The demand of renewable energy is expected to grow in the long run in spite of current stable lower oil prices. Energy consumption for heating in horticulture greenhouse is large and affects the profits of the farms. This study analyzed the availability of biomass in rural area and proposed the strategies for utilizing the biomass for greenhouse heating. Data reveal the annual average fuel consumption in greenhouses is about 78 TOE/ha. Considering biomass resource in rural areas, agricultural residues are not sufficient to meet the biomass demand from greenhouses. Therefore it is recommended to secure further biomass including wild herbaceous biomass and woody biomass from forest. Based on the conditions of biomass gasification equipment investment and fuel prices, maximum allowable price of biomass turned out about 100,000 KRW/t to be competitive to kerosine. Biomass supply chain should be established for facilitating biomass trading between biomass consumers and biomass producers such as farmers who provide crop residues. An online trading system is an example of the system where consumers who utilize biomass make payments to suppliers and get the information about the biomass. Intermediate collection storages are required to store biomass from distributed sources. Operation of biomass heating systems in demonstration greenhouses is necessary to get information to refine and further develop commercial biomass heating systems. Relatively large greenhouses are desirable to have biomass heating systems for economic viability. The location of the greenhouse farms should be selected within the area where enough biomass resources are available for feeding the biomass facility.

본 논문에서는 퍼지이론을 주식, 선물 등의 거래 시스템에 적용 분석해 보고 그 결과를 토대로 파라볼릭 SAR 지표의 성능개선에 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 제기하였다. 실제의 선물 데이터에 적용한 결과 기존의 파라볼릭 SAR 지표보다는 제안된 퍼지 SAR 지표가 매매횟수와 거짓신호를 적게 발생시키는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 기존의 파라볼릭 SAR에서는 가속증분을 0.02로, 가속변수의 최대값을 0.2로 고정하는 것이 보통이나, 제안한 퍼지 SAR에서는 가속증분과 가속변수의 최대값이 퍼지규칙을 기반으로 조절되도록 하였다. 매매전문가의 경험적 지식을 단기 이평선과 중기 이평선 사이의 이격과 단기 이평선의 기울기를 기반으로 퍼지 규칙화하여 사용하므로, 퍼지 SAR의 가속증분과 가속변수의 최대값이 진행추세에 종속하여 조절된다.

An efficient hybrid ARQ scheme based on the rate compatible block turbo codes has been proposed, and its performance has been analyzed. System efficiency is improved by means of adaptive rate code transmission using channel information, trading off bit rate for channel codes, with resulting energy saving. The rate adaptation scheme improves power efficiency while keeping packet delay minimized. On the other hand, power dependant strategies reduce power consumption. Simulation results show that the benefits obtained are very encouraging. The modified hybrid ARQ schemes with the channel information and efficient retransmission structures highly improve the throughput performance in the satellite communication system. Therefore, proposed schemes could be used in future communication systems.

With the proliferation of telecommunication technologies, the traditional internal focus of information systems has shifted to entities beyond the organization's boundaries. In recent years, electronic data interchange (EDI) has come to revolutionize the way in which a business operates and relates to other businesses, Based on the establishment of trading activities, EDI systems have come to signify a speedy, efficient, and accurate means of electronically exchanging business transactions This study examines the current research trends in the area of EDI systems and identifies several issues for future research.55 articles in the EDI area from 1987 through 1996 were collected from related journals and proceedings of conferences. The articles are categorized by years and journals. The amount of EDI research has increased dramatically during the period of the study. Also, presented are the results of a content analysis of the articles. The findings not only provides general information about reserch methods, and direction of EDI study.

본 논문에서는 패턴 기반의 다수의 주가 예측 모델에 기반한 지역 투자자의 효율적인 결합을 통해, 거래 성능을 최대화 할 수 있는 동적 자산 할당 기법을 연구하였다. 각 예측 모델이 추천한 후보 종목에 효과적인 거래 대금 비율을 할당하는 메타 정책(meta policy)이라는 자산 할당 정책을 강화 학습 틀내에서 정의하였다. 이를 위해 각 예측 모델의 추천 종목 수와 전체 자산 대비 주식 자금 비율을 동시에 활용하는 상태 공간을 설계하였다. 대한민국 주식 시장에 대한 시뮬레이션 실험을 통해, 본 논문에서 제안한 자산 할당 정책은 기존의 고정 자산 할당 방법들에 비해 우수한 성능을 보임을 제시 하였다. 이는 강화학습을 통한 지역 투자자의 결합을 통해 의사 결정 문제에서 감독자 학습 기법으로 학습된 예측 모델의시너지 효과를 거둘 수 있음을 의미한다.

ISO 9000 Series International Standard have been established in 1987 and world trading patterns have changed into the request of ISO 9000 series approval. About 1100 domestic companies have currently obtained ISO 9000 series approval from domestic or foreign certification bodies. This paper presents the current status of ISO approval of domestic industries, a case study of a valve manufacturing company in Pusan, procedures for obtaining ISO approval, predictable effects as a result of approval, and recommendations.

As international commerce pattern changes toward the system of developed countries market competition, developing countries experience difficulties in international commerce market. Developed countries request their trading counterparts to obtain environment restriction. We also endure the environmental pollution due to industrialization. These environmental problems force Western Europe countries to install Environment Management System. This article presents description of development processes of ISO 14000 draft, compares ISO 9000 with 7750 requirements, and describes the common points and differences between ISO 9000 and 14000 draft.

The new climate regime for practical reduction in green house gas(GHG) emissions was launched in Paris at Dec. 2015. The Korea government would make various policies and plans in order to achieve the BAU 37 % emission reduction goals by 2030. In this study, the current situation and the possible corresponding methodology to the GHG emission reduction of Korea paper industry were investigated. Although the GHG emission reduction in KOREA paper industry has been successfully conducted compared with other industries until now, the more efforts for controlling GHG emission would be required to meet the new climate regime. The efficiency of various GHG reduction projects conducted by Korea paper companies was evaluated to find efficient way for GHG reduction. The certified methodologies of the external project based offset systems in Korea GHG emission trading scheme were also reviewed for providing the possible way to develope tailored methodology to the Korea paper industry.

이 연구에서는 물량저감 철근상세를 갖는 중공 철근콘크리트 교각 시스템의 전용 설계프로그램과 소성설계 적용 결과를 제시하였다. 개발된 물량저감 철근상세는 경제성과 합리성을 갖으며 공사기간의 단축을 가져올 수 있다. 물량저감 중공 철근콘크리트 교각의 적용을 통해 경제성 평가를 수행하였다. 평가 결과 개발상세가 기존상세에 비해 구조적 합리성, 시공성, 그리고 경제성 등이 우수함을 확인하였다.
