갱년기장애 및 폐경기 후 증후군 변증진단 도구의 변증분류 조정과 진단의 간의 진단일치도 연구 (A Study on Aadjustment of the Patterns, and the Correlation between the Diagnostic Tool for Climacteric and Postmenopausal Syndrome Pattern Identification (CaPSP) and Korean Medicine Doctors' Diagnosis)

  • Objectives: We studied for the adjustment of the patterns of 'The Diagnostic Tool for Climacteric and Postmenopausal Syndrome Pattern Identification (hereinafter CaPSPI)' (studyI) and the correlation between CaPSPI and Korean medicine doctors' diagnosis which was carried out without knowing the results of CaPSPI (studyII). Methods: The studyI followed the previous study method in 2018 (2018-3). The studyII was conducted from June 1, 2019 to July 10, 2020 with ◯◯ University Korean Medicine Hospital IRB's approval (2019-4). Doctors' diagnosis was conducted face-to-face with the subjects. Doctors' diagnosis was carried out based on the Kupperman's questionnaire, 'Diagnosis System of Oriental Medicine (hereinafter DSOM)' and four examinations (四診) records. The diagnosis was marked with 0 for 'no', 1 for 'somewhat', 2 for 'yes' and 3 for 'very yes'. The correlation between CaPSPI and the mean of doctors diagnostic scores were investigated statistically. Results: The studyI showed that heart-heat (心火) pattern was added. The Factor loading coefficient for heart-heat was 0.551 to 0.789, and the Cronbach's coefficient was 0.896. The studyII showed that the diagnosis (Kappa statistic) of two doctors showed statistically significant concordance (all eight patterns), with correlation of them were 0.3 or higher. And the correlation between the CaPSPI score and the mean of doctors' diagnostic score showed a statistically significant correlation, with liver qi depression (肝鬱) being the highest at 0.552 and dual deficiency of the heart-spleen (心脾兩虛) being the lowest at 0.301. Conclusions: Since the diagnosis results of CaPSPI showed a significant correlation with the diagnosis of Korean traditional medicine experts, it was believed that the CaPSPI results can be trusted and used for clinical purposes.

제도법 개선을 위한 저고리 깃 구성의 재고찰 (- The Review of the Collar Consideration of G go-ri to Improve Drafting Method -)

  • According to the design method for constructing the G gori(the traditional Korean jacket)collar, there are differences in form after its completion. In the construction design of the midsection of the gusset as in that of the basic G gori, not only was the positioning of the two sides of the collar not smooth, but also, when the collar strip was attached, there would be an imbalance on one side or the other so that it was difficult to achieve symetry. Therefore in this project, by applying the pattern design of the gusset midsection to that of the collar midsection, not only did attaching the collar and the collar strip create a visual effect by equalizing the lengths of the tow sides, but the construction was also easy. This method of construction introduces the three-dimensional aspect of the human form in its conic, spherical and cylindrical aspects, so that, through schematizing the scientific character of Korea's clothing, its appropriateness is verified. As a matter of fact, since th-ere in no standardization of pattern whether for educational use or for mass-produced clothing, so that even the patterns used in computer-assisted design are executed according to the designer's personal skill, the reality is that after completion of construction the quality has not been uniform. For this schematization, inverse calculation of measurements pertaining to the calculation formula and of teaching materials has been referenced. In particular, the partial requlation of the calculation formula pertaining to the basic pattern construction, the method of making the collar midsection, and the construction method of the extreme and mean ratio adjustment can be adjusted for all measurements, thereby providing the establishment of a design criterion and the possibility of the standardization of construction methods. The production method for the pattern design is as follows: 1) The conic angle for the G gori's girth, length and neck width is fixed at 70 degrees. 2) The radius of the cone is B/2. 3) The calculation formula is B/4 + 1.5cm 4) The armhole formula is B/4, the same as in the basic method. 5) The width formula is B/10. 6) The ratio of the collar junction(width of collar + width of collar strip)to the gusset length is 5:8. 7) The length of the side seam is a length intersecting the armhole line and the conic radius (B/2), that is an arc that exceeds the length of the G gori's midsection; the component ratio of this length to the collar junction is accordingly 13:5. 8) The curve frame length of the back midsection is an arc exceeding B/4(the armhole line). 9) The ratio of the sleeve opening calculation formula to the armhole length is 8:5, forming an arc with the midsection length.

