This study aimed to determine the changes in the local fiscal structure brought about by the change in the transaction tax, including the acquisition tax, by the central government. The review of the analysis results proved the following. First, the government's transaction tax exemption policy effectively influenced the expansion of the local fiscal budget. Transaction tax exemptions such as acquisition tax exemptions would not contribute to the expansion of the local fiscal budget in the short run, but may do so in the long run. Second, the review of the effect of the transaction tax exemption policy by the central government on the local fiscal structure confirmed that its impact on the local fiscal structure may vary depending on the timing of such tax exemption. Third, the overall local fiscal structure as a result of the transaction tax exemption by the central government was confirmed to have been influenced more by the fiscal capability of the local government than by the income level of the local residents. In conclusion, the stimulation of real estate transactions using tax tools may positively influence the overall fiscal structure of local governments, but it would also put pressure on the fiscal management of local governments because it is largely influenced by the fiscal capability of the local governments.

본 연구에서는 제조업 중심의 벤처기업이 구매업무를 혁신할 방법에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구에는 먼저 거래 지배구조의 유형에 대해 살펴보았고, 정보기술의 활용에 따라 거래 지배구조가 어떻게 변화하는가를 살펴보았다. 전통적으로 볼 때, 기업은 시장과 위계의 거래 지배구조를 선택할 수 있다. 그리고 자산 특유성과 거래 빈도를 기준으로 볼 때, 기업은 시장, 삼각, 상호, 단일의 지배구조를 선택할 수 있다. 기업은 보다 현대적인 측면의 거래 지배구조로서 시장교환, 관계교환, JIT 교환의 구조를 선택할 수 있고, 준기업, 전자적 통합, 내부화된 시장을 선택할 수도 있다. 정보기술의 활용에 따라, 기업의 거래 지배구조는 위계에서 시장으로 이동할 수 있고, 중간으로 이동할 수 있으며, 시장교환에서 관계교환으로 이동할 수도 있다. 벤처기업은 이러한 거래 지배구조에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 자신이 직면해 있는 구매상황에 가장 적합한 거래 지배구조를 선택함으로써 구매업무를 혁신할 수 있다.

The transaction tables of the existing association algorithms have two column attributes : It is composed of transaction identifier (Transaction_id) and an item identifier (item). In this kind of structure, as the volume of data becomes larger, the performance for the SQL query statements came applicable decreases. Therefore, we propose advanced association rules algorithm of n-items which can transact multiple items (Transaction_id, Item 1, Item 2…, Item n). In this structure, performance hours can be contracted more than the single item structures, because count can be computed by query of the input transaction tables. Our experimental results indicate that performance of the n items structure is up to 2 times better than the single item. As a result of this paper, the proposed algorithm can be applied to internet shopping, searching engine and etc.

With the proliferation of EC, many customers have been participating into online auction or group-buying market over searching internet shopping-malls to purchase goods. To support the customer's convenient transaction, lots of agent systems are developed to facilitate the customer's product brokering, merchant brokering, and negotiation of transaction. However, many of these systems have focused upon supporting transaction at only one type of marketplace. Since these marketplaces have different transaction settlement mechanism, it is necessary to develop the system that utilizes the customer's transaction including the selection of the type of marketplace to buy. Then we classify the kinds of B2C electronic marketplace according to the protocol by which the market operated. The structure of negotiation message is developed using XML schema and RDFS under the characteristics and message example of each marketplace in this research.

최근 들어 신속한 트랜잭션 처리를 요구하는 데이터베이스 응용이 확대되고 있다. 트랜잭션 처리 시스템에서 높은 성능을 달성하기 위한 한가지 방법으로 데이터베이스를 디스크가 아닌 주기억장치에 모두 상주시키는 것이다. 반도체 메모리의 집적도가 증가하고 가격이 하락함에 따라 모든 데이터베이스를 주기억장치에 상주시켜 트랜잭션 처리율을 높이기 위한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주기억장치 데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 고성능 트랜잭션 처리 시스템을 구현하기 위하여 새로운 병행수행 제어 기법과 회복 기법 그리고 저장 구조를 제안하며, 트랜잭션의 처리량과 응답속도로 평가되는 트랜잭션 처리 시스템 성능의 개선을 목적으로 한다.

