This study aimed to determine the changes in the local fiscal structure brought about by the change in the transaction tax, including the acquisition tax, by the central government. The review of the analysis results proved the following. First, the government's transaction tax exemption policy effectively influenced the expansion of the local fiscal budget. Transaction tax exemptions such as acquisition tax exemptions would not contribute to the expansion of the local fiscal budget in the short run, but may do so in the long run. Second, the review of the effect of the transaction tax exemption policy by the central government on the local fiscal structure confirmed that its impact on the local fiscal structure may vary depending on the timing of such tax exemption. Third, the overall local fiscal structure as a result of the transaction tax exemption by the central government was confirmed to have been influenced more by the fiscal capability of the local government than by the income level of the local residents. In conclusion, the stimulation of real estate transactions using tax tools may positively influence the overall fiscal structure of local governments, but it would also put pressure on the fiscal management of local governments because it is largely influenced by the fiscal capability of the local governments.

The purpose of this study is to help the venture business innovate the purchasing process. This study reviewed the types of transaction governance structure, and researched the change of transaction governance structure, while using information technology. According to transaction cost theory, the transaction governance structure can be moved from hierarchy to market. It can be moved to the middle, because of economies of scale, incentive for supplier, and increasing search cost. And it can be moved from market exchange to relational exchange, using electronic marketplace. In order to innovate the purchasing process, the venture business can select the transaction governance structure that fits the its purchasing contexts.

The transaction tables of the existing association algorithms have two column attributes : It is composed of transaction identifier (Transaction_id) and an item identifier (item). In this kind of structure, as the volume of data becomes larger, the performance for the SQL query statements came applicable decreases. Therefore, we propose advanced association rules algorithm of n-items which can transact multiple items (Transaction_id, Item 1, Item 2…, Item n). In this structure, performance hours can be contracted more than the single item structures, because count can be computed by query of the input transaction tables. Our experimental results indicate that performance of the n items structure is up to 2 times better than the single item. As a result of this paper, the proposed algorithm can be applied to internet shopping, searching engine and etc.

With the proliferation of EC, many customers have been participating into online auction or group-buying market over searching internet shopping-malls to purchase goods. To support the customer's convenient transaction, lots of agent systems are developed to facilitate the customer's product brokering, merchant brokering, and negotiation of transaction. However, many of these systems have focused upon supporting transaction at only one type of marketplace. Since these marketplaces have different transaction settlement mechanism, it is necessary to develop the system that utilizes the customer's transaction including the selection of the type of marketplace to buy. Then we classify the kinds of B2C electronic marketplace according to the protocol by which the market operated. The structure of negotiation message is developed using XML schema and RDFS under the characteristics and message example of each marketplace in this research.

Nowadays, the number of database applications which need fast transaction processing are increasing. One way to improve the performance of transaction processing is to reside the whole database in main memory As semiconductor memory becomes cheaper and chip densities increase, the research to improve transaction throughput rates of transaction processing system, using main memory databases, has begun In this thesis, how to implement a high performance transaction processing system based on main memory databases, new concurrency control scheme, recovery scheme and storage structure is presented. The objective of the proposed schemes is to improve the transaction processing system performance measured by transaction throughput and response times.

Data mining is the exploration and analysis of huge amounts of data to discover meaningful patterns. One of the most important data mining problems is association rule mining. Recent studies of mining association rules have proposed a closure mechanism. It is no longer necessary to mine the set of all of the frequent itemsets and their association rules. Rather, it is sufficient to mine the frequent closed itemsets and their corresponding rules. In the past, a number of algorithms for mining frequent closed itemsets have been based on items. In this paper, we use the transaction itself for mining frequent closed itemsets. An efficient algorithm is proposed that is based on a link structure between transactions. Our experimental results show that our algorithm is faster than previously proposed methods. Furthermore, our approach is significantly more efficient for dense databases.

For the last several decades, it has been recognized that technology is a key factor in becoming an ADC and an advanced firm. So many countries and individual firms have been increasing investments on technology development. Especially LDCs including Korea choose technology transfer and transaction as an important alternative of their own technology development. To activate technology transaction and transfer, it is necessary to establish an technology transaction system, namely a Technomart that will make good connections between technology suppliers and technology buyers, and efficient functional linkages of supporting infrastructures including organizations and laws related with technology transactions. Therefore this study reviewed both the characteristics of technology transfer and transaction and a conceptual structure of a Technomart through a literature review. And then, the study analyzed the Technomart related laws including an intellectual property right, a copyright, a patent right, and electric transaction related laws. In conclusion the study proposed the development directions of the Technomart related laws.

This paper surveys consumer policies for the internet transaction in the developed countries. Recently the internet transaction has been witnessing a remarkable change represented by the rapid spread of "revolution of distribution". It cannot be, however, stated that internet transaction will dominates all the market places without enhancing consumer's reliability in the internet transaction. Many countries made an efforts to the consumer protection in order to develop infra-structure of information industry. We will soon discover a new paradigm that consumer protection is not a tool for development of cyber market but the goal itself. We survey the process of consumer policies discussed in the developed countries and study the point of prevailing arguments of the consumer protection in the internet transaction. The arguments discussed in OECD meetings are debatable, especially, to the degree of government intervention in the field of consumer protection between EU and US. In contrast of US insisted on the minimum intervention of the government, EU suggest the opinion of more aggressive role of government in consumer policy in the cyber market. This paper attempts to provide several guide lines of Korean consumer policy in the cyber market.

At the present, e-commerce takes the place of existing transaction form in structure in the world trade by advancement of Information Technology and diffusion of Internet. There is no exceptions of this tendency even in industry of maritime and logistics. So, global shipping lines and logistics companies try to construct the e-Business network system for increasing their competitiveness in an are of cyber. However, in Korea, most of companies prefer "final handshake" as the traditional way of transaction to "e-commerce", because they bear a distrust in mind about the outflow of transaction information and security of settlement. So, number of companies using e-commerce is very small, and this situation causes the limited factor for activating the transaction structure of it. The rate of using e-commerce in logistics industry is lower than other industries, even more higher effectiveness is expected when they use it. Especially, it is very necessary not only e-commerce but also e-Logistics which can serve information of freight cost on cargo flow, operation cost and schedule, and tracing information of cargo. Increasing the necessity of e-Logistics, this study research the rate rf using e-Logistics focused on maritime and logistics companies, and analyze the transaction form among members of these industries for improving them. In detail, this paper examine the drivers for activating e-Logistics, and present the effective factors for a successful development of these industries.

In this paper, we propose an efficient algorithm which generates frequent itemsets by only one database scanning. A frequent itemset is subset of an itemset which is accessed by a transaction. For each item, if informations about transactions accessing the item are exist, it is possible to generate frequent itemsets only by the extraction of items haying an identical transaction ID. Proposed method in this paper generates the data structure which stores transaction ID for each item by only one database scanning and generates 2-frequent itemsets by using the hash technique at the same time. k(k$\geq$3)-frequent itemsets are simply found by comparing previously generated data structure and transaction ID. Proposed algorithm can efficiently generate frequent itemsets by only one database scanning .