  • 3차원 의상 모델링과 시뮬레이션은. 디지털 콘텐츠에서 중요한 요소가 되었다. 이를 위한 여러 도구들이 개발되었으나, 고유한 의복을 표현하는 가상 의상의 디자인은 그래픽 디자이너에게 어려운 작업이며 의상에 대한 전문지식을 필요로 한다. 특히, 한복의 경우는 옷감, 재단방식, 착용법 등에서 양복과는 구성학적 차이점을 지니므로 모델링이 더욱 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 한복 제작에 대한 전문성이 없이도 한복을 쉽게 모델링 할 수 있도록 하는 지식 기반 접근법을 제안한다. 특히, 실사 및 가상 옷감의 시각적 유사성 판단 방법에 의해 옷감 소재 특성 규칙베이스를 구축하고, 신체 특성이 다른 캐릭터들의 체형 특성을 반영한 한복 사이즈의 부분별 다단계 조정 방법을 지식베이스 화하였다. 제안된 지식 기반 모델링 방법은 마야의 플러그-인으로서 제작되었고 다양한 신체형에 대한 드레이핑(착용 시뮬레이션) 실험을 통해 적용 가능성을 보였다.

Preparation of Controlled Release Spheronized Beads by a Simple Extrusion and Modified Spheronization Process

  • Beads loaded with the water-soluble drug, phenylpropanolamine HCl (PPA), were prepared using an extruder and double arm counter-rotating roller modified from a traditional pill machine. The mean diameter of the cylindrical rod-like extrudate from the ram extruder was 3 mm; that of the uncoated bead after cutting and spheronization by the modified double arm counter-rotating roller was 3.26~3.28 mm. Although the surface of the beads was moderately rough and irregular, some exhibited hump-shaped protrusions, the sphericity was acceptable (roundness 1.15) and adequate for the subsequent coating process. An increase in mean diameter of the coated beads and improvements in friability and sphericity were observed in proportion to the amount of coating material applied (ethylcellulose or Eudragit?? RS 100). It was also found that the release rate of PPA from the coated beads could be controlled by the amount and type of coating materials applied or with the incorporation of Eudragit ?? RS 100 into the core matrix. Further modifications to the double arm counter-rotating roller, including adjustment of the rotation speed and distance between the rollers, would yield smaller uncoated beads with improved roundness and surface roughness. In conclusion , the present method could be potentially applied to prepare controlled release drug delivery beads or pellet dosage forms.

한정된 O-D조사자료를 이용한 주 전체의 트럭교통예측방법 개발 (DEVELOPMENT OF STATEWIDE TRUCK TRAFFIC FORECASTING METHOD BY USING LIMITED O-D SURVEY DATA)

