파관 모드와 같은 고차모드의 전파를 억제하기 위해 설계되었다. 따라서, 설계된 각각의 도파관 트랜스포머단에서는 제안된 마이크로파 광대역 전력 분배기의 동작주파수 영역에서 모두 감쇄모드(evanescent mode)로 동작하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 마이크로파 광대역 전력분배기의 검증을 위해, 다단 전력 분배기의 시뮬레이션과 실험 결과들을 제시하였다. 시뮬에이션과 실험 결과는 다단 전력분배기의 우수한 성능을 보여준다.

  • This paper presents the numerical analysis of piezoelectric devices using three-dimensional finite element analysis. The characteristic of piezoelectric transducer, such as mechanical displacement and electrical are analyzed and the validity is confirmed by experiments Applying the finite element routine to a piezoelectric transformer, the resonance features electrical impedance. the ratio of step-up voltage and vibration mode of piezoelectric transformer are calculated numerically By using three-dimensional finite element method effects of width variation to resonance features, electrical input impedance and the voltage step-up ratio for a piezoelectric transformer, can be considered in design procedure.

  • The life expectancy of a transformer largely depends on the temperature-rise it experiences. If the temperature-rise exceeds limits specified in the design standards, the aging of insulating materials is accelerated and the capability of the cooling medium is deteriorated. Consequently, applicable limits for the temperature-rise are essential in designing the transformer and the coolers, demanding the estimation of the transformer's thermal behavior. In order to analyze the temperature characteristics of the transformer, numerical analysis by way of the commercial CFD code has been carried out, and temperature-rise testing to verify computed results was performed. The results obtained in this study show that there is a good agreement between computed outcomes and experimental outcomes.

  • In this paper, a practical implementation to reduce leakage flux of a high-frequency inverter based non-contact type power transformer composed of EE-shape ferrite cores is presented for key technology of the next generation medical use X-ray CT scanner system. Design consideration for the unique structure of the non-contact power transformer with 900mm in diameter is also introduced. The complete non-contact transformer is actually arranged by several blocks of the magnetic circuit assembled by using 10 small EE shape cores with 120mm in length. It is experimentally and analytically discussed from a reduced leakage flux viewpoint related to its inductively coupling coefficient. A practical method to lower the leakage flux is described based on effective Copper-Sheet- Treatment placed on EE shape ferrite cores of magnetic circuit.

  • This paper presents the first domestic model product of hybrid Insulation low-loss type pole transformer, with increased overload ability, increased life, reduced loss, focusing improved short-circuit characteristics. The capacity of this transformer is 100 KVZ, rates first voltage 13200 V and secondary voltage 230/115 type. The volume of model transformer that was produced in high temperature using hybrid insulation can be reduced to 10-20% in comparison with that of present transformer with the same capacity. In this paper, we did short-circuit test and tested general characteristics of model transformer. In addition, we suggested design application new concept and methods thorough this experiment.

  • 본 논문은 LVI시험기 및 모델 변압기의 설계와 제작에 관하여 기술하였다. 이들을 이용하여 LVI 시험 분석기 술을 개발하였다. LVI시험기는 본테, 터미널 박스 및 케이블로 구성하였고, ANSI규격에서 요구하는 출력특성을 갖는 것으로 평가되었다. 모델변압기는 탭들을 만들어 변압기의 권선변형 모델을 만들 수 있도록 하였고, LVI시험기로써 실험을 실시하여 LVI시험분석 기술에 관하여 논하였다.

  • We introduce the trend, of several countries, to the gas insulated transformer recently coming into the spot light by the advantages of less weight, GIS-lization, low noise level and easiness to decrease environmental pollutions, and the insulating gases. the cooling media and the insulating materials used for transformer. Hereinafter, additively the design of proto type $SF_6$ gas insulated transformer (insulation, cooling), which was developed by us(HICO) from 1987. 2 through 1990. 3, the manufacturing processes(leak protection, pressure, drying of main body), the accessories, the protective system, the cooling system, the method and the results of test and the evaluation of economics compared with conventional oil-filled transformer are represented.

  • This paper presents a design methodology of a distribution transformer with condition monitoring sensors and its data processing unit. The proposed distribution transformer includes various type of condition monitoring sensors such as load current/voltage, temperature and heat aging of insulating oil. The data processing unit is installed at the distribution transformer site. It integrates sensed data and transmits these to a central server system. The proposed distribution transformer and its data processing unit will help an on-line condition monitoring system for distribution transformers.

  • 본 논문에서는 주기적 접지구조(PAGS)를 이용하여 실리콘 RFIC 반도체 기판상에 다단 임피던 스변환기를 제작 평가하였다. 제작된 임피던스변환기의 면적은 종래의 약 8.7 %인 0.026 $mm^2$이며, 8 ~ 49.5 GHz의 범위에서 양호한 RF특성을 보여주었다.
