기존 게임기라고 불리던 Microsoft X-box, SONY Playstation, Nintendo 등에서 PC로 게임 시장이 전환되어지고, 최근에는 모바일 기기의 성능이 고사양화 됨에 따라서 모바일 게임시장의 성장세가 높아지고 있다. 게임시장의 확산은 전 세계적인 추세이고, 게임 소재의 발굴은 게임회사에게 많은 고민을 주고 있다. 애니메이션과 게임의 종주국이라고 불리는 일본은 전통문화 콘텐츠를 이용하여 많은 캐릭터와 게임 스토리 제작에 활용하고 있으며, 후발 주자인 중국 역시 중국의 전통문화를 이용한 게임 콘텐츠 제작 소재 발굴에 노력하고 있다. 연구대상은 중국 온라인 시장에서 롤 플레잉 게임으로 성공을 거둔 대표적인 게임으로 당시대의 복식에서 부터 벽화에 나타난 당 시대의 모습을 게임 속에 가상공간으로 재현함으로서 게임사용자들에게 전통문화를 가상체험하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 중국 문화유산인 돈황 막고굴의 벽화에 나타난 불교경전의 이야기를 소재로 게임화 한 <천녀유혼2>에 대한 분석을 하고자 한다.

청주시 상권은 도시성장에 따른 공간구조의 개편, 소비행태와 유통환경의 변화속에 대형마트 등의 잇단 진출로 급속하게 변화하고 있다. 성안길의 도심권에 번화가와 사무실 밀집지역이 발전하였으며, 상당공원을 중심으로 남 북 서방향으로 난 주요간선도로를 따라 상권이 확대되고, 특히 대단위 주거밀집지역인 가경동 터미널부근, 용암 분평 산남동의 상업지역, 율량동지역의 상권이 새로운 부심상권으로 자리잡아 가고 있다. 이러한 상권의 변화속에 대형 유통업체의 지역내 진출, 전자상거래 확대 등으로 과거 육거리시장을 중심으로 하는 전통적인 재래시장 소규모 유통업체들의 경영악화가 가중되고 있다 지역주민들의 소비생활 편의제고라는 긍정적인 면도 있으나 지역 소매상권의 붕괴, 판매자금의 역외유출 등과 같은 문제점을 유발하고, 인터넷 상거래의 발달은 지역 중소유통업체의 경영위기를 더욱 가중시키고 있다. 따라서 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 재래시장의 활성화를 위하여 재래시장 유형별, 시장상인, 개별점포와 시장단위, 자치단체 및 관련 법률의 제 개정사항 등과 같은 정책대안을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

인공지능, 빅데이터 등 디지털 기술의 촉발로 인한 4차 산업혁명의 도래는 사회, 문화, 산업 등에 많은 변화를 일으켰다. 하지만, 각 지역의 전통시장은 새로운 유통환경과 소비자 변화에 신속하게 대응하지 못하고 있다. 특히, 제주지역 전통시장의 경우 제주 방문 관광객 대상의 마케팅 전략 등 지역적 특성을 살리지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 제주 지역적 특성을 고려한 빅데이터 및 인공지능 기반의 스마트 전통시장 구축에 대해 제언하고자 한다. 연구 내용으로는 방문자 빅데이터 분석을 통한 고객 프로파일링, 트래픽 분석을 통한 관광객 동선 결과제공, 실시간 인기 제품 차트 제공, 영상기반 화재 및 범죄 예방 기능 개발 등이 있다.

A system dynamics model is developed to investigate the applicability of the agent based modeling concept in the system dynamics model. The assumed problem is to forecast the size and structure of the organization with the developing market environment. The agent based modeling concept is applied to the organization part, and the other parts of the model such as market, facilities, etc. are developed with the traditional system dynamics technique. The simulation results show the agent based modeling part can be combined with the traditional system dynamics modeling with more precisions. However, the complexity increases and the simulation times are longer than those of the traditional method.