  • The objective of this research is to test the feasibility of developing a statewide truck traffic forecasting methodology for Wisconsin by using Origin-Destination surveys, traffic counts, classification counts, and other data that are routinely collected by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). Development of a feasible model will permit estimation of future truck traffic for every major link in the network. This will provide the basis for improved estimation of future pavement deterioration. Pavement damage rises exponentially as axle weight increases, and trucks are responsible for most of the traffic-induced damage to pavement. Consequently, forecasts of truck traffic are critical to pavement management systems. The pavement Management Decision Supporting System (PMDSS) prepared by WisDOT in May 1990 combines pavement inventory and performance data with a knowledge base consisting of rules for evaluation, problem identification and rehabilitation recommendation. Without a r.easonable truck traffic forecasting methodology, PMDSS is not able to project pavement performance trends in order to make assessment and recommendations in the future years. However, none of WisDOT's existing forecasting methodologies has been designed specifically for predicting truck movements on a statewide highway network. For this research, the Origin-Destination survey data avaiiable from WisDOT, including two stateline areas, one county, and five cities, are analyzed and the zone-to'||'&'||'not;zone truck trip tables are developed. The resulting Origin-Destination Trip Length Frequency (00 TLF) distributions by trip type are applied to the Gravity Model (GM) for comparison with comparable TLFs from the GM. The gravity model is calibrated to obtain friction factor curves for the three trip types, Internal-Internal (I-I), Internal-External (I-E), and External-External (E-E). ~oth "macro-scale" calibration and "micro-scale" calibration are performed. The comparison of the statewide GM TLF with the 00 TLF for the macro-scale calibration does not provide suitable results because the available 00 survey data do not represent an unbiased sample of statewide truck trips. For the "micro-scale" calibration, "partial" GM trip tables that correspond to the 00 survey trip tables are extracted from the full statewide GM trip table. These "partial" GM trip tables are then merged and a partial GM TLF is created. The GM friction factor curves are adjusted until the partial GM TLF matches the 00 TLF. Three friction factor curves, one for each trip type, resulting from the micro-scale calibration produce a reasonable GM truck trip model. A key methodological issue for GM. calibration involves the use of multiple friction factor curves versus a single friction factor curve for each trip type in order to estimate truck trips with reasonable accuracy. A single friction factor curve for each of the three trip types was found to reproduce the 00 TLFs from the calibration data base. Given the very limited trip generation data available for this research, additional refinement of the gravity model using multiple mction factor curves for each trip type was not warranted. In the traditional urban transportation planning studies, the zonal trip productions and attractions and region-wide OD TLFs are available. However, for this research, the information available for the development .of the GM model is limited to Ground Counts (GC) and a limited set ofOD TLFs. The GM is calibrated using the limited OD data, but the OD data are not adequate to obtain good estimates of truck trip productions and attractions .. Consequently, zonal productions and attractions are estimated using zonal population as a first approximation. Then, Selected Link based (SELINK) analyses are used to adjust the productions and attractions and possibly recalibrate the GM. The SELINK adjustment process involves identifying the origins and destinations of all truck trips that are assigned to a specified "selected link" as the result of a standard traffic assignment. A link adjustment factor is computed as the ratio of the actual volume for the link (ground count) to the total assigned volume. This link adjustment factor is then applied to all of the origin and destination zones of the trips using that "selected link". Selected link based analyses are conducted by using both 16 selected links and 32 selected links. The result of SELINK analysis by u~ing 32 selected links provides the least %RMSE in the screenline volume analysis. In addition, the stability of the GM truck estimating model is preserved by using 32 selected links with three SELINK adjustments, that is, the GM remains calibrated despite substantial changes in the input productions and attractions. The coverage of zones provided by 32 selected links is satisfactory. Increasing the number of repetitions beyond four is not reasonable because the stability of GM model in reproducing the OD TLF reaches its limits. The total volume of truck traffic captured by 32 selected links is 107% of total trip productions. But more importantly, ~ELINK adjustment factors for all of the zones can be computed. Evaluation of the travel demand model resulting from the SELINK adjustments is conducted by using screenline volume analysis, functional class and route specific volume analysis, area specific volume analysis, production and attraction analysis, and Vehicle Miles of Travel (VMT) analysis. Screenline volume analysis by using four screenlines with 28 check points are used for evaluation of the adequacy of the overall model. The total trucks crossing the screenlines are compared to the ground count totals. L V/GC ratios of 0.958 by using 32 selected links and 1.001 by using 16 selected links are obtained. The %RM:SE for the four screenlines is inversely proportional to the average ground count totals by screenline .. The magnitude of %RM:SE for the four screenlines resulting from