온라인 정신간호학실습교육을 받은 간호학생의 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors affecting the Problem-Solving Ability of Nursing Students who have received Online Psychiatric Nursing Practicum)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 정신간호학실습을 받은 간호학생의 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 시행되었다. 2020년 3월16일부터 6월19일까지 간호학과 4학년 280명에게 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 𝑥2-test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석하였다. 분석결과 각 변수의 평균은 학습만족도 4.03±.70, 학습자기효능감 5.69±.82, 전이동기 5.52±.86이었고, 문제해결능력은 3.65±.41이었다. 학습만족도와 문제해결능력(r=.387, p<.001), 학습자기효능감과 문제해결능력(r=.576, p<.001), 전이동기와 문제해결능력(r=.536, p<.001)간 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별(𝛽=.11), 평균성적(𝛽=.12), 전공선택의 개인적 동기(𝛽=-.12), 간호학전공만족도(𝛽=.13), 학습자기효능감(𝛽=.36)과 전이동기(𝛽=.16)로 변수의 설명력은 41.4%이었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 문제해결능력과 관련된 변수간의 인과관계를 파악하기 위한 후속연구가 요구된다.

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19 pandemic으로 간호대학생의 정신간호학 임상실습이 제한되면서 블랜디드 러닝을 기반으로 한 정신간호학실습 프로그램을 개발하고 의사소통 능력, 협력적 자기효능감 및 학습전이동기에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 연구는 2021년 10월 18일부터 2021년 12월 11일까지 간호대학생 64명이 참여하였으며 온라인 구글설문지를 이용하여 실습 전과 실습 후에 설문지를 완성하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술적 통계, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자는 블렌디드 러닝을 기반으로 한 정신간호학실습프로그램 전에 비해 후에 의사소통 능력, 협력적 자기효능감과 학습전이동기가 유의미하게 상승되었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 블렌디드 러닝을 기반으로 한 정신간호학실습프로그램의 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 추후 포스트 코로나 상황에서도 임상현장실습을 대체하여 적용할 수 있는 정신간호학실습교육의 실행성과 후속연구의 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

여성 베이비부머의 결혼기 자녀에 대한 자원이전 인식 (Female Baby Boomers' Perceptions on Resource Transfers to their Children Who Have Gotton Married or Plan on Getting Married)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the resource transfer process from female baby boomers to their children who have gotten married or plan on getting married. The following research questions were explored. (1)To what extent have female baby boomers been transferring their resources to their children supporting marriage or vice versa? (2)What are the opinions of female baby boomers on future resource transfer plans to their children? (3)What are the opinions of female baby boomers on supporting themselves in their old age, and those of their children on supporting their aging parents? In-depth interviews were conducted with 11 female baby boomers who were born between 1955 to 1963. A case study research method was used to analyze the interview results. The findings were as follows. First, economic resource was the most common type of resources that the interviewees transferred to their children. Those who could not transfer their economic resources instead transferred their instrumental resources. Second, it was anticipated that the current trend of interviewees' resource transfers would be similar in the future. In other words, those who used to transfer a large amount of economic resources to their children showed their willingness to do the same in the future. Third, the interviewees did not expect support from their children, but rather were trying to prepare for their old age by themselves. Based on the overall results, the female baby boomers' transferring economic resources to their children implied that they took responsibility for their children. This appears to stem more from to altruistic motivation than reciprocal motivation. Moreover, it can be cautiously concluded that female baby boomers have different perspectives on the transfer of their resources from male's since the interviewees had different opinions on it from their husbands'.

초등학교 과학 수업에서 개념도 활용의 효과 (The Effects of Using Concept Mapping as an Instructional Tool in Elementary School Science Classes)

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of using concept mapping as an instructional tool on 4th graders' achievement, science learning motivation, and attitude toward science classes. Two classes (38 students) from an elementary school were respectively assigned to a control group and a treatment group. Students were taught about "expansion of matter by heat" and "heat transfer". These topics were chosen because they require students to understand more concepts as well as relationships among them. A science learning motivation test and an attitude toward science classes test were administered as pretests. A researcher-made achievement test, the science learning motivation test, and the attitude toward science classes test were administered as posttests. The results indicated that using concept mapping in 4th-grade science classes was not significantly effective in improving students' achievement though a statistically significant positive effect was found in the subcategory of knowledge. No statistically significant effect of using concept mapping was found in the scores of the science learning motivation test and the attitude toward science classes test. Educational implications are discussed.

  • Direct Numerical Simulation was carried out to predict mass transfer in turbulent flow around a rotating stepped cylinder. This investigation is a follow-up study of DNS of turbulent flow in Nesic et al. [Corrosion, Vol. 56, No. 10, pp. 1005 - 1014] The original motivation of this work stemmed from the efforts to design a simple device which can generate flows of high turbulence intensity at low cost for corrosion researchers. Two cases were considered; Sc=1 and 10 both at Re=335. Here, Sc and Re stand for Schmidt number and Reynolds number, respectively, based on the step height and the surface speed of the cylinder upstream of the step. Main focus was placed on the correlation between turbulence and mass transfer. The spatio-temporal evolution of concentration field is discussed. The numerical results are qualitatively compared with those of the experiment conducted with a similar flow configuration.