Traditional food is the basis of Korean food, but in the process of industrialization, Japanese soybean fermented product making method became standardization process of Korean soybean fermented product as a factory type. As a result, traditional fermented food was pushed behind the industrialization. At present, there is anxiety in the development of the fermented soybean product industry due to the gap in management level between the manufacturers, the decrease in consumption of Jangryu due to changes in dietary life, and the negative image as high salt food. In order to overcome these problems and lead continuous growth, governmental industrial development policies such as traditional liquor and Kimchi are inevitably needed. By laying the legal and institutional foundation and making good use of it in industry, it will be the foundation for continuous development in the market where fierce competition is accelerated.

During the last year, we had a very severe situation with the strike of physicians working in medical facilities. From that time, many politicians and scholars insisted on the expansion of public hospitals to enhance the public role in the medical care sector. They think that private medical facilities work for profit motivation and that the high proportion of private to whole facilities is an obstacle to the public function of medical care under social insurance system. They found that one of the reasons for failing to prevent the physicians' strike was the high proportion of private facilities. Others insisted that the strike was not a good reason for the expansion of public hospitals. The physicians' strike was a very rare case, and it is not a good basis for generalization of the discussion of public hospitals. Last year almost all apprentice physicians in public facilities took part in the strike, and consequently the public hospitals also lost the role of public function. They view this increasing involvement of government in the medical sector as improper and the cause of inefficiencies. In this paper we review the debate over the expansion of public facilities. To clarify the debate, we review traditional criteria for the role of government in a market system and to apply these criteria to medical care. There are two traditional areas where government Is acknowledged to have a role in a market system: market imperfections and market failure. Where market imperfections and market failure exist, there may be a role for government. The justifications for government intervention are consumer protection and the existence of externalities. One of externalities is to provide medical care for the poor. The appropriate measures to provide medical owe to the poor can be sought in both demand and supply side subsidies. National health insurance is a method of demand subsidies and establishment of public hospitals is a method of supply side subsidies. Under the National Health Insurance System, the expansion of public hospitals is not an appropriate subsidy policy.

MAS based market simulator has attracted the attentions of people who are interested in using or developing electricity market simulator. MAS based approach makes it possible to model each market participant's strategic behaviors. Traditional market simulators have used optimization formulation to model market operation, which has been used since vertically integrated system. Optimization mainly uses cost minimization or welfare maximization of entire system. Therefore it is somehow difficult to model the independently strategic behaviors of market participants. MAS is one of AI technology based on distributed intelligence which makes it possible to model independently acting entities in competitive market. This paper proposes the method to model strategic participants in electricity market based on MAS.

The third pillar of the Basel II highlights the role of market discipline in easing the existing pressure on traditional monitoring measures like capital requirement and government supervision. This study test the effectiveness of market discipline in inducing prudential risk management practices among the East Asian banks over the 1995 to 2005 period. Market discipline is measured using information disclosure and interbank deposit holdings. We find that only the latter is an effective market discipline tool. However, the former becomes effective when market concentration is higher. We find that government owned, foreign owned and recapilatised banks are subject to market disciplining when disclosure in taken account but the opposite is true when interbank deposits is taken into account. Finally, we find that banks that disclose more risk related information hold more capital against their non-performing loan. The implications of the findings are discussed.

As the cultures of the world are getting diverse and plural, many trials to find their own unique culture of their own national and racial characteristics are made where fashion and traditional culture is used as good materials; in Korea, this trend is also studied by many authors. To achieve this goal, this study recognized the importance of tourism industry by inviting hosting of international event like '2005 APEC Summit Conference and Economical Ministers' Conference', and invented a uniform design that can make identification in the world market including Korea 'Gust' and 'Emotion' in developing uniforms for employees of regular traditional restaurant or hotels that contribute to tourism industry. As a material of this study from this perspective, Soo Bok pattern among many other Korean traditional patterns were chosen, and used them to design uniforms by applying diverse expressions methods through modernization task. This study tried to suggest ideas in creating new designs with a modeling sense of our people, by emphasizing on tradition motive through analysis of conditions and problem regarding the current uniforms worn in traditional restaurants. The development of uniform that modernly reinterprets traditional patterns and design that uses tradition on modern design shows endless possibility of development of our uniform, and even shows the possibility of mixture between tradition and modernity. By applying traditional beauty not only in traditional restaurants but also in many places and businesses that foreigners frequently visit can allow to spread the excellency our culture; and the Korean uniform can be successful in the international market as Korean will have pride in our tradition by wearing this new uniform.