the fourth and last GM run by using 32 and 16 selected links is 22% and 31 % respectively. These results are similar to the overall %RMSE achieved for the 32 and 16 selected links themselves of 19% and 33% respectively. This implies that the SELINICanalysis results are reasonable for all sections of the state.Functional class and route specific volume analysis is possible by using the available 154 classification count check points. The truck traffic crossing the Interstate highways (ISH) with 37 check points, the US highways (USH) with 50 check points, and the State highways (STH) with 67 check points is compared to the actual ground count totals. The magnitude of the overall link volume to ground count ratio by route does not provide any specific pattern of over or underestimate. However, the %R11SE for the ISH shows the least value while that for the STH shows the largest value. This pattern is consistent with the screenline analysis and the overall relationship between %RMSE and ground count volume groups. Area specific volume analysis provides another broad statewide measure of the performance of the overall model. The truck traffic in the North area with 26 check points, the West area with 36 check points, the East area with 29 check points, and the South area with 64 check points are compared to the actual ground count totals. The four areas show similar results. No specific patterns in the L V/GC ratio by area are found. In addition, the %RMSE is computed for each of the four areas. The %RMSEs for the North, West, East, and South areas are 92%, 49%, 27%, and 35% respectively, whereas, the average ground counts are 481, 1383, 1532, and 3154 respectively. As for the screenline and volume range analyses, the %RMSE is inversely related to average link volume. 'The SELINK adjustments of productions and attractions resulted in a very substantial reduction in the total in-state zonal productions and attractions. The initial in-state zonal trip generation model can now be revised with a new trip production's trip rate (total adjusted productions/total population) and a new trip attraction's trip rate. Revised zonal production and attraction adjustment factors can then be developed that only reflect the impact of the SELINK adjustments that cause mcreases or , decreases from the revised zonal estimate of productions and attractions. Analysis of the revised production adjustment factors is conducted by plotting the factors on the state map. The east area of the state including the counties of Brown, Outagamie, Shawano, Wmnebago, Fond du Lac, Marathon shows comparatively large values of the revised adjustment factors. Overall, both small and large values of the revised adjustment factors are scattered around Wisconsin. This suggests that more independent variables beyond just 226; population are needed for the development of the heavy truck trip generation model. More independent variables including zonal employment data (office employees and manufacturing employees) by industry type, zonal private trucks 226; owned and zonal income data which are not available currently should be considered. A plot of frequency distribution of the in-state zones as a function of the revised production and attraction adjustment factors shows the overall " adjustment resulting from the SELINK analysis process. Overall, the revised SELINK adjustments show that the productions for many zones are reduced by, a factor of 0.5 to 0.8 while the productions for ~ relatively few zones are increased by factors from 1.1 to 4 with most of the factors in the 3.0 range. No obvious explanation for the frequency distribution could be found. The revised SELINK adjustments overall appear to be reasonable. The heavy truck VMT analysis is conducted by comparing the 1990 heavy truck VMT that is forecasted by the GM truck forecasting model, 2.975 billions, with the WisDOT computed data. This gives an estimate that is 18.3% less than the WisDOT computation of 3.642 billions of VMT. The WisDOT estimates are based on the sampling the link volumes for USH, 8TH, and CTH. This implies potential error in sampling the average link volume. The WisDOT estimate of heavy truck VMT cannot be tabulated by the three trip types, I-I, I-E ('||'&'||'pound;-I), and E-E. In contrast, the GM forecasting model shows that the proportion ofE-E VMT out of total VMT is 21.24%. In addition, tabulation of heavy truck VMT by route functional class shows that the proportion of truck traffic traversing the freeways and expressways is 76.5%. Only 14.1% of total freeway truck traffic is I-I trips, while 80% of total collector truck traffic is I-I trips. This implies that freeways are traversed mainly by I-E and E-E truck traffic while collectors are used mainly by I-I truck traffic. Other tabulations such as average heavy truck speed by trip type, average travel distance by trip type and the VMT distribution by trip type, route functional class and travel speed are useful information for highway planners to understand the characteristics of statewide heavy truck trip patternS. Heavy truck volumes for the target year 2010 are forecasted by using the GM truck forecasting model. Four scenarios are used. Fo~ better forecasting, ground count- based segment adjustment factors are developed and applied. ISH 90 '||'&'||' 94 and USH 41 are used as example routes. The forecasting results by using the ground count-based segment adjustment factors are satisfactory for long range planning purposes, but additional ground counts would be useful for USH 41. Sensitivity analysis provides estimates of the impacts of the alternative growth rates including information about changes in the trip types using key routes. The network'||'&'||'not;based GMcan easily model scenarios with different rates of growth in rural versus . . urban areas, small versus large cities, and in-state zones versus external stations. cities, and in-state zones versus external stations.

