전통시장 상인의 건강 관련 삶의 질 수준 및 관련요인 분석 (Analysis of Levels of Health-related Quality of Life and Its Related Factors of Traditional Market Merchants)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify levels of health-related quality of life (EQ-5D) and its related factors among merchants in traditional markets. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used. Data were collected through questionnaires and physical examination on blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholesterol and BMI between February 12 and April 13, 2018. The participants were 175 merchants from two traditional markets in U. Metropolitan city. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results: Levels of health-related EQ-5D were significantly different according to demographic characteristics, smoking status, exercise, total cholesterol, BMI, subjective health status, stress, and depression. The EQ-5D related factors were variables that had significant influence on subjective health status (β=.30, p<.001), gender (β=.27, p<.001), BMI (β=-.16, p=.012), depression (β=-.17, p=.010), and working period (β=-.15, p=.021). They explained 27.2% of the total variance of health-related quality of life (F=13.91, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated that disease prevention and health management is essential for merchants who work in traditional markets to promote their health-related quality of life. For better merchants outcome, the intervention program should consider factors that are subjective health status, gender, BMI, depression, and working period in order to improve levels of EQ-5D.

  • The demise of the native franchise markets and the emergence of competitive markets in electricity generation service is substantially altering the way that operation and planning activity is conducted and is making it increasingly difficult for market participants such as generation firms to prospect the future electricity markets. Traditional generation expansion planning (GEP) problems which centrally determine the least-cost capacity addition plan that meets forecasted demand within pre-specified reliability criteria over a planning horizon (typically 10 to 20 years) is becoming no more valid in competitive market environments. Therefore, it requires to develop a new methodology for generation investments, which is applicable to the changed electric industry business environments and is able to address the post-privatization situation where individual generation firms seek to maximize their return on generation investments against uncertain market revenues. This paper formulates a new generation expansion planning problem and solve it in a market-oriented manner.

18세기 북경의 도시공간구조와 시장위치의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between the Location of Markets and the Spatial Structure of Beijing in the 18th Century)

  • The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between the location of markets and the spatial structure of historic center in Beijing of 18th century by network analysis method onto the historic map of Beijing 'Qianlong-Jincheng-Quantu(乾隆京城全圖)' produced in 1750. By categorizing the grade of each market, it is revealed that the location of markets in Beijing under Qing Dynasty was not only decided by the various factors as policy of the regime and traditional social usages but also by the spatial structure of urban space in historic part of the city. At the same time, the sociopolitical factors and the spatial structure of urban space might influence reciprocally in defining the physical state of urban space.

  • 재래시장 활성화를 위한 고객연계관리시스템의 필요성을 제기하고, 성공적인 고객연계관리시스템의 구축을 위해 필요한 주요요인을 분석하였다. 측정변수 22개를 통해 요인분석을 실시한 결과 경영관리, 고객관리, 서비스관리, 시설관리 등 4개 요인이 도출되었다. 각 요인의 특징은 다음과 같다. 경영관리요인은 상품 기획 및 인증관리 활동이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객관리요인은 고객을 우대할 수 있는 정책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 서비스관리요인은 주문, 배달, 반품서비스까지 토털서비스의 필요성이 제기되었다. 마지막으로 시설관리요인은 고객이 재래시장을 활용하기 위해 편리성을 제공할 수 있는 시설의 개선이 요구되었다.

  • Purpose: This study divides choice attributes that can help strengthen the competitiveness of traditional markets into product, price, personnel, and physical evidence. This study also examines which choice attributes affect customer value perception, satisfaction, and loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 542 traditional customers aged 20 or older who frequently visit traditional markets across the country and analyzed using the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The survey was conducted with the help of an online survey company for a total of 14 days from April 7, 2023 to April 20, 2023. Result: First, product, price, and employee quality have a positive impact on utilitarian and hedonic value, but physical evidence does not. Second, product, price, and employee quality have a positive impact on hedonic and hedonic value. Second, utilitarian value has a positive impact on satisfaction and revisit intention. Third, hedonic value has a positive impact on satisfaction, but does not on revisit intention. Lastly, satisfaction has a positive impact on revisit intention. Conclusions: Based on the S-O-R model and the theory of consumption value, this study proposed and examined an integrated framework in which satisfaction leads to revisit intention through selection attributes acting on perceived value.