Data mining is the exploration and analysis of huge amounts of data to discover meaningful patterns. One of the most important data mining problems is association rule mining. Recent studies of mining association rules have proposed a closure mechanism. It is no longer necessary to mine the set of all of the frequent itemsets and their association rules. Rather, it is sufficient to mine the frequent closed itemsets and their corresponding rules. In the past, a number of algorithms for mining frequent closed itemsets have been based on items. In this paper, we use the transaction itself for mining frequent closed itemsets. An efficient algorithm is proposed that is based on a link structure between transactions. Our experimental results show that our algorithm is faster than previously proposed methods. Furthermore, our approach is significantly more efficient for dense databases.

For the last several decades, it has been recognized that technology is a key factor in becoming an ADC and an advanced firm. So many countries and individual firms have been increasing investments on technology development. Especially LDCs including Korea choose technology transfer and transaction as an important alternative of their own technology development. To activate technology transaction and transfer, it is necessary to establish an technology transaction system, namely a Technomart that will make good connections between technology suppliers and technology buyers, and efficient functional linkages of supporting infrastructures including organizations and laws related with technology transactions. Therefore this study reviewed both the characteristics of technology transfer and transaction and a conceptual structure of a Technomart through a literature review. And then, the study analyzed the Technomart related laws including an intellectual property right, a copyright, a patent right, and electric transaction related laws. In conclusion the study proposed the development directions of the Technomart related laws.

This paper surveys consumer policies for the internet transaction in the developed countries. Recently the internet transaction has been witnessing a remarkable change represented by the rapid spread of "revolution of distribution". It cannot be, however, stated that internet transaction will dominates all the market places without enhancing consumer's reliability in the internet transaction. Many countries made an efforts to the consumer protection in order to develop infra-structure of information industry. We will soon discover a new paradigm that consumer protection is not a tool for development of cyber market but the goal itself. We survey the process of consumer policies discussed in the developed countries and study the point of prevailing arguments of the consumer protection in the internet transaction. The arguments discussed in OECD meetings are debatable, especially, to the degree of government intervention in the field of consumer protection between EU and US. In contrast of US insisted on the minimum intervention of the government, EU suggest the opinion of more aggressive role of government in consumer policy in the cyber market. This paper attempts to provide several guide lines of Korean consumer policy in the cyber market.

At the present, e-commerce takes the place of existing transaction form in structure in the world trade by advancement of Information Technology and diffusion of Internet. There is no exceptions of this tendency even in industry of maritime and logistics. So, global shipping lines and logistics companies try to construct the e-Business network system for increasing their competitiveness in an are of cyber. However, in Korea, most of companies prefer "final handshake" as the traditional way of transaction to "e-commerce", because they bear a distrust in mind about the outflow of transaction information and security of settlement. So, number of companies using e-commerce is very small, and this situation causes the limited factor for activating the transaction structure of it. The rate of using e-commerce in logistics industry is lower than other industries, even more higher effectiveness is expected when they use it. Especially, it is very necessary not only e-commerce but also e-Logistics which can serve information of freight cost on cargo flow, operation cost and schedule, and tracing information of cargo. Increasing the necessity of e-Logistics, this study research the rate rf using e-Logistics focused on maritime and logistics companies, and analyze the transaction form among members of these industries for improving them. In detail, this paper examine the drivers for activating e-Logistics, and present the effective factors for a successful development of these industries.

본 논문에서는 데이타베이스를 단 한번 스캔하여 빈발 항목집합들을 생성할 수 있는 효율적인 알고리즘을 제안한다. 빈발 항목집합은 어떤 트랜잭션이 접근하는 항목 집합의 부분집합이다. 각 항목에 대하여 그 항목을 접근하는 트랜잭션들에 관한 정보를 가지고 있다면, 동일한 트랜잭션 식별자를 갖는 항목들만을 추출함으로써 빈발 항목집합들을 생성할 수 있다 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 한 번의 데이타베이스 스캔으로 각 항목마다 접근하는 트랜잭션 식별자를 저장할 수 있는 자료 구조를 생성하며, 동시에 해쉬 기법을 이용하여 2-빈발 항목집합들을 생성한다. 3-빈발 항목집합부터는 이 자료 구조와 각 항목에 대한 트랜잭션 식별자를 비교함으로써 간단히 빈발 항목집합들을 찾아낼 수 있다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 한 번의 데이타베이스 스캔만으로 빈발 항목집합들을 효율적으로 생성할 수 있다.