레이더 영상의 수문학적 활용을 위한 벡터 변환방법 연구 (A Study on Vector-based Converting Method for Hydrological Application of Rainfall Radar Image)

  • 수문학적 해석에 필요한 기본 자료인 강우 자료의 취득 방법 중 지상관측소는 강우량을 직접 관측하기 때문에 실측 강우량 정보를 얻는 장점이 있으나, 현업에서 필요한 면적강우량을 얻기 위해서는 다수의 관측소를 설치해야 하는 단점이 있다. 한편, 강우레이더는 넓은 범위의 강우량을 실시간으로 취득할 수 있으며, 특히 공간적으로 한정되어 발생하는 국지성 돌발홍수의 원인이 되는 단기 집중 호우를 추적하기 용이한 장점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기상청에서 편차 보정과 품질 관리가 이루어지고 있어 상당한 신뢰 수준을 확보하고 있고, 현장에서 쉽게 제공 받을 수 있는 강우레이더 영상인 CAPPI (Constant Altitude Plan Position Indicator) 합성영상으로부터 유역평균 강우를 추출하는 방법으로서 기존의 연산방법인 레스터 방식에서 벗어나 소유역에도 적용될 수 있는 벡터 방식의 영상 추출 기법 CIVCOM을 제시하고 추출된 자료의 타당성을 비교 검토하였다.

동궐도(東闕圖)에 나타난 괴석(怪石)의 배치특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Oddly Shaped Stone's Arrangement at Donggwoldo)

  • 본 연구는 동궐도에 나타난 괴석의 배치를 바탕으로 조선시대 궁궐에 쓰인 괴석의 배석형식과 활용을 고찰한 것이다. 동궐도에서 축선을 보조하여 정형성을 형성하는 괴석 배열의 종류는 단식, 대식, 연식으로 구분된다. 단식은 기존 건축물을 통해 형성된 축선상에 괴석 1개를 배치하여 시각적 초점을 부여하거나 중심성을 강조하기 위해 사용되었다. 대식의 경우, 주로 건물 양옆에 괴석 2개를 대칭구도로 놓아 건축물에 질서와 위계를 부여하기 위해 사용되었다. 또한 세 개의 돌을 나열한 연식은 주석(主石)의 역할을 하는 가운데 돌이 축선 상에 놓여 강한 방향성과 정면성을 부여하는 방법으로 사용된다. 이러한 괴석 배치법은 수목의 배식에도 동일하게 적용되는 것으로, 수목의 요점식재와 대칭식재 방법에서 유사성이 발견되었다. 따라서 괴석과 수목은 장소의 성격과 규모에 따라 취사선택될 수 있으며, 축 형성과 정형적 공간창출의 효과는 근본적으로 같다고 할 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 동궐도 괴석의 배치 특성을 고찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 괴석은 중요한 건물에 위계를 표현하기 위해 설치되어 구심적인 공간을 창출하는 수단으로 사용되었다. 둘째, 괴석간 거리는 가운데에 있는 건축물의 크기에 비례하여 조정되었으며, 이는 중심축과 좌우 대칭물 간의 비례적 균형구도를 통해 안정감을 부여하기 위함이었다. 셋째, 불규칙한 괴석의 외형이 규칙적인 대칭성을 형성하는데 제한요소가 되므로 석함을 활용하여 정형성을 더하였다. 넷째, 연식(3입식) 배치에서 가운데 괴석에 변화를 주어 중심성을 강조하였다. 다섯째, 괴석은 타 점경물의 종류와 배합 및 위치조정이 수월하도록 크기를 제한함으로써 얻어지는 이동성이 있었다. 여섯째, 사의적 대상으로 감상되던 궁궐 괴석은 근본적으로 수석과 동질적인 개념의 조형물 이었으며 감상되는 방법, 형태, 구성에서 같은 맥락으로 전개되었다. 일곱째, 연식으로 놓인 괴석은 짝수일 경우 균등분할 식으로 배치되며, 홀수일 경우 중심 괴석을 중심으로 나머지가 대칭하도록 배열하는 방법을 따랐다. 이상의 배석원칙은 조선 궁궐에서 괴석을 제작하고 활용했던 특징적인 방법으로 판단된다.