Note on Debate over Relationship Between Business Model and Strategy

  • Purpose - This short paper reviews the debate dealing with the relationship between strategy and traditional strategy approach on the one hand, and business models and new business model approach on the other hand and tries to offer useful direction to be more helpful to theoretical discussions. Research design, data, and methodology - This paper makes a theoretical analysis to explain the confusion surrounding the debate, reviewing mainly literature survey papers and finds theoretical conjecture and its limitations in order to present useful direction to the future theoretical work. Result - In order to comprise its diversity, business model studies should consider the characteristics of each firm, sector, and market. Adding further elements which are related to each sector or market, theoretical studies can capture the diverse phenomena related to business model and business model innovation. Conclusion - The traditional strategy perspective can be utilized to the Business model phenomenon in the case of incumbent firms and non-digital sector and existing markets. Meanwhile the new business model perspective can be utilized to business model phenomena in case of start-ups and digital sector and emerging markets. Reconciling two perspectives, the studies dealing with the business model should focus on the characteristics of firms, markets, and knowledge from the perspective of business model innovation.

배달앱을 활용한 전통시장 배송 모형에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Analysis on the Compromised Delivery Model of Traditional Market Using Delivery Application)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to propose a win-win development plan for not only suppliers of delivery applications but also traditional market vendor companies and delivery riders by analyzing existing delivery models and presenting a new delivery model to enhance competitiveness of the traditional market using delivery apps. Research desgin, data, and methodology - Specifically, small retailers, such as traditional markets and supermarkets, presented a compromised delivery model that utilizes the platform of specialized delivery app service providers for order reception, and that the delivery is delivered by delivery systems jointly hired by Vendor companies, such as franchising companies. To validate the significance of the trade-off delivery model, a cost-benefit analysis was conducted by those involved in the delivery application. Results - From the perspective of suppliers of specialized delivery applications, it is analyzed that the use of specialized delivery applications in traditional markets will be a new market opportunity for service providers to achieve increased sales. It is expected that consumer choice and satisfaction will be increased as convenience and accessibility of traditional market businesses that were available only through direct visit from the user side of the delivery application will be expanded. From the standpoint of delivery application franchises, it is analyzed that they can seek to increase sales and increase customer service as well as ease labor cost burden due to joint employment of delivery riders. The delivery rider will be able to seek to improve customer service due to job security, wage stability, risk reduction and overheated competition due to direct employment. Conclusion - In conclusion, the compromised delivery model solved the problems raised in the preceding study conducted on delivery application suppliers, users, franchises, and riders to establish that it could be a strategic alternative to increasing sales and expanding detailed rights for the self-employed in the traditional market, which are experiencing difficulties in management. However, the adoption of a compromise delivery model requires social consensus from those involved in the delivery application and requires legal, institutional and policy support, which will require continued follow-up research on the delivery model in the future.

대학생들의 전통시장 먹거리 인식에 대한 주관성 연구 (A Study on the Recognition of the Traditional Market Food)

  • 본 연구는 전통시장의 먹거리에 대한 대학생들의 인식에 관하여 심층적이고 본질적인 의미에 접근할 수 있는 질적 분석방법의 하나가 되는 Q연구방법을 활용하여 연구하였다. 최근 지방자치단체에서 전통시장활성화를 위해 젊은층을 겨냥하여 다양한 관광상품을 개발하고 있는 상황을 감안하여 대학생들을 대상으로 전통시장의 먹거리에 대한 인식을 유형별로 분류해서 이들 간의 특성을 알아보고, 향후 젊은층이 지속적인 방문을 할 수 있도록 마케팅전략 수립의 기초자료로 활용하여 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 진술문 카드를 작성하여 P샘플을 선정하고 분류작업을 거치는 Q-sort를 PC QUANL프로그램을 이용하여 요인 분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 총 3가지의 유형으로 분류되었다. 제 1유형(N= 21):추억추구형, 제 2유형(N= 6):지역문화자원추구형, 제 3유형(N= 5):지역성추구형으로 요인명을 설정하였다. 각 유형마다 서로 다른 특징이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 분석을 통하여 추출된 각각의 주관적인 인식은 추후 다양한 연구의 기초 자료로 할용 할 수 있을 것이다. 분류된 3가지 유형에 따른 각 각의 마케팅 전략수립을 통해 전통시장의 나아갈 방향을 제시하고 물리적으로 낙후 되어있는 전통시장의 먹거리에 대한 대학생들의 요구를 수용하여 지역 관광자원으로써의 가치 있는 다양한 먹거리를 개발을 통해 전통시장 활성화에 이바지 할 것으로 기대한다.

데이터 처리 및 무선통신기능을 갖는 회로차단기 개발 연구 (Development of the Circuit Breaker with Data Processing Function and Wireless-communication Function)

  • In this paper, in order to reduce the electrical disaster such as electrical fire at traditional markets, we need to develop the circuit breaker which is able to monitor the power status of electrical equipments. Therefore, for solving the those problems, we developed the detection censor(ZCT, CT) and equipment of data analysis and transmission. The detection censor and equipment is able to monitor the electrical equipments condition(over current, leakage current, arc, etc.). We constructed Test-Bed for testing reliability of the circuit breaker and obtained certification. And we tested the over current, leakage current and arc under the normal condition. This paper will be used to the data for development an cabinet panel which is able to monitor the actual loads.