IT 산업계의 기술이전에 관한 연구 (A Study on Technology Transfer in IT Industry)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 IT 산업계에서 기술의 이전에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, 파악된 요인에 기술 이전의 성공에 미치는 영향력을 조사하며, IT 산업계의 성공적인 기술 이전을 위한 전략을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 기술의 이전에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들로는 대화, 거리, 모호성, 동기를 들 수 있다. 대화는 기술을 얼마나 정확하고 효율적으로 전달할 수 있는가 그리고 전달매체의 충분성을 의미한다. 연구개발자와 이를 상용화하는 사용자간의 대화정도를 측정하는 것으로 아주 수동적에서 아주 능동적으로 평가할 수 있다. 거리는 전달자와 수신자와의 물리적 그리고 문화적 차이를 의미한다. 최근 전달자와 수신자 사이의 문화적(가치, 판단기준, 태도, 교육, 환경 등) 차이에 대한 중요성이 점차 대두되고 있다. 모호성은 이전하고자 하는 기술이 얼마나 구체적이고 분명한가를 의미한다. 모호성이 높은 기술은 이해시키기 어렵고, 이해하기 어렵고, 실현 가능성을 증명하기 어렵게 때문에 이전이 용이하지 않다. 동기는 기술의 이전을 하여야 할 동기가 부여되거나 아니면 이를 유도할 유인책이 있는가를 의미한다. 기술 이전 준거틀은 기술의 이전에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들(대화, 거리, 모호성, 동기)의 조합으로 나타낸 것이다. 각 격자는 4가지 경우를 나타내는데, 격자 I과 IV는 기술의 이전이 완벽한 상황과 불가능한 상황을 의미하며, 격자 III과 IV는 기술의 이전에 영향을 미치는 요소가 복합하여 강점과 약점으로 작용하는 상황을 나타낸다. 기술 이전 준거틀에서 가장 기술 이전의 가능성이 높은 격자를 성취하기 위해서는 적절한 기술 이전 전략의 수립 및 집행이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 정부는 물론 유관기관 및 기술 이전 추진 조직은 기술 이전에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 최적화하는 대안 개발에 초점을 맞추어야 할 것이다.

병원간호사의 셀프리더십 강화 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Self-leadership Reinforcement Program for Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study has been carried out in order to develop and verify the effects of self-leadership reinforcement program for hospital nurses. Methods: The research design was a non-equivalent control group pre-posttest design. Participants were 64 individuals (32 in each group), all of whom were nurses working at a university hospital, with less than five years of job experience. Experimental group was provided with two hours of self-leadership reinforcement program, once per week, for four weeks. The questionnaire for pre and post test included general characteristics, transfer motivation for learning, self-leadership, communication ability, clinical nursing competency, organizational commitment, and turnover intentions. Results: There was a significant difference in self-leadership scores between experimental group and control group (F= 15.10, p<.001). There was also a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of transfer motivation for learning (t = -5.44 p<.001), communication ability (F = 15.29, p<.001), clinical nursing competency (F = 15.23, p<.001), and organizational commitment scores (F = 7.21, p=.009). Conclusion: The self-leadership reinforcement program developed in this study was effective in improving self-leadership, communication ability, clinical nursing competency, and organizational commitment. Thus, by implementing the program at clinical levels, it will be a basis for nursing personnel resource administration.

기업의 e-Learning에 대한 학습효과 및 전이에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Learning Effectiveness and Transfer of e-Learning in Business Organlizations)

  • The recent development of IT, consolidation of communication and multimedia technology have brought enormous changes in many organizations. Theses changes are enabling the new educational opportunities such as distance teaming and virtual class room. Recently, e-Learning has grown rapidly in business training field, In the context of companies, e-Learning has merits in terms of access convenience, costs reduction self-directed learning, reciprocity, and flexibility. In this regard, the primary purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of e-Learning influence the effectiveness of education and transfer of loaming in business organizations. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses were developed. Factors studied in this paper were as follows: 1) learners' characteristics, 2) organizational support and 3) system environments. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Motivation perceived usefulness in Learner factors had an significant influence on both learning effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas Ability, expectation had an influence on transfer of teaming. (2) Support from peer, support from supervisor in Organization factors had an significant influence on both Loaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas support from organization had influence on learning effectiveness. (3) Appropriate contents in system circumstance had an significant influence on both teaming effectiveness and transfer of teaming, whereas interface design had an influence on learning effectiveness.

팀 내·외부 관계망이 지식 중개자 활동에 미치는 영향 (Influences of intra- and inter-team networks on knowledge brokerage behavior)

  • Knowledge transfer among employees integrates individual knowledge scattered within a firm, thus increases organizational effectiveness. In particular, the role of knowledge broker, which enables knowledge sharing across multiple teams or subunits, is critical for the success of knowledge management. This study classified the types of knowledge broker that facilitates knowledge flows among team, and examined the influences of various intra- and inter-team social networks. Survey responses from 128 employees of four R&D teams were gathered and analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling. The results of analysis showed that all types of inter-team networks(i.e., emotional closeness network, frequency of interaction network, and perceived expertise network) had significant influences on related knowledge brokerage behaviors. In case of intra-team networks, only the emotional closeness network showed significant influence. These results proved the necessity of managing various types of intra- and inter-team networks to encourage knowledge brokerage behaviors within a firm.