  • 새로움은 전통의 틀을 활용함과 동시에 극복하면서 태어난다. 대표적인 고전 내러티브는 아리스토텔레스의 "시학"을 그 시작으로 삼는다. "시학"은 3막구조, 미메시스와 카타르시스, 플롯(미토스)과 캐릭터(에토스), 깨달음과 반전 등을 극작(dramatrurgy)의 근간으로 제시했다. 내러티브의 핵심은 인물을 설정하고, 그들이 겪는 사건의 원인에서 결과에 이르는 과정이다. 이때 극적 효과를 높이기 위해 플롯이 강조된다. 아리스토텔레스가 효과적인 이야기를 위해 가장 중요하다고 여긴 플롯은 고전 내러티브만이 아니라, 내러티브적 성향을 가지고 있는 현대 모든 영상물에서도 그 중요성이 두드러진다. 본 연구는 "시학" 이래 구축된 전통적인 내러티브 방식에 대한 이해와 함께, 새로운 플롯 활용의 사례로서, 2011년 칸광고제에서 인터넷영화 부문 수상작인 <데드 아일랜드>의 예고편(이하 ''로 표기)을 분석한다. 예고편은 보다 많은 관객 또는 소비자를 만들기 위한 목적을 가진 광고이다. 은 역할에 충실한 광고임과 동시에 완성된 내러티브를 가진 3D 단편 애니메이션 작품이다. 본편 게임과 시공간 배경과 세계관을 공유할 뿐, 전혀 다른 인물들과 사건으로 진행된다. 그 인물과 사건이 특별한 것만은 아니다. 대신 은 아리스토텔레스가 한 번도 다루지 않은 시간의 개념을 조정함으로써 독특한 플롯 구성을 선보인다. 특히 비선형적(non-linear)인 구조로 원인과 결과라는 시간적 연계가 독특하게 형성되어 있다. 본 연구는 시간의 배열, 방향, 속도 조정을 통해서 이 평범한 내러티브를 어떻게 극복하고, 의미 창출에 도달하는지 알아본다. 이를 위해 내러티브와 쇼트분석을 시도한다. 나아가 영상물의 내러티브가 가질 수 있는 시간 변형의 또 다른 개념의 존재를 모색한다. 이를 위해 "시학"의 주요 개념과 함께 주네트($G{\acute{e}}rard$ Genette)의 내러티브 연구를 참조한다.

서울시 일부 청소년의 골질량 관련요인 (Factors Related to Bone Mineral Content Among Adolescents in Seoul)

  • 청소년기의 골건강에 영향을 줄 수 있는 신체계측치와 사회경제적 요인, 출생 당시의 모체의 건강상태 및 모유수유, 대상자의 건강상태, 생활습관 및 식습관 요인을 분석한 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 조사 대상자의 평균 연령은 14.2세, 신장 162.7 cm, 체중 57.3 kg이었고, 비만 및 과체중 유별률은 27.3%였다 우측 종골의 골밀도는 0.518% $g/cm^2$, 골질량은 2.241 g이었다. 2) 월 3만원 이상 용돈을 사용하는 남학생의 골질량이 3만원 이하 용돈을 사용하는 남학생에 비해서 유의하게 높았고, 형제가 없는 남학생의 경우 골질량이 유의하게 높았다. 출생시 어머니의 나이가 30세 이전인 학생들의 골질량이 유의하지는 않지만 높은 경향이 있었다. 3) 골절 경험이 있는 남학생의 골질량이 골절 경험이 없는 남학생에 비해 유의하게 높았고, 2차 성징이 늦은 남학생의 골질량이 높았다. 영양제를 섭취하지 않은 남학생의 골질량이 높았고, 활동적인 신체 활동과 규칙적인 운동, 야외활동을 많이 하는 학생들의 골질량이 유의하게 높았다. 4) 다양한 음식을 골고루 섭취하는 남학생의 골질량이 유의하게 높았고, 충분한 물을 섭취할 때 남학생과 여학생의 골질량이 유의하게 높았다. 밥 위주의 전통식을 하루 두끼 이상 섭취하는 여학생의 골질량이 유의하게 낮았다. 치즈, 생선류, 시금치 및 무청나물의 섭취가 대상자들의 골질량에 관련성이 있었다. 5) 다중회귀분석 모델에서 신장, BMI, 운동 횟수, 시금치 또는 무청나물의 섭취횟수의 골질량 설명력은 64.9%였다. 이상의 연구 결과에서 청소년기 골질량 향상을 위해서는 규칙적인 운동과 신체활동으로 체지방률을 낮추고, 칼슘 급원 식품과 더불어 다양한 음식을 골고루 섭취하도록 해야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 청소년기 학생들에게 골질량 향상을 위해 신체 활동 증가를 통한 생활 습관 교육 프로그램과 올바른 식습관 형성을 위한 식사 교육 프로그램을 실시한다면 이들이 성인이 되었을 때 발생할 수 있는 골감소증 및 골다공증을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
